지식경영을 통한 기업 성과 측정에 대한 분석

이 연구에서는 건설기업이 건설시장의 개방과 무한경쟁시대의 도래에 따른 경쟁력 확보 차원에서 도입하고 있는 지식경영기법이 기업성과의 향상에 미치는 영향에 대한 검증을 하였다. "전사적인 지식경영활동이 기업의 성과를 향상시킨다"는 가설을 세워 지식경영활동에 대한 수준측정과 기업의 성과를 측정하고 상관관계를 분석하여 이를 검증함으로써, 지식경영의 투자만으로는 지식경영의 성과를 검증할 수 없으며 건설기업의 성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것은 지식경영에 대한 투자가 아닌 조직 전반에 걸친 지식경영활동의 확산임을 증명하고, 건설업이 사회적 기업으로 발전하는 방향에 대해 제시하도록 하였다. 가설에 대한 검증결과로서 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과의 상관관계 분석결과 지적자산(경영자산, 기술 자산, 마케팅 자산)과의 상관관계가 상당히 높은 것으로 나타났다. 건설기업의 인적자산에 대한 투자와 관리를 사회 공공기업의 관점에서 분석·접근할 경우 기업성과에 미치는 영향이 긍정적일 것으로 분석되었다. Therefore, this research develops objective and quantitative models to measure level of KM and intellectual assets, measures them in real and then show correlation between KM and business performance. This research also present which factors contribute development of corporations.

연성시스템 방법에 기초한 건축정보관리 수업모듈 개발

The importance of information management in construction projects has been widely agreed. For this reason, many universities' architectural engineering department have established the class of information management in construction or introduced this part into existing courses. However the hard systems method, the foundation of various information management system, which have been introduced into construction industry, occupies the main contents of the class. The problem is that this method has a limitation to cope with the complex real world situation. Most of all, the perspectives of various parties involving in the construction project are unique and thus the process to construct a consensus is essential for the project success. Predefined data and its flow in the information system developed in the line of hard systems method can only partly support this sense making process. In order to fulfill this requirement, the soft systems method was evolved. The soft systems method (SSM) can play two main roles: a tool to construct consensus; a process to clarify problem situations. As the context of any construction projects is unique, the professionals in the industry should have the ability to accomodate this method by themselves. This research aims to present a class module for educating students at higher education institutes to obtain the knowledge and skills on implementing SSM.

건설기업의 경쟁력강화를 위한 지식경영 구축 방안

In time of developing stage, many companies have put highly values on Economies of Scale by expanding their business boundaries. That can be sometimes a understandable management skill though. However, this couldn't be a ultimate solution because Financial Crisis told us why. Since its introduction in mid 1990s, Financial Crisis in Korea, knowledge management (KM) has been considered as a new, optimal way of corporate management style. And a large number of researches, either theoretically or empirically, were carried out in order to find out what the key success factors will be in common. However, though key success factors are extracted, it can hardly be a successful project if those are not well matched for the unique industry characteristics, still more in construction industry. Hence, at the dawn of implementing KM, this research work will scrutinize key success factors (KSFs) derived from previous studies and funnel those KSFs into construction domain. Then rearranged KSFs will be proposed with each key issues. Therefore, this article can contribute to setting strategies for KM in construction sector.

지식관리시스템(KMS)을 통한 건설현장 지식관리

Nowadays knowledge is begging to supplant the traditional factors of production and becomes the most important resource to enable coperation in an organization and enhance its competitiveness in the marketplace. Many construction firms have been trying to perform Knowledge management, and implement Knowledge Management System. For successful KMS, a company should check the exiting infrastructures which includes resources and knowledge which an organization may already have in place, their culture, and processes and adopt the proper approach according to their own business requirements. This study defined the knowledge life-cycle and proposed a method to manage knowledge in the construction feild.

Outcomes of Wedge Wing in the Lag Screw for Unstable Intertrochanteric Fractures in Elderly Patients

