본 연구에서는 지역 산업클러스터의 집적효과를 검증하기 위해서 지역기업의 R&D역량과 기술혁신성과 간 관계에 있어서 입지유형과 산업유형의 조절효과를 분석하였다. 먼저, 종속변수를 제품혁신 건수와 신제품 매출비중으로 한 전체모형에서 연구개발인력 비중의 회귀계수는 모두 1% 유의수준에서 유의한 양(+)의 값을 보였다. 또한 입지유형과 산업유형에 상관없이 유의적인 양(+)의 값들이 발견되었다. 이러한 결과는 급진적 혁신에서 R&D역량이 매우 중요하고, 이는 높은 교육수준과 기술적 자질 등을 갖춘 경험 많은 인재가 중요한 기술혁신 결정요인이라는 것을 입증하는 결과할 수 있다. 둘째, 신제품 매출비중에 대해서 입지유형의 조절효과는 통계적으로 유의하게 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 계획입지 내 기업들의 기술혁신성과에 대한 R&D역량 탄력성이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 상호대립적이기는 하나 산업유형의 조절효과는 제품혁신 건수와 신제품 매출비중 모두에서 유의적으로 나타났다. 제품혁신 건수에 대해서는 비선도-전략산업이 그리고 신제품 매출비중에 대해서는 선도-전략산업이 유의적으로 R&D역량의 탄력성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 신제품 매출비중을 종속변수로 한 경우 입지유형×산업유형의 조절효과가 유의적으로 존재하고 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 클러스터 기반 지역산업지원사업과 기존 산업단지의 클러스터사업 실시 등이 기업의 혁신능력 향상을 통해 경쟁력, 생산성, 고용 등을 상승시킬 수 있다는 실증적 증거라 할 수 있다. This study verified the clustering effect of industrial cluster system analyzing the effect of R&D capacity on technological innovation performance by location and industry types. Location types are classified as planned and unplanned industrial complex. And industry types are leading-strategic and non-leading-strategic industries. Major results for verifying the hypothesis of this study are summarized as follows. First, it has shown that R&D capacity had significant positive impact on technological innovation performance(number of product innovation and new product sales) regardless of location and industry types. Second, location types moderated the relationship between R&D capacity and new product sales. Third, although the results conflicted, industry types significantly moderated the relationship between R&D capacity and technological innovation performance. Finally, the moderating effect of location types×industry types only on the relationship between R&D capacity and new product sales were found significantly. This result provided the cluster-based supporting policies for regional Industries and the innovative cluster project for industrial complex has somewhat increased technological innovation of firms in Daegu-Gyeongbuk Region.

Printing machine of roll-to-roll type are normally used for printing a pattern like metal electrode pattern, organic polymer pattern with a micro-scale size width. An engraved roller contains the printing pattern. It transfers the pattern onto the blanket roller. The blanket roller transfers the ink onto the PET substrate to be patterned. And a wet printed pattern is dried by thermal airflow of drying chamber. The purpose of this research is to predict the thermal flow behavior of drying equipment and thermal effects of flexible PET substrate under the tension. A thermal flow analysis of drying process and a structural deformation analysis of PET substrate was conducted by finite element analysis. Finally, it was concluded that the deformation behavior of flexible PET substrate was affected by thermal expansion and structural deformation.

본 연구에서는 중소기업에 있어 중요하면서 실증연구가 부족한 산업클러스터 환경과 기업가정신, 그리고 기술혁신 과정의 체계성을 위해 반드시 고려되어야 할 혁신역량이 기술혁신에 어떤 역할을 하는지를 실증적으로 규명하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 첫째, 섬유의 산업클러스터 환경이 타 전략산업에 비해 높게 나타났으나, 기술혁신은 가장 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 지역기업의 기술혁신에 대해 산업클러스터 환경 자체가 전적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치지는 않는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 산업클러스터 환경 중 기업지원의 체계성과 기술혁신 간 기술혁신능력 및 기업가정신의 조절효과가 존재하였다. 또한 산업생산의 체계성과 기술혁신 간 기업가정신의 조절효과도 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전략산업 간에 기술혁신에 미치는 산업클러스터 환경의 하위체계가 서로 달랐고, 기술혁신능력과 기업가정신의 조절효과에도 차이가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. In the study, we examined the relationship between regional industrial cluster system and technological innovation including the moderating effect of entrepreneurship and technological innovation capability, which is the domain consideration in the process of technological innovation. For the purpose of the study, 848 firms in Daegu were collected and analysed. Our sample consisted of 247 textile firms, 402 mechatronics firms, 102 nanomaterials firms and 97 IT firms. The empirical study showed the following results. At first, textile industry had more favorable environment of the industrial cluster, but lower technological innovation than other industry. Second, industrial cluster system alone was not conducive to higher technological innovation. And industrial cluster system was categorized by 3 sub-system(industrial production, scientific technology, business support system). We found the moderating effect of technological innovation capability and entrepreneurship for the relationship between business support system and technological innovation. The effect of industrial production system on technological innovation was moderated by entrepreneurship. Finally, the impact of industrial cluster system and the moderating effect varied substantially across 4 industries.
