        산-염기 중화반응 실험의 문제점 분석 및 개선 방안

        이 연구에서는 산-염기 중화반응의 실험 방법에 관련된 과학 교과서 내용을 분석하고, 문제점을 개선하는데 목적이 있다. NaOH-HCl 수용액의 중화반응실험에서 1) 페놀프탈레인의 decoloration, 2) 염 생성 확인을 위해 적정된 용액의 농축을 위한 가열 과정에서의 색 변화, 3) 염 결정 확인의 어려움이 문제점으로 지적되었다. 이러한 문제점들은 페놀프탈레인의 구조변화에 근거하여 설명하였고, 개선된 실험방법을 제시하였다. The aim of this study is to analyze and improve the experiment of the acid-base neutralization reaction described in science textbooks. The problems in the neutralization reaction of NaOH-HCl solution were following; 1) the decoloration of phenolphthalein solution, 2) the color change of the titrated solution during condensation for the confirmation of the salt crystals, 3) the difficulty for the confirmation of the salt crystals. These problems are explained by the structure change of phenolphthalein and the improved experiment is proposed.

        종업원의 조직몰입과 직업윤리행위 연구

        Organizational commitment is believed to be critical to organizational effectiveness. This study explored how organizational commitment might be linked to HRM practices and service employees` ethical behavior. A survey was conducted on 216 employees of four Korean restaurants in Beijing, China. There is currently a lack of consensus on what constitutes commitment-based HRM. Although the specific terms used and practices included sometimes differ, there are several practices considered to be key components of commitment-based HRM. The study`s findings revealed differences in HR practices were linked to employees` organizational commitment and customer orientation; in particular, training and employee involvement had a more significant effect on customer orientation than other HRM practices. Thus, organizational commitment can function as a mediator in the relationship between HRM practices and employees` customer orientation. On the other side, the findings indicate that different types of firms displayed different levels of organizational commitment. The findings revealed differences in how employees` experiences of HRM practices were linked to their organizational commitment and customer orientation, which can reflect their vocational ethical behavior. This study also explored the way in which the firms designed and delivered their HRM practices in order to manage both organizational commitment and customer orientation. The findings provide insights into the way in which firms manage the commitment process through HRM practices as well as into the responses by employees to their intervention.

      • 기업 사회공헌활동 참여가 기업태도 변화에 미치는 영향

        기업의 사회적 책임이 중요하게 여겨지고, 사회적 욕구가 증가함에 따라 기업의 사회공헌활동은 선택이 아니라 필수가 되고 있다. 기존의 많은 연구들은 기업의 사회공헌활동이 기업이나 브랜드의 이미지, 브랜드 태도를 높여 주고 브랜드에 대한 인지도를 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 고객 충성도를 높이며 판매를 촉진시키는 등 해당 기업의 입장에서 많은 일을 가능하게 한다고 평가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 활발하게 사회공헌활동을 하고 있는 GS샵을 중심으로 기업의 사회공헌활동에 참여한 집단 유형에 따라 사회공헌활동 관련 태도 및 해당기업에 대한 이용의도에 차이가 있을 것으로 보고 그 차이점을 규명하고자 하였다. 또한 집단유형에 따라 느끼는 어려움의 정도 차이가 참가자들에게 인지부조화를 일으킬 것이라고 예상 하였다. 이를 위해 집단 유형을 구분하여 사전, 사후 설문조사를 실시하여 사회공헌 관련 태도의 변화와 이용의도의 차이를 확인하였다. 실험 결과, 자발적으로 참여한 집단에서 사회공헌활동에 대한 전반적인 태도가 다른 집단에 비해 더 긍정적으로 변화하는 것으로 나타났고, 이에 따른 후원기업에 대한 이용의도 또한 일부분 긍정적으로 나타났다. 하지만 참가자들이 느끼는 난이도에 의한 반응 차이는 없는 것으로 나타나 인지부조화는 설명할 수 없었다. 이러한 연구결과는 기업의 사회공헌활동이 소비자 태도 및 반응에 많은 영향을 미친다는 기존의 연구들을 뒷받침 해주고 있다. 또한, 실제 현상에 대한 확인으로 일반화 가능성을 높였다는데 의의가 있다. As the social responsibility of companies has been considered and social desire has been increased, the contribution to public contribute of company has become a essentials and not a choice. Some researches have shown that CSR enables them to make a favorable impression on people, to improve brand awareness and sales and so on. In this research, we tried to examine that consumer"s attitude towards society is different depending on each group to be classified into whether or not they participated in CSR. And it is predicted that the degree of difficulty each group experience get participants cognitive dissonance. In this research, we separated three groups, done a pre-to-post, thereby have identified a difference of using intention. The result of this research, it has tended to change positively in voluntary participative group much more than the other group. Besides reusing intention of community relational company like this rises. However there appears to have few differences of response by level of difficulty, hence it couldn"t explain cognitive dissonance. Anyway, this result showed that social contributive activities of companies has an important effect on consumer"s attitude and response.

