This paper shows the result of study on the process improvement/innovation based on CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) for Development V1.2 staged representation in the view of engineering area of software, hardware and system. This paper intend to help rolling stock industry to define & innovate process and finally obtain certificate for achievement of CMMI V1.2 from SEI authorized SCAMPI Lead Appraiser through the introduction experienced by Hyundai Rotem Company(car-builder and supplier of electronic & electrical equipment) such as why CMMI-based process definition & improvement are planned and how each processes of CMMI V1.2 Level 3 have been implementing and how obtaining the certificate of CMMI Maturity Level 3 of CMMI for Development V1.2 staged representation etc. This paper shows the introduction to CMMI V1.2 model, process improvement methodology and CMMI appraisal on the basis of Standard CMMI<SUP>SM</SUP> Appraisal Method for Process Improvement(SCAMPI<SUP>SM</SUP>), V1.2. And, this paper shows about what kinds of activities/practices of 18 processes(CMMI Maturity Level 3) is essentially implemented to satisfy their"s specific goal and general geal through Hyundai Rotem Company"s experiences. This paper shows the advantage and problem by adopting CMMI V1.2 model. Especially, it present the corrective/preventive actions against the identified problem in order to improve processes.
EN50128 SIL4 소프트웨어 프로세스 ISA 인증 사례 연구

It is inevitable to control the systematic failure to obtain the software safety integrity of embedded software installed in rolling stock. Because it is not possible to assess systematic failure integrity by quantitative methods, SILs are used to group documentation, methods, tools and techniques throughout software development lifecycle which, when used effectively, are considered to provide an appropriate level of confidence in the realization of a system to a stated integrity level. Normally, safety approval process is through generic product, generic application and specification application for . For safety approval on generic application of software based system, it is required to apply the certified software processes from the planning stage for the assigned SIL. As such, we will develop project specific application with high safety integrity within time limit of contractual delivery schedule through software assessment to the modified area with the re-use of certified software module and documentation. At this point, Hyundai Rotem has developed software processes applicable to support SIL 4 based on EN50128 which was assessed and certified by TUV SUD. This paper introduces the Hyundai Rotem's detailed approach and prospective action to achieve software safety integrity level.

This paper shows the result of study on the detailed applicable procedure of software Escrow account applied for rolling stock. The customer as end-user requires software source code, related critical technical documents etc. about software based system of train for maintenance purpose through software modification and enhancement after completion of warranty period. Otherwise, it is not easy to keep up with the customer"s requirement of demanding supplier"s exclusive information because it is considered as intellectual property rights of supplier as software developer. Therefore, the main contractor(normally called as Car-builder) need to introduce software Escrow service in order to coordinate the different a standpoint between software developer and end-user. Software Escrow is a legal arrangement in which an software Escrow packages (software source code, software development tool, build process, proprietary information, copyright and etc.) is deposited into and Escrow account under the trust of a reliable third party (Escrow agent) depending on mutual agreement on Escrow contract condition as signing off Escrow agreement document. This paper deals with the study on the detailed procedure about the following general category of Escrow procedure and purpose to apply this specific procedure of Escrow into the future project onward.

본 논문에서는 전기철도차량과 지상신호시스템의 EMC 인터페이스 관리를 위한 기초 연구로 국내 고속차량과 AF 궤도회로간의 전자파적합성에 대하여 분석하였다. KTX-원강, SRT을 대상으로, 차량 운행 시 발생하는 고조파 전류를 측정하였다. 측정된 고조파 전류는 운행 노선에 설치된 UM-71, TI-21과 전자파적합성을 검토하였다. 검토 결과, 차량과 궤도회로간의 전자파적합성은 만족하였다. TI-21 C-Type의 1980Hz 대역에서 328mA의 상대적으로 높은 고조파 전류가 측정되었다. 이는 차량의 주전력변환장치의 제어 방식에 의해 발생된 고조파 노이즈로 9Pulse 제어를 사용하는 SRT에서 발생하였다. 조합시험을 통해 제어 방식을 13Pulse로 변경하였을 때, 1980Hz의 고조파 노이즈는 34mA로 감소되었으며, 모든 신호주파수 대역에서 고조파 전류도 감소되었다. 향후, 본 연구 결과를 기반으로 EMC 인터페이스 관리 자료로 활용이 가능하며, 추가적으로 국내 차량과 지상신호간의 EMC 인터페이스 관리를 위한 연구도 필요하다.
