        Learning Progression을 적용한 중,고등학생의 "물질의 입자성"에 관한 지식과 미시적 표상에 대한 특성 분석

        Learning Progressions(학습진행과정, 이하 LP)은 "과학의 핵심 아이디어(core idea) 혹은 과학 활동(scientific practices) 이해 과정을 상대적으로 단순한 체계에서 전문가의 지식체계로 논리적이고, 순차적인 단계로 정교하게 설명한 틀"로서, 한 교과 내 및 다른 과학영역들 (물리, 지구과학, 생물, 화학)과 연결하여 연계적 교육과정을 구성하는 이론적 기반을 제공한다. 학습은 개개인의 선지식, 선경험, 교과교육과정, 교육과정 등의 여러 요소에 영향을 받는 복잡한 이해 과정으로, LP 단계를 모든 학생들이 동일하게 이동하지 않는다. 학생과 학습환경의 특성에 따른 이동 가능한 학습경로의 서술을 위해서는 다양한 학생 데이터의 수집과 분석이 필요하다. 이러한 과정을 통해서 가설의 LP는 과학적으로 증명된 LP로 규명되며. 비로소 교과과정 개발의 틀(framework)로 역할을 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 미시간 대학 연구팀이 개발한 "물질의 본성(nature of matter)" 주요 개념에서, 하위개념인 "물질의 입자성(particule nature of matter)과 입자적 표상(submicroscophic representation)"의 LP와 관련 평가지를 우리나라 과학교육과정과 연계, 수정하여 개발하였다. 수정된 평가지와 LP는 124명의 중고등학생의 LP 경로 특성을 분석하는데 사용되었다. 학생들의 입자적 개념과 표상의 이해도, 개념과 표상 이해도 연관성을 중점으로 분석하여 관련 과학교육과정과 현장 수업의 문제점과 시사점을 도출하였다. 본 연구결과를 종합해 보면, 높은 레벨 문항의 정답을 고른 빈도수는 낮은 레벨 문항을 모두 정답으로 고른 경우에 높았으며 이는 학생들이 본 연구팀이 개발한 LP 경로로 이해과정을 정교화시킴을 알 수 있다. 하지만, 대부분의 학생들, 특히 고등학생들은 초등학교 수준의 거시적 물질의 본성 개념 LP 단계에 머물고 있으며, 중학교 수준인 미시적 표상 LP 단계에 있다. 입자적 개념과 표상 이해 실패의 주요 원인은 1) 과학적 모델의 본질, 2) 관련 선지식, 3) 미립자 표상의 이해부족으로 정리된다. 본 연구결과는 물질의 입자성과 관련된 개념, 과학활동(특히 모델링)을 증진시키고 개개인 특성에 맞는 맞춤형 학습환경 제공을 위한 학습, 교수, 평가자료 개발에 기여하는 바가 크다. 더 나아가 ``물질의 본성``에 대한 LP연구와 과학적 소양 증진에 긍정적 역할을 할 것으로 기대한다. Learning progressions (LP), which describe how students may develop more sophisticated understanding over a defined period of time, can inform the design of instructional materials and assessment by providing a coherent, systematic measure of what can be regarded as "level appropriate." We developed LPs for the nature of matter for grades K-16. In order to empirically test Korean students, we revised one of the constructs and associated assessment items based on Korean National Science Standards. The assessment was administered to 124 Korean secondary students to measure their knowledge and submicroscopic representations, and to assign them to a level of learning progression for the particle nature of matter. We characterized the level of students`` understanding and models of the particle nature of matter, and described how students interpret various representations of atoms and molecules to explain scientific phenomena. The results revealed that students have difficulties in understanding the relationship between the macroscopic and molecular levels of phenomena, even in high school science. Their difficulties may be attributed to a limited understanding of scientific modeling, a lack of understanding of the models used to represent the particle nature of matter, or limited understanding of the structure of matter. This work will inform assessment and curriculum materials development related to the fundamental relationship between macroscopic, observed phenomena and the behavior of atoms and molecules, and can be used to create individualized learning environments. In addition, the results contribute to scientific research literature on learning progressions on the nature of matter.

