The objective of this study is to verify the effect of the residential satisfaction degree and the recommandation intent by the move-in factors and the management service quality factors for Knowledge Industrial Center(KIC)- Focusing the companies in Seoul Digital Industrial Complex(SDIC). The KIC was called as "an apartment-styled factory" in the past and is recently called as "integrated-form of factory" where multiple factories can produce products in one single building. The research model of this study has two group factors such as the move-in factors and the management service quality factors as input variables, and has the residential satisfaction degree as an intervening variable, and lastly has the recommandation intent as a dependent variable. the move-in factors of KIC are consisted of 4 factors such as an economic, institutional, locational and environmental, and businesswise factors, and the management service quality factors of KIC are consisted of 4 factors such as a management, cleanness, security and safety, and parking management factors. SDIC was selected as the subject of this study because SDIC is located in Seoul city and is the biggest in the number of employees, influence, and ripple effect among KICs. The results show that the move-in factors and the management service quality factors have been made a positively significant effect on the residential satisfaction degree of the KIC and that the residential satisfaction degree also made a positively significant effect on the recommandation intent.
LTPP Data를 이용한 노후 콘크리트 포장의 보수ㆍ보강 공법 효과에 관한 연구

노후화된 콘크리트포장의 보수ㆍ보강공법으로 아스팔트 덧씌우기 공법이 보편화되어 있지만, 아스팔트 덧씌우기층에 발생되는 반사균열과 아스팔트 포장면의 조기 파손 문제점을 지니고 있다. 이를 보안하기 위해 덧씌우기 두께 증가, 기존 포장면의 전처리, 토목섬유 설치 등의 다양한 공법 적용을 제시하고 있으나 아직 공법에 대한 공용성 확보 및 보수ㆍ보강 공법적용 효과에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 LTPP SPS-6과 Monitoring 자료를 이용해 노후 콘크리트포장이 적용된 구간을 조사하고 평탄성 지수, 소성변형, 피로 균열, 종ㆍ횡 방향 균열 및 밀림 자료를 구축하여 2002 NCHRP MEPDG(Mechanical-Empirical Pavement Design Guide)에서 제안한 기준을 적용하여 공법별 노후 콘크리트포장 효과를 알아보았다. In order to extend aged concrete pavement life of pavement, asphalt overlay has been widely used as a rehabilitation method, however it has problems of reflection cracking and early distress of asphalt overlay layer. Various methods including the thickening overlay, use of pre-treatment method of existing concrete pavement and installation of interlayer were suggested. However the effect of rehabilitation method in aged concrete pavement has not been clearly understood. This research explore of rehabilitation method on overlay design on the performance such as IRI, rutting, fatigue cracking, longitudinalㆍtransverse cracking by using LTPP SPS-6, Monitoring data. Severity of these performance and distress data are evaluation on 2002 NCHRP MEPDG (Mechanical-Empirical Pavement Design Guide).
LTPP Data를 이용한 균열 및 안치(Crack and Seat) 공법 효과 분석

균열 및 안치공법은 노후화된 콘크리트 슬래브의 줄눈 및 균열부의 과도한 움직임으로 인하여 아스팔트 덧씩우기층에 발생되는 반사균열을 억제하기 위해 기존의 노후화된 콘크리트 포장에 적정 간격의 불연속면을 형성시켜서 각각의 불연속면에서의 움직임을 작게 유지하는 공법으로 미국 등에서는 널리 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 LTPP Data를 이용하여 균열 및 안치 공법 적용 후 IRI과 포장 파손 추이를 분석하여 공법 사용에 의한 공용성 변화에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. Crack and seat method has been used in United States to prevent reflection cracks of overlay that may be caused by excessive movement at discontinuity of old concrete pavement. Tills method provide optium space of discontinuity by generating additional discontinuity in old concrete pavement. In this study the effect of various factors on the performance such as IRI and distress at after applying crack and seat method were investigated by using LTPP data.
