가정용 가스보일러의 소형 열교환기 유형에 따른 압력ㆍ속도분포특성에 관한 연구

Heat transfer, pressure and velocity distribution for heat exchanger types of domestic gas boiler are different from shape, pitch. thickness of fm and array of pipe respectively. In order to measure the pressure and velocity distribution across the heat exchanger, a suction type wind tunnel was constructed and pressure, velocity distribution was measured for pitot tube(4 point) of rack type. The experiments were performed for 5 different air flow mass, Vinput= 0.7, 1.9,2.8,4.0,5.0 and transverse axis of heat exchanger(x-length) is 5cm respectively. Results showed that above 9.5 m/s. pressure distribution dispersion for wet type of heat exchanger is on the increase and above 5.5 m/s, pressure distribution dispersion for dry type of heat exchanger is on the increase. Also, pressure distribution dispersion by comparing two different types heat exchanger, dry type of heat exchanger showed a higher augmentation than wet type of heat exchanger.

Carbon Monoxide(CO) poisoning accident is higher than any other gas accident in the rate of deaths/incidents. In the last five years, 36 people died and 104 were wounded because of carbon monoxide poisoning accident. Most of these CO poisoning accidents were caused by defective exhaust tube in the old gas boiler and multi-use facility. In this study, the spread of incomplete combustion gas(CO) released from leakage hole of exhaust tube was analyzed by computational flow modeling and concentration measuring test. CO gas leaked form exhaust tube in a building was highest concentrated near the ceiling and formed the circular currents along the walls. Through these experiments and simulation, the reasonable installation location of carbon monoxide alarm was made certain and suggested.

In this work, a numerical investigation is performed for the combustion chamber of domestic gas boiler with 1-stage and 2-stage heat exchanger. The fluid flow and heat transfer performance is provided with a structure change of heat exchanger. The numerical solution shows that, compared to the 1-stage heat exchanger, the increase in the heat transfer in the 2-stage heat exchanger is higher than that of the pressure loss, which proves the excellent performance of this 2-stage heat exchanger. The temperature of combustion chamber with 2-stage heat exchanger is lower than that of 1-stage. This effect reduces thermal NOx with decrease of high temperature staying time of the combustion gas.
U-기반 가스안전관리의 기술을 적용을 위한 실증적 연구

유비쿼터스 기술은 모든 사물의 지능화 및 네트워크화를 구축함으로써 다양한 분야에 혁신이 가능하도록 한다. 유비쿼터스 기술을 기존산업에 적용하기 위해서는 대상 산업시설에 적절한 네트워크 인프라를 구축하고 인프라를 통해 수집된 상황정보를 분석하는 지능형 서비스의 개발이 필수적이다. 본 논문은 유비쿼터스 기반 도시가스 안전관리를 위한 네트워크 시험 및 분석을 수행하고, 정보 분석 및 탐색 기법을 연구하여 유비쿼터스 기술의 도입범위를 도출하고 제시한다. 이를 위해, 본 논문은 기존 IT 기술이 적용된 도시가스 안전관리 현황과 원격검침에 대해 조사 및 검토하였으며 근거리통신과 중/장거리 통신을 지하시설에서 확장성, 자가구성, 연결성 정도를 시험 및 분석하였다. 지능형 서비스를 위한 모형화 방안을 제시하고, 도시가스 관리를 위해 유비쿼터스 기술을 적용하는 도입범위를 도출하였다. The ubiquitous technology is capable of innovating various area to constructing intelligent and network to all objects. This technology can construct network infrastructure to facilities for applying legacy industry and need to develop intelligent service that analyze context-aware through network. This paper derive and propose the introduction range of ubiquitous technology, which should be testified and analyzed network, and studied the detection and analysis of information for managing gas facilities. We investigate the current status of gas facilities and automatic reading system, testing and analyzing wireless personal area network and mobile communication by scalability, self-configuration, connection in underground. Furthermore, we propose modelization method for intelligent service and derive the introduction range for applying ubiquitous technologies for managing gas facilities.
