        흡연 운동선수의 점증적 최대운동시 호흡순환 기능의 반응

        The purpose of this study is to analyze smoking athletes' cardiorespiratory functions during maximal exercise. Subjects were selected which include 24 persons from C university: half of them from an athlete group and the rest a non-athlete group. Each group 6 contains smokers and nonsmokers respectively. The maximal exercise was set up, using the treadmill according to KSSI protocol. The responses of smokers' and nonsmokers' cardiorespiratory functions are measured and analyzed in the period of rest, exercise and recovery respectively. The results are as follows. 1. In case of the athlete group the respiration frequency of smokers showed significantly higher(p<.05) than those of nonsmokers only exercise, but not recovery. 2. The expired ventilation of nonsmokers in the athlete group showed significantly lower(p<.5) at the period of 12 minutes than those of smokers. But nonsmokers in the non-athlete group showed significantly higher(p<.05) at the period of 2 minutes than those of smokers. 3. The smokers' heart rate and oxygen consumption showed higher change than those of nonsmokers when resting. And the oxygen consumption of nonsmokers in the athlete group showed lower change than those of smokers during exercise, but it was not significant. 4. The respiratory exchange ratio of nonsmokers in the athlete group showed higher change than those of smokers when resting and during exercise, but it was not significant.

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the exercise intensity of weight lifting according to heart rate and blood lactate. Subject for this study was 14 male weight lifters, who were attending P and K high school in Kyungpook Province. The results are followers Exercise intensity of according to maximum heart rate, jerk(84%HRmax) was higher than snatch(74%HRmax). Exercise intensity of heart rate during match and recovery, In snatch, those were gradually decreasing, but in jerk, increasing. Average intensity of exercise was high; it was about 63%HRmax in snatch and about 72%HRmax in jerk, As for the intensity of exercise according to body weight, it was little higher in heavyweight than in lightweight. Exercise intensity of blood lactate during match and recovery were higher in jerk than in snatch and gradually increasing as much went on. As for the intensity of exercise to lactate threshold, it was average 122.15%LT in snatch practicing, and 175.79%LT in the third try of jerk match, that was the highest. The highest intensity was 206.31%LT for three minutes in recovery, not in match. Lightweight showed higher intensity in both snatch and jerk. From above findings, it is necessary to apply the exercise intensity taking into account heart rate and blood lactate density to training plan for weight lifting match. Also the research is required on the effect of applying maximum oxygen intake, heart rate threshold and lactate threshold that are produced from maximum exercise test on athletes, to training.

      • 테니스선수의 최대운동능력과 경기시 운동강도 분석

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the maximal physical fitness and exercise intensity in tennis competitions, according to heart rate and blood lactate on male and female university student players. Subjects for this study were eight male and female tennis players who were attending D university in Kyungbuk Province. Cardiopulmonary function was measured by a maximum exercise test. The test was given by KSSI protocol at the treadmill. During the exercise, we measured heart rate, oxygen intake, blood lactate, and duration time. The games were performed in singles game. Exercise intensity of the games was calculated by %HRmax and %LT in each set of singles competitions. Mean values and standard deviations were calculated. A t-test was used for comparing data between male and female group. The significance level was-set at p<.05. The results are as follows. Maximum oxygen intake was higher in male(56.73㎖/㎏ㆍmin), than female(45.45㎖/㎏ㆍmin), and there were significant differences (p<.05) between male and female. Duration time in male(930.00sec) was longer than female(802.50sec), and there were significant differences(p<.01) between male and female. Exercise intensity of HRmax in female(74.89%HRmax) was higher than male(72.90%HRmax), but it was not significant. Exercise intensity of LT in male(117.21%LT) was higher than female(101.96%LT), but it was not significant.

        단시간 최대운동시 해녀들의 스트레스 호르몬 농도와 면역기능의 반응

        The purpose of this study was to analyzed response of women breath-hold diver's stress hormone concentration and immune function in a maximal power test. Two group's 19 female were participated in this study. One group is consist of 9 breath-hold diver's(41.3yr) and the other was 10 general female's group(36.9yr). Wingate test was performed as a maximal power test. The result of study can be summarized as follows. At pre and post maximal power test, the group of the breath-hold diver's cortisol was significantly lower than general female group. At post test, the breath-hold diver group's epinephrine and norepinephrine concentration was significantly decreased, however general female group was significantly increased. The breath-hold diver group's norepinephrine concentration was significantly lower than general female group at the post test. Control group's T cell was significantly increased to pre test. The breath-hold diver group's Th/Ts ratio was significantly lower than general female group. The breath-hold diver group's B cell and NK cell was increased to post test but not significant. Both group's IL-2 concentration was not significant to pre and post test. As, above results this study can suggested that adaptation to cold water decrease the breath-hold diver group's cortisol and norepinephrine concentration and this tendency to adaptation also have a positive effect on immune function.

        SM570TMC 강재의 용접부 특성에 관한 연구

        건출물이 고층화되고 장스팬화될 수록 고강도이면서 신뢰성이 우수한 강재의 사용요구가 증대된다. 이러한 이유로 개발된 강재가 SM570TMC 강재이다. 그러나 아직까지는 SM570TMC 강재는 우수한 기계적 성질에도 불구하고, 동급의 타 강재보다 우수하다고 하는 용접성이 검증되지 않은 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 현장 작업조건으로 국산 용접재료 2종류와 일본산 용접재료 1종류에 대해서 SA 및 FCA 용접하여 용접성을 평가하였다. With building structures becoming higher and longer-spanned, the need for high-strength and reliable steel is increasing. For this reason, the SM570TMC steel plate was developed. Despite its excellent mechanical properties, however, its welding properties, which are well-known to be superior to those of other equivalent steel plates, have not been verified yet. In this study, welding specimens fabricated via SA and FCA welding, with two domestic welding materials and one Japanese welding material in site welding conditions, were evaluated.

        합기도 운동이 남자대학생의 최대운동능력과 건강관련체력에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Hapkido exercise on maximal exercise capacity and health related physical fitness in college male students. 16 college male subjects were divided into two groups for 8 exercise group and 8 control group. The Hapkido exercise is carried out with three times per week and at the 60―70%HRmax of exercise intensity throughout 12 weeks in the exercise group. Before and after 12 weeks Hapkido exercise, maximal exercise capacity(O2max, HRmax, RER, E, Lactate) were measured during maximal exercise test on treadmill and health related physical fitness factors(muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, body composition, cardiorespiratory endurance) were measured. The results are as follows. 12 weeks Hapkido exercise in the exercise group`s several health related physical fitness factors, such as muscular endurance, flexibility, cardiorespiratory endurance is significantly increased than the control group. After 12 weeks Hapkido exercise, there are significant differences between groups in muscular endurance and cardiorespiratory endurance. exercise group`s several factors of body composition(weight, fat weight, %fat, BMI) are significantly decreased. exercise group`s RER and E is significantly increased. The exercise group`s rest lactate is significantly decreased, and there is a significant differences between the groups in the level of lactate. In conclusion, the 12 weeks of the Hapkido exercise has a positive impact on the improvements in maximal exercise capacity and health related physical fitness of the college male students.
