빅데이터를 이용한 치면열구전색 급여화 이후의 소아청소년 치면열구전색 환자에 대한 분석

이 연구의 목적은 치면열구전색의 급여화 이후 치면열구전색 처치를 받은 소아청소년 환자들의 성별, 나이, 보험종류, 지역, 의료기관 등의 특성을 알아보는 것이다. 건강보험심사평가원의 환자표본자료를 이용하였으며 2010년부터 2017년까지 총 8,454,636명의 환자의 정보를 얻을 수 있었고 이중 치면열구전색 처치가 포함된 환자는 114,680명이었다. 여자에서 남자보다 치면열구전색 처치를 받은 비율이 더 높았고, 5 - 9세 집단이 다른 연령에 비하여 가장 많은 치면열구전색 환자 및 진료 비율을 보였다. 보험의 경우 건강보험을 가진 경우가 의료급여에 해당하는 환자에 비해 치면열구전색 진료를 받은 비율이 높았고 진료기관은 치과의원, 치과병원, 보건소 순으로 나타났다. 지역별 비교에서는 경기도가 가장 많은 치면열구전색 환자를 보였으나, 환자 비율의 경우 전북이 가장 높게 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of pediatric and adolescent patients who received sealant after health insurance coverage based on demographic factors such as gender, age, insurance type, care institution and region. Patient Sample Data from the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service were used for this study. A total of 8,454,636 patients' data were obtained from 2010 to 2017. Of these, 114,680 patients got sealant treatment. Females were more likely to receive sealant treatment than males. 5 - 9 year age group showed the highest number of patients and proportion of treatment. Patients with health insurance were more likely to receive pit and fissure sealant treatment compared to patients with medical aid program. The number of sealant patients and the proportion of sealant treatment were the highest in dental clinics, followed by dental hospitals and public health centers. The number of sealant patients were the highest in Gyeonggi and proportion of sealant patients were the highest in Jeonbuk.
Development of an Upper Limb Muscle Synergy Training Interface

Recent studies show that stroke survivors often exhibit abnormal muscle synergy activation patterns. Restoring impaired muscle synergies may help rehabilitate impaired upper limb function. The objective of this study was to develop an upper limb muscle synergy training interface and test the feasibility of training new muscle synergies on healthy participants. A game was interfaced with a robot that can guide isokinetic movement while measuring endpoint force applied on a handle in six directions. A previously developed model estimated the endpoint force vector of a desired muscle synergy activation and was displayed on a monitor to provide an intuitive visual cue for training. Two healthy participants were trained to activate three muscle synergy patterns when reaching in each direction. Results confirmed the feasibility of training unfamiliar muscle synergy activations for healthy participants and provided insights for applying the training interface to the rehabilitation of impaired muscle synergies for stroke survivors.

Pd 금속을 9 Å보다 많은 양을 Si 표면에 증착한 경우에 형성되는 Pd-실리사이드는 순수한 Pd 금속이 쌓이기 전단계인 Pd 양이 많은 Pd₃Si 상이다. 또한, Si 표면에 Pd 금속을 1Å 이상을 증착 하였을 때 형성되는 Pd-실리사이드는 Pd₂Si 상이다. 그리고, Si 표면에 Pd 금속을 1Å보다 작은 양을 증착한 Pd 3d 내각준위의 분광을 보면, Pd의 증착 두께가 얇아질수록 Pd 3d 내각준위의 반높이에서 반너비(half width at half maximum: HWHM)의 크기가 넓어진다. 매우 작은 양의 Pd 금속을 Si 표면에 증착한 경우에 반너비가 넓어진 이유는 많은 연구자들이 찾아낸 Pd-실리사이드인 Pd₂Si 상외에 Si 양이 많은 새로운 Pd-실리사이드인 PdSi 상이 존재하는 것 때문이다. If the thickness of Pd deposited is larger than 9 Å, its phase is Pd₃Si. This phase is followed by pure Pd phase with further deposition of Pd. Also, when the thickness of Pd deposited on top of Si(111) is larger than 1 Å, the phase of Pd-silicide formed is found to be Pd₂Si. The full width at half maximum of Pd 3d core-levels increases with decreasing of Pd film thickness at low coverages (≤0.5 Å). This is due to the formation of additional phase of Pd silicide, i.e. PdSi, in addition to Pd₂Si.
