        철근콘크리트 장방형 전단벽의 비선형 유한요소 해석

        The major objective of the present study is to conduct parametric study and to propose a finite element analysis(FEA) technique of the reinforced concrete rectangular shear walls using ABAQUS under constant axial and monotonic lateral load. A FEA of the reinforced concrete walls are different to aspect ratio and a detailed finite element models are created to study the post-cracked mode of failure in plastic region of the walls. The proposed models account for the effect of material inelasticity, concrete cracking, and geometric nonlinearity. The prossed FEA model is verified by Lefas's benchmark data and validated through comparisons with experiment result of reinforced concrete shear walls. Finally, the study considered various parameters and compared with ACI 318-02 to confirm accuracy of this study: aspect ratio, axial force ratio, vertical and horizontal reinforcement ratio.

      • 셀 제조시스템에 있어서 비유사도를 이용한 기계셀과 부품그룹의 동시형성방법

        The success of cell manufacturing applications in FMS rests on the effective cell formation to maintain the independent relations both between machine cells and between part families. This paper presents an integrated method for concurrent formation of cells and families with no E.E(Exceptional Element) in FMS with alternative routings. To determine the maximum number of cell and family with no E.E, mathematical conditions and theorems are derived. New concept of nonsimilarity is introduced for each machine and part based on machine-operation incidence matrix and part-operation incidence matrix. To concurrently form the cells and families, integer programming based mathematical models are developed. For the predetermined number of cell or family, model 1 is used to identify whether E.E exists or not. Model 2 forms cells and families considering only nonsimilarity. But model 3 can consider nonsimilarity and processing times. The proposed method is tested and proved using numerical examples.

        In order to characterize pharmacokinetic profiles according to route of a new enrofloxacin salt form (Enrotil®), it was given to 4 healthy pigs via oral (p.o.), intramuscular (i.m.) or intravenous (i.v.) administrations at a dose rate of 5 ㎎/㎏ body weight. Enrofloxacin (ENFX) in serum was detected by bioassay using E. coli BE1186 as a test organism. The biological elimination half-lives (t_1/2(β)) of ENFX were 6.76±0.99 h (i.v.), 7.16±2.30 h (i.m.) and 11.45±3.90 h (p.o.), Volume of distribution (Vd) of enrofloxacin was 2.20±0.31 L/㎏ (i.v.), 2.52±0.60 L/㎏ (i.m.) and 1.88±0.33 L/㎏ (i.m.). Mean residence time (MRT) was 8.77±1.26 h after i.v. injection and the maximal concentration time (Tmax) following p.o. and i.m. administration was 0.76±0.09 h and 0.60±0.12 h, indicating a rapid absorption from these routes. Bioavailibility (F) was calculated as 64.1% for p.o. administration and 59.71% for i.m. injections. In summary, the newly formulated enrofloxacin salt form has shown a high water solubility, rapid absorption and large tissue distribution, suggesting a potential antibacterials for oral application on a large scale in veterinary sectors.

        According to Piaget's genetie view point of epistemology, the struture of knowledge is directly related with the structure of thought. And The logical thought develope from response-schema and logical implication develope from assimilation on the level of sensory-motor intelligence. The knowledge is active construction based on a assimilatiory schmata.And then the stracture of knowledge must structure of a logic of whole and construct the psycholigical reality. According to him. psychological reality is a world of experiened necessity and comprehension but the world of formal logic is that of pure thought accompanied by a feeling of logical necesity and is possible to explain. So, Psychologial reality and the world of pure thought must be discerned. But according to information processing approach they are not discened and are studied without any developmental relations of them. I hope that Piaget's view will give some suggestions to the studies from information processing approach.

      • 혈소판 응집 억제제의 효과 측정법에 대한 고찰과 지원자에서 Triflusal의 혈소판 응집 억제능 평가

        The anti-platelet agent is a member of a class of pharmaceuticals that decreases platelet aggregation and inhibits thrombus formation. They are effective in the arterial circulation and widely used in primary and secondary prevention of thrombotic cerebrovascular or cardiovascular disease. As a method for estimating the effects of anti-platelet agent, platelet aggregation was conventionally measured using the optical method or the impedance method. Several alternate methods currently in development or recently developed were considered, including luminescence method, flow cytometry, laser-light scattering method, and Verify Now-P2Y12 assay. Principles, advantages, and disadvantages of the optical method, impedance method, and the other alternate platelet aggregation methods were discussed in this report. 15 human volunteers were recruited for the evaluation of the efficacy of triflusal using the optical method. After the oral administration of a single dose of 900mg, 15 subjects received eight doses administered at 24-hour intervals of 600mg triflusal. Using platelet rich-plasma from above subjects, we performed baseline platelet aggregation test induced by adenosine diphosphate(ADP), collagen, and arachidonic acid. The results of platelet aggregation test after triflusal administration were compared with the baseline study. Triflusal significantly inhibited platelet aggregation induced by ADP (33.0±21.3%) and arachidonic acid (99.1±1.2%), respectively. Therefore, we concluded that anti-platelet aggregation effect of triflusal can be studied successfully with the optical method. Each of the platelet aggregation methods has value for evaluating the effects by various mechanisms of the anti-platelet agents. The ideal method for estimating the platelet aggregation as it relates to safety and efficacy in patients treated with anti-platelet agents will need to be determined in clinical trials.