        도심재생계획 평가요인 도출에 관한 연구 -광주광역시의 설문조사내용을 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study is to derive and adapt the Valuation Factor of urban regeneration scientifically and synthetically, which is the basis of developing a rational plan for urban revitalization. For this, we have selected 37 factors relating to urban regeneration as outlined in preceding studies and inquiry about importance of factors. we analysed he Valuation factors influencing he importance of urban revitalization through a questionnaire which was completed by inhabitants and expert groups in Gwangju Metropolitan City. From he results of he Factor analysis using SPSSWIN(VER.14.0), it was found that the factors which influence the importance of urban regeneration are Environment, Function, Resources and Policy Factors. Environment Factor comprises amenity, culture, beauty and convenience, The while the Function Factor comprises interchange, information, complexity and security. This classification has credibility because of the high factor loading through the Varimax Factor Analysis and is due to a high Cronbach's coefficient. There is a strong correlation between the classified factors through correlation analysis. Finally, through AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) 16.0 it was found that the upper classification is credible because main suitability index confirms recommending an admission standard.

        공동주택의 리모델링 전략을 위한 안전진단의 경제성분석 모델

        최근 생애주기비용 분석의 중요성이 대두됨에 따라 공동주택 리모델링 사업에서의 생애주기비용 분석을 위한 이론적 모델, 표준지침 및 소프트웨어 등이 개발되어지고 있다. 그러나 현재까지도 실질적인 안전진단에 대한 과거 보수이력데이터의 부재로 인한 LCC분석 결과에 대한 신뢰수준이 여전히 미흡하다. 본 연구에서는 사례 공동주택의 신뢰성에 기초한 LCC분석을 통해 리모델링 전략을 평가하고, 장래 요구되는 리모델링 조치수준의 비교 $\cdot$ 분석을 통해 적정 경제성지수를 제시함과 동시에 최근 연구가 활발히 진행 중인 공동주택 리모델링에 대한 실적 LCC 기초자료를 얻고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 퍼지로직에 기초한 안전성평가와 LCC분석모델은 공동주택 리모델링사업에서의 가치 지향적 설계대안 선정, 경제성평가 및 합리적인 예산의 분배 등에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다. The importance of the life cycle cost analysis(LCCA) for apartment housing remodeling projects has been fully recognized over the last decade. Accordingly theoretical models, guidelines, and supporting software systems were developed for the life cycle cost analysis of apartment housing remodeling systems. However, the level of consensus on LCCA results is still low due to the lack of reliable data on remodeling activities for safety diagnosis. in order to predict the reliability based LCCA of the given case, suggested the remodeling strategies level after reviewing other related materials. Apply the real information of the economic index. And based on such analytical measures, remodeling and operation cost and LCC in remodeling strategies level have been predicted; suggests the basic information about remodeling interventions level for the apartment housing. The LCC analysis models and the fuzzy logic based safety assessment presented in this study can greatly contribute to the value-oriented design alternative selection, estimation of the economic analysis, and the allocation of budget for apartm.

        공동주택의 시간의존적 설계VE 및 LCC분석 모델

        최근에 공동주택 건설사업을 위한 가치공학 및 생애주기비용(LCC)분석의 중요성이 대두됨에 따라, 대형 건축물의 건설사업에서 가치공학 및 생애주기분석을 위한 이론적 모델, 표준지침 및 소프트웨어 등이 개발되어지고 있다. 그러나 현재까지도 실질적인 과거 보수이력데이터의 부재로 인한 VE 및 LCC분석 결과에 대한 신뢰수준이 미흡하다. 본 연구에서는 공동주택의 건설사업에 대한 합리적인 투자의사결정과 설계대안선정을 위한 시간의존적 LCC분석에 의한 가치분석 방법론을 제시하였다. 제안된 방법론은 과거이력데이터의 불확실성과 분석대안의 가치분석을 보다 합리적으로 고려하기 위한 시간의존적 생애주기비용 모델과 퍼지로직에 의한 성능평가기법과의 상관관계를 규명하였다. 또한, 제시된 시간의존적 생애주기비용 모델과 가치분석 절차의 타당성을 검토하기 위하여 실제대상사업에 적용하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 방법론은 공동주택 건설사업에서의 설계대안 선정, 생애주기 비용 평가 및 합리적인 예산의 분배 등에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다. In the resent years, the importance of VE (value engineering) and LCC (life cycle cost) analysis for apartment building construction projects has been fully recognized. Accordingly theoretical models, guidelines, and supporting software systems were developed for the value engineering and life cycle cost analysis for construction management including large building systems. However, the level of consensus on VE and LCC analysis results is still low due to the lack of reliable data on maintenance. This paper presents time dependent LCC model based value analysis method for rational investment decision making and design alternative selection for construction of apartment building. The proposed method incorporates a time dependent LCC model and a performance evaluation technique by fuzzy logic theory to properly handle the uncertainties associated with statistics data and to analyze the value of alternatives more rationally. The presented time dependent VE and LCC analysis procedure were applied to a real world project, and this case study is discussed in the paper. The model and the procedure presented in this study can greatly contribute to design value engineering alternative selection, the estimation of the life cycle cost, and the allocation of budget for apartment building construction projects.

