몽골 전통 공연 예술 국제 교류 현황 및 발전 방안 : 기관 및 교육 분야를 중심으로

한류 문화의 열풍은 기존 한국의 산업이 생산해왔던 가치를 뛰어넘는 확장적 부가가치로써, 한국 전통공연예술의 대표 기관으로 국립국악원, 교육 기관으로 한국예술종합학교의 역사부터 국제교류 사업 등을 분석하였다. 이것을 바탕으로 몽골의 공연예술 기관인 국립대극원, 그리고 교육 기관인 몽골 국립문화예술대학교의 국제교류 발전방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 몽골은 전통공연예술 국제교류 발전을 위해 다양한 사업을 실시하고 있으나, 국제교류 사례 분석 결과 한국의 사례에 비해 체계적 정규교육과정이나 지원 사업은 찾아보기 힘든 실정이다. 이러한 상황에서 전통공연예술 국제교류 양성을 위해 한국의 국립국악원과 한국예술종합학교에서 운영하는 국제교류 사업을 종합, 분석하였다. 먼저 몽골국립대극원의 역사를 시작으로, 단순한 조직현황과 국내외공연 현황을 살펴보기 위해서 2007년부터 2017년까지 11년간의 공연 활동을 분석하였다. 이어서 몽골 국립대국원의 예산 현황과 국제교류 진출을 위해서 어떠한 운영사항을 개발해야 할지를 살펴보았다. 다음으로 교육 기관으로서 몽골 국립문화예술대학교의 역사, 교과과정, 외국인 학생 및 교수 국제교류, 국내외 공연 등을 분석하였다. 이에 본 연구는 몽골 국립대극원, 몽골 국립문화예술대학교의 국제교류를 활성하기 위한 방안을 제시하였으며, 이는 몽골의 전통공연예술 국제교류활동이 활성화되는데 보탬이 되고자 하는 목적을 지난다 하겠다. 전통공연예술 국제교류의 활성화를 통하여 전 세계 문화예술시장에 자극적인 이루부터 줄 것이며, 외국인 대상 강좌를 통해 새로운 사업을 개발하여 몽골의 전통 공연예술과 문화의 이미지가 제고되는 기회를 마련해야 할 것이다. 이에 몽골 전통공연예술 국제교류 활성화를 위한 방안은 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 몽골 국립대극원에 외국인 대상 사업을 개설해야 할 것이다. 몽골은 특히 여름에 관광객 수가 급증하기 때문에 이를 겨냥하여 몽골 전통 공연예술을 직접 학습할 수 있는 기회를 확대한다면 긍정적인 영향을 주겠다. 두 번째, 국내에서도 일반인을 위한 다양한 교육 프로그램인 강좌를 실험한다면 몽골 전통공연예술의 저변을 확대시킬 가능성이 있다. 세 번째, 몽골의 국립대극원과 국립문화예술대학교에서 가능한 연구 활동을 개발하고 국제문화사업과 문화교류 행사 등을 적극적으로 지원하여 전통공연예술의 중요성에 대한 인식을 제고시킨다. 네 번째, 외국인 학생 대상 장학금 프로그램을 실시한다. 다섯 번째, 몽골 전통공연예술에 대한 홍보가 구체적이고 장기적으로 이뤄져야 한다. 몽골 국립대극원과 몽골 국립문화예술대학교의 정보시스템을 견고하게 구축하기 위해서는 전문 인력을 양성할 필요가 있다. 전통공연예술 국제교류 발전을 위해 외국인 대상 사업을 발굴하고 이를 통해 외국인과 국민의 문화예술에 대한 관심도를 제고한다. 이상해서 몽골의 전통공연예술 국제교류 발전 방안에 대한 분석과 한국의 국립국악원과 한국예술종합학교의 조직과 국제교류 사업 비교를 통해 다각적인 개선 방향을 분석해 보았다. 이러한 과정을 통해 몽골의 전통공연예술 국제교류 활동이 조금이나마 활성화되어 한 단계 올라갈 수 있는 계기가 되길 바란다. The craze of the Korean Wave is well-known and that of value is outweighing Korean industries that have produced untl now. In this study, the authors conducted an analysis on historical tomelines and international exchange programs of the National Gugak Center(Seoul) and Korea National University of Arts, which are representing as a cultural (e.g.,traditional performing arts) and educational institutions respectively. About the cultural and educational instituitions of Mongolia. Grand Theatre of National Arts in Mongolia and Mongolian National University of Arts and Culture were chosen for an analysis purposes. To begin with the history of the Mongolian Grand Theatre of National Arts, the performances of 11 years from 2007 to 2017 in Mongolian were scrutinized to examine the domestic performances and organizational changes. Next, the authors determined operating plans after reviewing the historical budget records of the Mongolian Grand Theatre of National Arts to advance into international exchanges programs. As for educational institutes, the history, curriculums, international exchange students and professors, and domestic performances of Mongolian National University of Arts and Culture were analyzed This study suggests a strategic plan to exchange the rate of international exchange of Mongolian Grand Theater of National Arts and the Mongolian National University of Arts and Culture to assist with Mongolian traditional performing arts. It is necessary to obtain an opportunity to exchange Mongolian traditional performing arts and cultural image by focusing on the world’s culture and the art market to develop new exchange programs through targeted courses and curriculums is any cultural institutions.This would be of great importance to become a cultural image worldwide. The following are ways to promote the international exchange of traditional performing arts in Mongolia, First, it is necessary to create new events and cultural programs for foriegners, who are visiting in the Mongolian Grand Theater of National Arts, With this promotional act, Mongolians will have a positive impact, for instance, expanding the tourists opportunity to learn Mongolian domestic traditional performing arts during the summer period due to the growth of the targeted tourists from abroud. Second, various types of educational programs will have a contructive and worthwhile effect on the possibilitty of expandng the traditional Mongolian oerforming arts and it’s further development. Third, several research project are encouraged to be conducted at the Mongolian Grand Theatre of National Arts and Mongolian National University of Arts and Culture, supporting international cultural project and events to raise awareness of the importance of traditional performing arts. Fourth, scholorship programs for foreign students should be established and proceeded accordingly. Fifth, long-term promotional programs on Mongolian traditional performing arts should be made and deleloped continuously. To establish the information system of the Mongolian Grand Theatre of National Arts and Mongolian National University of Arts and Culture, ir is necessary to implement training programs for specifed and professional personnel. To develop an international exchange of traditional performing arts, authors attempted to develop international projects for foreigners and to raise an aware of interest of tourists, global partners, and people in cultural arts. The authors, in this study, determined various methods to develop the latest models on the international exchange of traditional performing arts in Mongolia by comparing Korean National Gugak Center(Seoul) and Korea National University of Arts followed by global exchange projects. With these measurements, the international exchange activities of traditional performing arts will be of great help to Mongolian culture and arts. This it would be a significant opportunity to be evaluated at the international level.