      • 악성담도폐쇄 환자에서 경피경간 담도배액술과 금속담도배액술 치료의 장기 합병증 비교 연구

        OBJECTIVES: Several advances in the diagnosis, therapy and palliation of patients affected by malignant biliary obstruction have occurred during the last decades. Unresectable malignant biliary obstruction has usually been treated by percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage (PTBD) versus metallic biliary drainage (MBD). The optimal management of complications after biliary drainage is still an unresolved problem. To compare the complications of malignant biliary obstruction after PTBD and MBD. METHODS: We enrolled 51 patients of malignant biliary obstruction after biliary drainage. The clinical characteristics and complications of each groups were assessed and compared. RESULTS: The complications after biliary drainage of MBD are lower than those of PTBD (59.1% vs 82.8%, P = 0.06, respectively). Patients with PTBD tended to have a shorter event of complication time compared to MBD patients (2.9 months vs 7.1 months, P < 0.01). Patients with older age in PTBD tended to have a longer event of complication time compared to younger patients (4.6 months vs 2.3 months, P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The method of biliary drainage in malignant biliary obstruction have statistically significant impact on the complication time. The clinical efficacy of metallic stent in patients with malignant biliary obstruction is better than that of PTBD.

        Diese Arbeit ist eine Einleitung in die A¨sthetik Platons, die gewo¨hnlich die Mimesistheorie genannt wird. Aber diese Einleitung versucht nicht nur seine a¨sthetischen Gundsa¨tze im engeren Sinne tief zu analysien, sondern seine philosophische mataphysische Grundposition zu verdeutlichen. Platons A¨sthetik stammt aus dem Begriffes 'Idee', welche einerseits das Wesen von Sein und Denken, andererseits die Realita¨t von Erscheinen und Vorstellen ausmacht. In diesem Sinne ist die Miemesistheorie Platons eigentlich ein Resultat oder ein Nebenprodukt seiner Ideenlehre. Damit konzentriert der Verfasser seine Aufmerksamkeit auf die folgende Probleme: Was ist die Wahrheit und wie ist im Denken rekonstruiert? Was fu¨r eine Struktur hat die Idee des ho¨chsten Guten und des scho¨nsten Scho¨nen? Auf welcher Weise beziehen sich die Ideen von Guten, Wahren und Scho¨nen? Warum ist die Kunst ausnahmslos eine Nachahmung (mimesis)?

      • 電力電子 回路의 디지탈 시뮬레이션에 관한 硏究

        In recent, due to the advanced development of the power semiconductor devices, the digital simulation becomes essential in order to investigate the behavior of the sytem before the manufacturing of the system by using computer for design and analysis of power electronic systems. This paper develops the program, so-called PECA, which can be applied for the power electronic circuits composing of power transistors, thyristers, GTO's and power FET, etc.. Also, the method of using computers for the analysis of power electronic circuits is considered. Finally, we consider both transistor DC chopper circuit and thyristor bridge circuit and prove the effectiveness of the program by both the experiment and simulation.

        It is natural that large scale enterprises and equalization of production techniques lead to the homoqenization of product. After homoqenilization of conduct, the image of an enterprise plays a more important role than the product itself in relation to the consumer's buting of product. It is necessary that an enterprise image to gain social confidence, because a foundation of enterprise image has a great influence on social communication. The enterprise image is achieved by communication activities. Enterprise advertising and the introduction of C.I. (Corporate Identity) is newly recognized as effective communication. Enterprise advertising is no based on the simple idea of showing the enterprise's activities, but on the enterprises creative philosophy toward society. The object of C.I. introduction is to create a foundation of a united enterprise image and a more lasting administration and control. Design corrdination is a very important key to the foundation of the enterprise image. Namely, the unification of design activity of the inner enterprise on the level of administrative policy. An enterprise image established by C.I. has great influence on the consumer's confidence about the enterprise and the resultant buying of the product. So, the introduction of C.I. has important meaning. Even though enterprise advertising is produced and an excellent C.I. is introduced, it cannot exist without long-term planning and scientific administration and control. The reason many enterprises advertise and introduce C.I. competitively is that they rerecognize that the right foundation of enterprise image is the best way to succeed.