        도심재생요인에 대한 중요도-성취도 및 효용도 분석

        The aim of this study is evaluate urban regeneration factors as proposal to solve various problems generated in downtown of Kwangju Metropolitan City and offer alternatives for making decisions more rationally by reflecting inhabitant's opinion from the stage of setting plan. For this study, we measured and analyzed the effectiveness level being the difference of importance and performance level by eliciting things about importance and performance level on the factors of urban regeneration obtained by inhabitants and experts groups. The questionnaire about urban regeneration factors were made up by using Likert scales of importance and performance. Survey respondents were composed of inhabitants aging twenty and above living in Kwangju. We assessed factors about urban regeneration on the basis of the result showed in fourth quadrant, drawing action grid with the average of importance and performance. As the result of analysis, seven factors were condensed from thirty-seven elements as the high factors of them. Seven factors are as below : housing expansion for low-income group, saving energy and resources, water-friendly environment, downtown public parking zone, green open space, ecosystem preservation and connection, facilities for disabled people. Of them, inhabitants group think that factors about facilities for disabled and downtown parking place should be improved, while experts group indicated facilities for disabled and green open space as the most important factor respectively. Facilities for disabled people was selected as highest level by both of them. The responses of inhabitants and experts were similar as a whole.

        공동주택단지 주민의 공동체의식에 관한 연구

        The goal of this research is to analyze the sources that affect the Sense of Community of residents who live in apartment complexes. Specifically it focuses on the impact of objective living characteristics and residents' recognition of environments in examining the sources. Sense of Community is constructed by using individuals' sense of belonging to community, sense of connectedness, satisfaction of community, consciousness of participation, and the settlement of living places. For the explanatory variables, this research uses five categories: 1) residents' social background 2) residents' community consciousness 3) the interaction among residents 4) objective conditions and 5) environmental and psychological characteristics. This study employs the stepwise selection method in Multiple Regression analysis. The analyses show three major findings. First, the analysis of the first model that includes 5 major categories of explanatory variables reveals that “the interaction among residents” and “environmental and psychological characteristics” significantly affect “Sense of Community.” Second, when the relationship between the “objective conditions” and the “Sense of Community” is examined separately the following items positively affect individuals' Sense of Community: comfortability, specialization, independence, ready accessibility, and residents' satisfaction of the environment of apartment complex, public amenities, and brand of the apartment. Finally, while the first model shows R-square .73 of variance of the community consciousness the second model which uses “objective conditions” only demonstrates R-square .503.

        공동주택단지의 물리적 환경 구성요소와 거주자의 공동체의식에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to explore whether the physical structure of apartment complex influences residents' Sense of Community. The survey conducted in Gwangju metropolitan city in 2008 is used to pursue this research. For the measure of “Sense of Community”, five elements-individuals' sense of belonging to community, sense of connectedness, satisfaction of community, consciousness of participation, and the settlement of living places?are used. Three explanatory variables are: 1) residents' social background 2) objective conditions 3) design elements. As the methods of analyses for this research, One-way ANOVA and simple correlation analysis are used. The results of the analysis show this prominent findings about design elements. among the “design elements” of the apartment complex, the pedestrian system, the road system in the apartment complex, the public space system, and the parking type show a significant relationship with the “Sense of Community.” In specific, the parallel type with pedestrian and vehicle, and the combination of the parallel and partially separated pedestrian system demonstrate higher level of Sense of Community. Similarly, the circular and branch type of road among the road system in the apartment complex, the combination of centralized and decentralized types of the public space system, and the deck type and the indoor parking in the parking type are positively related to the “Sense of Community.”

        This study focuses on the fact that exterior public open spaces in apartment complexes can be activated through inducing shared areas within residential districts, which creates more vigorous and pleasant villages by making active association between the neighbors and promoting neighborhood consciousness. The purpose of this study is to verify the connection between residents' neighborhood and accessibility to public open spaces, which would affect the construction of public spaces of apartment complexes and the level forming neighborhood.<br/> As the study method, the space features, relying: on apartment complex types were analyzed by using space syntax to quantitate the accessibility, and residents' satisfaction and neighborhood consciousness were investigated through questionnaires.
