        신,재생에너지를 이용한 에너지 자립섬에 관한 연구

        Energy is related to density and the economy causes the problem of energy poverty to the economically weak people in a society. This problem tends to get worse in islands where it is socially and geographically distant from the urban areas. Energy cost is high in islands due to the increased expenditures from facilities distant from the energy source and the lack of demand. Therefore, the renewable energy should be applied to the island considering the energy welfare of the island peoples. The purpose of this study is to make a model about the energy self-sufficient island in Yeosu. In order to meet the goal, the economic propriety of renewable energy facility and the amount of energy at home and also the climate in Yeosu were analyzed. Homer V2.67 was used to analyze the propriety of energy load. It is shown through the climate analysis and paper research that the solar and wind power combination were suitable for the creation of energy self-sufficient island in Yeosu. The simulation was done based on the island size and climate using Homer, and the result are as followings. First, in case of creating energy self-sufficient islands using wind and PV in Pyung Island, which consists of 20 household, up to 83% of energy-independence rate can be gained. $55,128 is required per year in order to operate and manage the generation`s facility, and it is expected that energy expenses will be $2,756 per household. Secondly, the energy-independence rate using renewable energy can be up to 96% in Sang-hwa Island, and the operation and management cost $48,301 per year, which is $1,610 per household. In the case of Soyoja Island, it is anticipated that up to 96% can be possible, and the operation and management cost are $48,839 per year. Lastly, in Yoja Island consisting of 100 household, it is expected that up to 96% of energy-independence rate can be possible. The required amount of money is $125,855 per year for O&M.

        This study focuses on the fact that exterior public open spaces in apartment complexes can be activated through inducing shared areas within residential districts, which creates more vigorous and pleasant villages by making active association between the neighbors and promoting neighborhood consciousness. The purpose of this study is to verify the connection between residents' neighborhood and accessibility to public open spaces, which would affect the construction of public spaces of apartment complexes and the level forming neighborhood.<br/> As the study method, the space features, relying: on apartment complex types were analyzed by using space syntax to quantitate the accessibility, and residents' satisfaction and neighborhood consciousness were investigated through questionnaires.

        The purpose of this paper is to extract the important factors for decision making on the Housing Environment Improvement Project from the surveys on the residents. The fact that the residents, instead of the specialists, make the decisions, would have a better efficient. The process of the study is as follows:<br/> 1) Through studies of existing data, find out the factors that influent the housing environment for surveying the residents.<br/> 2) By using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), compare the importance of the factors and produce the priority hierarchy.<br/> 3) Analyze by comparing and contrasting the results of the step (2) and the characteristics of the residents.<br/> 4) Compare the satisfaction and the importance of the present residence, and decide the priority hierarchy.

      • The study of ventilation improvement using the solar chimney effect on urban house of Vietnam

        Urban development with high-density in Vietnam is a great challenge in the environment context. As the results, the densification and urban compaction of planning lead to the environment with unhealthily ventilation and low natural light for the occupant in households. So it is necessity to solve those problems with eco-friendly and affordable for people in these high-density city. In this paper, solar chimney effect was simulated at urban housing to solve those problems. A selected case study house is located in the Ho Chi Minh city which has tropical wet and dry climate for software simulation. Validation study of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) in DesignBuilder software was done to finds out the weakness of the current air well and to optimize the solar chimney. A results of 60㎥ bedroom show that the effective solar chimney width from 0.6m to 1.5m and height from 1.5m to 3.0m lead to the increase of indoor air velocity from 0.08m/s to 0.35m/s.

