청소년의 거부민감성이 관계적 공격성에 미치는 영향인지적 정서조절전략의 매개효과

본 연구에서는 청소년의 거부민감성이 관계적 공격성에 미치는 영향에 관하여 알아보고, 그 과정에서 인지적 정서조절전략이 매개하는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 2017년 4월부터 5월까지 경기와 인천 지역 중학생 307명, 고등학생 226명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고, SPSS와 AMOS를 활용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과를 보면 첫째, 거부민감성이 높을수록 관계적 공격성이 높게 나타났는데, 거부민 감성이 높을 때 부적응적 인지적 정서조절전략의 사용이 유의하게 높았으며, 관계적 공격성도 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 거부민감성과 관계적 공격성의 관계에서 인지적 정서조절전략의 매개효과가 적응적 인지적 정서조절전략과 부적응적 인지적 정서조절 전략 모두에서 유의하게 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 청소년의 심리적 문제인 거부민감성이 행동적 문제인 관계적 공격성으로 이동되는 과정에서 적절하고 효과적인 개입 방법의 이론적 근거를 제공함으로써 청소년의 상담에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of rejection sensitivity on adolescents relational aggression and to verify if the rejection sensitivity is mediated by cognitive emotional regulation strategies in the process of affecting relational aggression. For this purpose, 307 middle school students and 226 high school students in 2 middle schools and and 2 high schools in Gyeonggi area. SPSS and Mplus were utilized for statistical analysis. As a result, First, it was found that those who had higher rejection sensitivity showed higher relational aggression. Additionally, as rejection sensitivity became higher, they had higher anxiety and anger. Accordingly they used more maladaptive cognitive emotional regulation strategies than adaptive cognitive emotional regulation strategies, which in turn increased their relational aggression. Second, it was found that the mediating effect of cognitive emotional regulation strategy was significant in both of adaptive cognitive emotional regulation strategy and maladaptive cognitive emotional regulation strategy. In other words, relational aggression tended to increase when rejection sensitivity was activated in the situation when youths could expect rejection. The effect became smaller when more adaptive cognitive emotional regulation strategies were used, while the effect became bigger when more maladaptive cognitive emotional regulation strategies were used. Based on these findings, this study discussed implications regarding counseling practice of clients and parents education, limitations and proposals for further research.

The purpose of this study was to examine the knowledge of male and female adults in the region of Busan and Gyeongsang Province on hand washing and their fulfillment of hand washing for two months, starting in September, 2016, in an effort to determine their awareness of hand washing and provide some information on future education. The findings of the study were as follows: As for the fulfillment of hand washing, the respondents female, homemakers, 30s, married, received graduate-school or higher education and whose monthly income was less than one million won washed their hands more than their counterparts. Regarding knowledge of hand washing, the respondents office workers, 30s, unmarried, received graduate-school or higher education and who didn t get vaccination against influenza had a better knowledge of it. As to hand-washing educational experience, the respondents female, students, unmarried, college graduates and got vaccination against hepatitis B received more education, and the respondents who had more educational experience on hand washing washed their hands more both indoors and outdoorsThe findings of the study illustrated that a better knowledge of hand washing led to a better fulfillment of it. Therefore how to urge people in general to wash their hands should be considered, and an aggressive policy should be formulated. For instance, it s required to pay continuing attention to hand-washing education, and every school and company should offer education on a regular basis to promote hand washing. The importance of hand washing should be publicized through a variety of media such as social media or TV or by conducting a campaign.
