Bioresponsive hydrogels are promising drug carriers as actively responding to the disease environment for optimal therapeutic efficacy. In this study, inflammation-responsive hydrogel was developed to achieve effective drug delivery at the inflammatory site. Peptide-based linkers which could be cleavable by cathepsins, were introduced to modified alginate to deliver drug only in the inflammation state. A chronic wound can be formed by excessive inflammation stage. The sequential transition from M1 to M2 macrophage in the local immune environment is critical for successful wound healing. Herein, JQ1 was loaded in the hydrogel to reprogram macrophage polarization via epigenetic modification. Hydrogels loading with JQ1 responded to M1 polarized macrophages rather than the resting state of macrophages and excessively released JQ1 suppressed inflammation. Ultimately, our system developed in this study can potentially be used in the wide biomedical application for targeting drug delivery.

Recently, due to lack of physical activity, middle-aged women are exposed to Lifestyle-related diseases by obesity and health care is urgently needed. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of complex exercise program on Lifestyle-related factors and blood free oxygen radical of middle-aged obese women. The two-way repeated measure ANOVA was used to verify the difference between the time of measurement and the group. At this time, the paired sample t-test was performed for the variables with statistically significant differences in each variable. The significance level of all results was set to p<.05 and the following conclusions were obtained. In the changes of Lifestyle-related factors, the body fat percentage showed an interaction effect between group and period & group. The blood glucose showed only the interaction effect between period & group. Total cholesterol had an interaction effect between timing and period & group, In neutral fat, there was only interaction effect between timing & group. In blood pressure, there was no interaction effect in time, group and time & group. Also in all the factors of the exercise group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant after the experiments than before. Changes in blood activated oxygen were found to have an interaction effect between the two groups. In the exercise group, statistically significant decrease was observed after the experiment. In conclusion, complex exercise has a positive effect on improving Lifestyle-related factors and blood stress. This indicates that this can be a recommended exercise method for middle-aged obese women. In future follow-up studies, if the exercise duration is prolonged and the intensity is gradually increased, it can be considered to be a program that can prevent various Lifestyle diseases by eliminating middle-aged obesity.

This study was divided into exercise group and control group for middle-aged women and participated in the Thera-Band Exercise program for 8 weeks, and compared before and after exercise to examine how body shape improvement and blood oxidative stress were affected. Statistical analysis was performed using the Window ver. SPSS 22.0 program. For the pre- and post-test of the two groups, the t-test method was used and the independent sample t-test was used to test the difference between the two groups. The statistical significance level of all results was .05. The results and conclusions are as follows. First, in the body shape improvement and the blood oxidative stress difference test, there was a statistically significant difference in the weight loss, body fat percentage and oxidative stress reduction in the exercise group (p<.001, p<.01). There was no statistical difference in the control group. Second, there was no statistically significant difference between pre - and post - body weight, body fat percentage, and blood oxidative stress in body shape improvement and blood oxidative stress difference test between two groups. As shown in the above results, middle-aged women participating in Thera-Band exercise showed positive results in improvement of body shape and blood oxidative stress. As the aging society progresses, middle aged women are prevented from aging fast, I think that it will be able to send a healthy middle age by controlling unnecessary oxidative stress in the human body. Subsequent studies suggest that antioxidant enzyme function may be added to the blood oxidative stress to prevent various diseases before they reach their old age.
