        Understanding the Concept of Iron Deficiency Anemia in Athletes: A Narrative Review

        New insights into the aetiology of anaemia in athletes have been discovered in recent years. From hemodilution and redistribution, which are thought to commit to so-called “sports anaemia,” to iron deficiency triggered by higher requirements, dietary requirements, decreased uptake, enhanced losses, hemolysis, and sequester, to genetic factors of different types of anaemia (some related to sport), anaemia in athletes necessitates a careful and multisystem methodology. Dietary factors that hinder iron absorption and enhance iron bioavailability (e.g., phytate, polyphenols) should be considered. Celiac disease, which is more common in female athletes, may be the consequence of an iron deficiency anaemia that is unidentified. Sweating, hematuria, gastrointestinal bleeding, inflammation, and intravascular and extravascular hemolysis are all ways iron is lost during strength training. In training, evaluating the iron status, particularly in athletes at risk of iron deficiency, may work on improving iron balance and possibly effectiveness. Iron status is influenced by a healthy gut microbiome. To eliminate hemolysis, athletes at risk of iron deficiency should engage in non-weight-bearing, low-intensity sporting activities.

        Pharmacological Viewpoint Concerns and Phytochemical Components of Ginseng

        Ginseng is described as the "King of all herbs, "Man-root" or "Root of heaven" and regarded as the most powerful herbal remedy, particularly grown in Korea, China, Japan, Vietnam, and North America. It has been in existence for a long time. The most demanded herbal cure, Ginseng, principally the root, has long been employed in traditional Asian medicine. The extent of availability of bioactive combinations and their impact on the body differs between American and Asian ginseng. Asian ginseng, also known as Panax ginseng, has a more calming influence and is more advantageous than American ginseng, such as Panax quinquefolius. The pharmaceutical aspect of development and extraction with diverse morphological properties is examined. Saponins, glycosides, carbohydrates, polyacetylenes, amino acids, vitamins, volatile oil, enzymes are all present in the Phyto-content of Ginseng. Ginsenosides are saponins that are constituents of the triterpenoid dammarane and have anticancer, anti-cardiovascular, anti-microbial, anti-obesity, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. Ginseng, in particular, has the possibility to help with microbial invasion, inflammatory processes, oxidative stress, and diabetes. It developed nanoparticles and nanocomposite film technologies as novel drug delivery platforms for cancer, inflammation, and neurological illnesses. Furthermore, it offers a range of applications that will be vital for future growth.

        Weight Loss and Physical Performance with Ketogenic Diet: Overview

        Several sportsmen are worried about achieving or sustaining their ideal body weight and distribution for their discipline. Players may wish to lose weight to improve effectiveness, enhance visual appeal, or participate in weight class activities. This culminates in attempts to lose body fat while decreasing muscle mass, as well as eating choices that can have serious health effects. A Ketogenic diet is rich in fat, low in carbs, and somewhat high in protein. Various nutrition-exercise combos have been evaluated in an attempt to boost oxidative stress rates while decreasing carbohydrate efficiency levels and improving overall exercise capacity. According to the findings, increasing fat availability leads to higher rates of whole-body and muscular lipid use during regular moderate-intensity aerobic activity. With significant increases in fatty acid oxidation levels, such diets regularly fail to increase stamina results in comparison to a carb diet, and nothing is understood to evaluate the impact of a Ketogenic diet on strength development. Consequently, the Ketogenic diet may be one of the most extensively researched and defined dietary regimes for losing weight. It is also becoming more popular as a long-term treatment for a variety of illnesses, including epilepsy and many others, and is a typical dietary pattern of Regional cultures.         A Potent Medicinal Plant: Polygala Tenuifolia

        Polygala Tenuifolia, also described as Yuan Zhi, is a conventional botanic plant found in Korea and China. It’s most well-known promise is to improve cognition and guard against mental disorders, cure sputum, anxiety, and sleeplessness, and keep the central nervous system health. The pharmacological aspects of Polygala Tenuifolia's genesis and component compounds reveal the neuroprotective potential in connection to Alzheimer's disease. It contains three herbs: Bokshin, Sukchangpo, and Wongi. P. Tenuifolia's primary ingredients are Xanthone glycosides, Triterpenoid saponins, and Oligosaccharides. Polygalasaponins and Etrahydrocolumbamine are the major components, and they've been widely used for more than a century to relieve mood and psychological illnesses, particularly in North Asian countries such as Korea, China, Japan, and Taiwan. P. Tenuifolia extract eliminates allergic illnesses such as eczema and contact dermatitis by modulating Protein kinase-A and Mitogen-protein kinase-38. In vitro and in vivo studies linking P. tenuifolia root ingredients to a variety of pharmacological effects pertinent to AD show that this species' isolates may function through polyvalency.