      • 전라남도 노인공동생활가정의 물리적 주거생활환경 개선에 관한 연구

        Housing is a container for human daily life, and it is the most basic environment that has been created to achieve the quality of life, also it has a greater significance to the elderly than the ordinary public. Elderly residential welfare facilities are divided into nursing homes, elderly group-home in partnership, and welfare facilities. This subject focused at all the elderly group-home live in Jeollanamdo. The elderly group-home improment plans by analyze the architectural characteristics, safety, convenience, and comfort of residential environment. This subject were based on actual surveys from September 27, 2018 to October 5, 2018. The results of the survey and research are as bellows. First, the security and convenience of access to rooms space needs to be improved. Second, for an elderly person with physical activity, the toilet and the safety features (none-slip tread, emergency bell) need to be improved. Third, considering the elderly with poor mobility and adaptability, the connection of each space needs to be accessible. Fourth, given the convenience of the facility, the handle of the doors and windows needs to be adjusted so that it can be used. Fifth, the lighting in the bedroom is directly related to the health of the elderly, so it needs to head the south. Sixth, the colour of the elderly living space planning needs to be improved.

        불량주거지 주거환경개선 목표설정을 위한 거주민의 중요도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to examine the priority order in determining the goal of the residential environment improvement plan, in Shin-an district, Gwangju. To decide the order, "Analytic Hierarchy Process", one of the analytic methods, is used. In systematically analysing the problems, it could enable us to itemize the intricate problems in setting up the goals and to know the priority between elements. The results of this study can be summarized as the followings; Firstly, in the subject area, the priority order of residential environment improvement are listed below : Security from Firstly, in the subject area, the priority order of residential environment improvement are listed below : Security from Secondly, for housing environment improvement, senses of the residents in the subject area are divided below : Construction, Building equipment, Social infrastructure, Public facilities, Social and economic characteristics, and Psychologic characteristics.         도심 가로개선 목표설정을 위한 가치측정과 지불의사금액에 관한 연구

        The downtown districts, which have not adapted oneself to the change in City growth, become hollow. The superannuated downtown does not supply central functions of the city. So the downtown loses a vitality that the area is changed rapidly a dilapidated district. It is same problem in old cities. This paper is started normative approach which redevelopment of downtown should have characteristic and peculiar things of the region. These are made from citizen's values and latent values of the region. Also these should be reflected the planning goal. Thus this paper seeks citizen's values, resident's values and latent values of the art street from the questionnaire on citizens in Gwangju. These results are based on making the goal of redevelopment plan. Furthermore, The practical value in development is estimated by WTP(Willingness To Pay) that converts potential values into money.

        표준형교사에서의 교과교실 운영에 따른 학생 이용행태 및 공간의 중요도 분석

        In this study, analysing the corresponding relation of a learning activities and a physical system by an alteration into the 7th curriculum, I would like to find the obstacles of facilities. Inspecting the above, this paper gets a technical data to build the facilities rearrangement model which is able to cope with the new curriculum. For this purpose, we analyse the hierarchy about space and the students' behavior on variation type in the standard school building, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to rearrange the rural middle and high school by the variation type. For the purpose of this study, the participants in this survey were the teachers from the five schools instructing the students on variation type with standard school building, the survey is about the gravity of physical facilities including a study space, an athletic space, a living space, a management space and a pathway. Added to this, to get the students' moving characteristics, we observe the second-year students's moving behavior in the special class room and general class room of the BS high school in recess.

        재래시장에서의 접근성과 업종별 상관관계 : 광주광역시 대인시장과 남광주시장을 중심으로 Focused on Daein and Namgwangju markets in Gwangju

        The conventional market places are the behavioral space by physical environment and human activity. We discuss ways and means of reviatalizing conventional market. Focused on consumer's aspect and physical improvement of building and equipment. In spite of it's small size, small area. Market is directly connected with daily life of citizen and plays a major role for urban activities and systems. Therefore is necessary to study the physical characteristics related to human activity for improving the physical environment of conventional market. This study base on an assumption that location of industrial classification depend on accessibility and relation with street. The purpose of this study is to analyze relation between street and industrial classification in conventional markets. For the logistic analysis, We investigated type of business, general road width, public land price, connection value, distance from a bus stop, distance between main street and the each store in Daein and Namgwangju markets. The statistical analysis says that 1. In the markets, food stores are located near from the main streets. 2. Clothing stores are located near from the main streets but far from the bus stops. 3. The culture type of business is located far from the main streets. 4. The neighboring facilities are located on the narrow roads and at the lands high in the public price.
