The main purpose of this paper is strategy FDI(foreign direct investment) from Korean firm's to China recently. Korean firms had realized the importance of FDI to China after WTO affiliation and getting more interested FDI in order to find a large market share, advertisement of products, trade mark, lower labour and international M&A(mergers and acquisitions). This paper suggests strategy FDI from Korean firm's toward China as belows ; First, Establish purpose of FDI to China and prepare in advance research. Second, Necessary condition is a full investigation feasibility in the field. Third, We have through knowledge of concern with investment's law and make a amendment of the law. Finally, Relationship is No maintain a thoroughly law abiding spirit. This paper can help give better understanding of Korea's FDI companies for those who are concerned to China.

일본의 엔(JPY)저에 대한 국내기업의 대응 방안에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study to find the Korean Firms to Japan Yen(JPY) depreciation. Recently, Abenomics after there are some problems of the Korean firms expecially automobile, vessel, electronics and micro parts company. In other to solve this problem, were presented as follows, First, Expecially, Korean small firms must be collect information R&D, capital guarantee and then global growth competition. Second, A theoretical and practice study of Foreign exchange professional. Third, Korean firms try to increase domestic consumer economy and foreign growth competition. Firth, It is necessary new products for a newly development technique of Competition products of Japan(automobile, vessel, electronics & micro parts).

우리나라 국제수지 및 환율변동에 따른 수출기업의 대응방안

This paper conducted search of studies pertaining to problems and Export Firms countermeasures in accordance with balance of payments and exchange rate fluctuations in Korea. Recently, In Korea despite maintaining a large balance of payment surplus, some structural problems persist, necessitating countermeasures proposed as follows. First, Exchange rate prediction of changing that is necessary to collect accurate information on foreign exchange rates for overshooting actively ensuring. Second, In order to attract excellent foreign companies deregulation of labor disputes and international M&A should a good environment and must also induced employment. Third, Promote Joint-venture with Japan’s companies an advanced technology for the development of precisions instruments and ‘monozukuri’ craftsmanship also need to learn. Fourth, Globally competitive and reliable products for surplus product development carried out in order to improve the balance of payment.

중국의 13.5규획과 ‘중국제2025’에 따른 한국기업의 대응방안

The Chinese Government’s 13th five-year plan and “Chinese Manufacturing 2025” were developed to enhance the industrial structure by moving from quantitative growth to qualitative growth in order to become a manufacturing powerhouse through innovation to maximize efficiency and scale of manufacturing. Korean companies need to provide enhanced colla-boration with qualified platforms, including e-commerce, which is required to expand the new consumption base and work to expand product penetration in the market. Also, there is a need to encourage and prepare measures to strengthen cooperation, such as human exchanges, as international trade expands. The importance of maintaining the technological gap with the establishment of Korea’s industrial development and corporate support policies will become more significant in order for Korea to grow as a whole. We need to work on the diversi-fication of investment, trading lines, and new business models that are suitable for market to increase the competitiveness of Korean companies.

급변하는 세계화에 대한 효과적인 국제통상 전략에 관한 연구

Never before in Korea history have Korea businesses been so deeply involved in and affected by international trade. The World is rapidly becoming a one-world economic and market system. Whether or not a Korea company wants to participate directly in international business, it cannot escape the effects of the ever-increasing number of korea firm exporting, importing, and or manufacturing abroad. So the objective of this study is to give some insight to overcome this situation toward those involved this subjects.

미·중 무역 갈등에 대한 한국 기업의 대응전략에 관한 연구

Purpose The purpose of this study is to seek a strategy for Korean companies to respond to trade disputes between the U.S. and China. Design/Methodology/Approach Through the current status of trade retaliation between the U.S. and China, the impact of trade retaliation on the U.S. and Chinese economies was investigated. Findings As a result of the research in this paper, the U.S.-China trade conflict will intensify in the long run rather than ease, forcing it to stand on the side of the U.S. Therefore, Korean companies that have entered the U.S. should check whether Chinese companies or the Chinese government are included in the supply chain of product production. In addition, various response strategies should be prepared in preparation for China’s trade sanctions. Research Implications As the U.S.-China trade conflict continues, it is necessary to pursue a strategy centered on the Korea-U.S. alliance along with a strategy to minimize economic losses caused by China’s trade sanctions.

우리나라 중소기업 수출지원제도 인지수준과 활용에 관한 연구

중소기업은 처해있는 환경과 보유한 기업역량의 상이함을 갖고 있다. 이러한 차이로 인해 각종 수출 지원제도를 인지하고 활용하는 수준에 있어서도 차이가 발생할 수 있으므로 본 연구에서는 수출전담부서의 보유에 따른 수출지원제도의 인식과 활용수준의 차이가 있는지를 분석하였다. IP분석의 결과에 의하면 수출지원계획의 이점을 활용하고 인지를 위한 수출전담 부서를 갖고 있는 회사들이 수출 전담부서를 보유 운용하고 있지 않은 기업보다 활용수준이 높다. 많은 중소기업들은 간접지원 제도보다 직접지원과 교육프로그램을 운용하고 있으며 수출전담 부서의 보유에 따라 지원제도를 인지하는 수준이 다른 것으로 나타났다. 또한 IP분석을 통해 중소기업의 국제화 요소들에 대한 지원이 보다 강화되어야 할 것으로 파악되었다. Small businesses have the resources and ability of the companies vary. So, appropriate to the characteristics of small business export support policies and the development of the discovery is very important. In this study, SMEs in the export department, and no difference in perception and use of the export support system-level objective is to analyze the differences. As a result, companies that have export departments to recognize and to take advantage of export support schemes, the level was higher. In addition, many small businesses through the IPA, such as education programs and direct support, rather than indirect support system was preferred. Therefore, in order to improve the effectiveness of export support schemes, the companies that operate in the export department is good.

모리슨의 『비러비드』: 공동체의 결속

Morrison proposes in Beloved a solidarity of community as the only viable solution possible for the African American in the white-dominated American society. Beloved historicizes the personal. In doing so, it emphasizes the role of personal and communal action in building a home for African American community. The novel illustrates what is involved in reconstructing family, home, individual autonomy, and community wholeness. Morrison offers the solution that has remained unspoken in her previous novels: to overcome the past, to escape the cycles of violence set up within their own communities by slavery, communities must rely on their unity and strength as communities. The history of racism in the United States makes it imperative for black Americans to resist racial oppression through collective acts of affirmation, empowerment, and resistance. For Morrison, the sites for such acts are the family and community. The concept of family that Morrison reconstructs in Beloved transcends the biological. Rooted in the laborious exercise of agency, commitment, and reciprocal nurturing, the African family posited here delivers a message about African America today. Thus suggested, the family can provide the basis for communal solidarity and action. The communal solidarity performs as an aspect of solution for Sethe’s physical and psychic survival, both of which are at stake. Like the family, the community in Beloved is revised toward an inclusiveness and reciprocity enabled by working through the shadow of an oppressive and violent past. This emphasis on social responsibility, the unselfish devotion of Africans helping other Africans, makes Beloved Morrison’s most conscious novel. Therefore I conclude that communal solidarity is the only practical way to alleviate the oppression African people have been experiencing.