        수영강의 이화학적 및 생물학적 수질조사 , 관리계획 그리고 생물학적 처리도 검토(1) : 수영강의 이화학적 및 생물학적 수질조사 The Study of Biochemical and Biological Water Quality on the Sooyoung Estuary

        This study is to find biochemical and biological water quality of the Sooyoung estuary. We found characters of water quality depending to seasonal, spring and neap tide, high and low tide. Following results were obtained, 1. Concentration of down stream of biochemical pollutants was wholly lower than it of up stream. 2. The concentration of BOD was 2.00∼69.85 ㎎/ℓ The concentration of DO was 0.00∼7.04 ㎎/ℓ The concentration of SS was 15∼120 ㎎/ℓ 3. Bacterial estimation of water pollution level by Tsuda & Morisita was polysaprobicity in 1987. But, there was a tendency of improvement and it was β-mesosaprobicity in 1988. 4. A total of 121 diatom species were identified, and only Nitzschia palea was collected from all sampling sites. So, Nitzschia palea is suitable for diatom indicator of Sooyoung estuary water pollution.

        유동층 연소로에서 유 · 무연탄 혼합 연소법을 이용한 국내산 저질 무연탄의 활용에 관한 연구

        It has been studied that combustion and the production of air pollution of anthracite - bituminous coal blend in a fluidized bed coal combustor. The objects of this study were to investigate mixing characteristics of the particles as well as the combustibility of the low grade domestic anthracite coal and imported high calorific bituminous coal in the fluidized bed coal combustor. They were used as coal samples ; the domestic low grade anthracite coal with heating value of 2,010㎉/㎏ and the imported high grade bituminous coal with heating value of 6,520㎉/㎏. Also, the effects of air flow rate and anthracite fraction on the reaching time of steady state condition have been studied. The experimental results are presented as follows. The time of reaching to steady state was affected by the temperature variation. The steady state time was about 120 minute at 300scfh which was the fastest. It has been found that O_2 and CO_2 concentration were reached steady state at about 100 minute. It has been found that O_2 concentration decreased and CO_2 concentration increased as the height of fluidized bed increased. It was found that splash zone was mainly located from 25㎝ to 35㎝ above distributor. Also, as anthracite fraction increased, the mass of elutriation particles increased, and CO_2 concentration decreased. As air flow rate increased, O_2 concentration decreased and CO_2 concentration increased. Regardless of anthracite fraction and flow rate, the uncombustible weight percentage according to average diameter of elutriation particles were approximately high in the case of fine particles. As anthracite fraction and air flow rate increased, elutriation ratio increased. As anthracite fraction was increased, exit combustible content over feeding combustible content was increased. Regardless of anthracite fraction, size distribution of bed material from discharge was almost constant. Over bed temperature 850℃ and excess air 20%, the difference of combution efficiencies were little. It is estimate that the combustion condition in anthracite-bituminous coal blend combustion is suitable at the velocity 0.3m/s, bed temperature 850℃, the excess air 20%.