Purpose: To evaluate clinical-functional and radiologic outcomes of elderly patients with an unstable intertrochanteric femur fracture treated with a wedge wing in the lag screw. Materials and Methods: Forty-eight patients treated with the Dyna Locking Trochanteric nail (DLT nail) to resolve an unstable intertrochanteric femur fracture were reviewed retrospectively. Based on AO/OTA classification, Fracture 31-A2 (34 cases) and 31-A3 (14 cases) were included in the analysis. We measured the femoral neck-shaft angle, tip-apex distance (TAD), Cleveland index, sliding distance of the lag screw, and time to the fracture union. The Harris Hip Score and Paker and Palmer’s mobility score for clinical evaluation were used. Results: The mean follow-up period was 21.4 months (range, 12-34 months). The postoperative state of reduction was good in 28 cases and acceptable in 20 cases. The mean TAD was 20.5 mm. The position of the lag screw was center-center in 30 cases and center-inferior in 18 cases. The mean sliding distance of the lag screw was 3.4 mm at the last follow-up. The mean union time was 4.5 months. Two cases had complications which included a cut-out (1 case) and non-union (1 case). The mean Harris Hip Score was 86.5±8.3 (range, 76-90). Walking ability in 34 of the cases (70.8%) at last follow-up was similar to that prior to fracture. Conclusion: Functional and radiological outcomes are satisfactory using the DLT nail in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fractures; however, wedge wing in the lag screw does not prevent implant-related complications.

커튼월공사의 적시생산(JIT)관리를 위한 양중조달 시스템 개발에 관한 연구

There are many problems in site logistics management of high-rise building construction performed in downtown area due to limited staging spaces for materials and temporary facilities. Hence, studies on JIT concept focused on construction materials keep increasing as a solution for the problems. Curtain-wall work is a prerequisite for interior work and one of the most important materials because of its quantity to be dealt with. This study analyzes problems of curtain-wall logistics in construction sites, and suggests a direction and a model of system for transportation and procurement management of curtain-wall. And then, the model is evaluated by case study. As a result, it is expected that the system will contribute to JIT management of site logistics, and help managers make decisions and actions promptly on various problems. This study will also contribute to direction and development of transportation and procurement systems for other finishing materials.

건설기업의 지식경영 수준 평가모델개발에 관한 연구

국내의 건설기업들은 건설시장의 개방 및 경쟁의 심화에 따라 국제 경쟁력의 강화 및 지속적인 경쟁우위를 점하기 위하여 지식경영을 도입하여 개인의 지식들을 조직의 역량강화에 노력하고 있다. 그에 따라 학문적 측면에서도 지식경영의 발전이 계속적으로 이루어져 왔으며 오늘날에는 지식경영을 도입한 기업들의 수준 평가나 성과에 많은 관심을 보이고 있다. 하지만 실제 연구에 있어서는 성과부분에 너무 치우쳐서 정확한 수준 평가 없이 성과에 대한 언급만을 하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 건설기업으로 하여금 정확한 지식경영의 수준을 평가하여 지식경영의 여러 영역 중에서 좀더 관심을 기울여야 할 분야를 제시함으로써 지식경 영을 균형적으로 발전시킬 수 있는 건설기업의 지식경영 수준 평가모델을 제시하였다. Knowledge Management(KM), represented as a way to sustain or gain competitive edge in domestic construction companies since late 1990s economic fluctuation, whose priority is to transform individual tacit knowledge into explicit organizational one. Also, accompanied by academic researches, they come to turn their interests on KM leveling and its results. However, they went too far to KM results without commenting what their KM capabilities are and where they should lead. Thus, this research work suggests a leveling model for KM, especially construction company, whose role is to diagnose which parts they should be encouraged or how to strengthen their present capabilities.

건설기업 지식경영의 지적자산 측정

"측정할 수 없는 것은 관리할 수 없다"는 말은 성과측정 시스템의 중요성을 잘 나타내 주는 말이다. 또한 이처럼 어려움을 나타내는 표현도 없다. 기업의 유형자산은 재무제표나 손익계산서 등의 구체적인 금액으로 측정이 가능하나 기업의 무형자산에 대한 가치측정은 많은 방법들이 도입되어 왔지만 어느 하나도 객관적인 틀을 제시하지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 LG경제연구원에서 제시한 지식자산 축적모형(XYZ모형)을 통하여 건설기업의 무형자산(지적자산)의 크기를 객관적으로 정량화 시키었다. 이를 통하여 현 건설기업의 내재가치 수준을 추정할 수 있다. It expresses well result measurement system's the importance that 'It can not manage that can not measure.' In this way, there is no expressivity that express difficulty. While Corporation's tangible asset is possible measuring by specific amount of money of financial statement or loss and gain statement etc, Method of corporation's intangible asset measurement is much had been introduced, but some one is not presenting objective frame. This research did size of construction corporation's intangible Asset(Intellectual Asset) through knowledge asset storing accumulation model(XYZ model) that present in LG economy research institute so that do quantification objectively. Through this, can presume construction corporation's intrinsic value level.
