        논문 : 공공도서관 봉사권역에 관한 연구 -지역중앙관을 중심으로-

        21세기를 다원화 시대라고 한다. 이러한 사회변화 속에서 지역의 커뮤니티 시설로서 공공도서관에 대한 이용자 요구는 증가하고 있다. 또한 수많은 관계자들이 관련되어 있는 지역특성은 매우 다양하고 복잡하며 많은 변화가 가능하다. 따라서 공공도서관 운영자들은 봉사대상 지역에 관한 직관적인 인식만으로 공공도서관 운영 계획을 수립하는 것은 충분하지 않다. 따라서 본 연구는 지역구조 분석과 등록자 위치 분석을 통하여 대도시 공공도서관 지역계획의 모형 특성을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 2012년 공공도서관 건립운영 계획 수립 지원을 위한 웹 시스템 개발 사업을 위하여 선정된 5개 도시의 중앙도서관을 대상으로 하였다. 각 사례관의 등록자중 3년 이내 이용했던 기록이 있는 등록자들의 거주지를 Arc GIS 프로그램을 활용하여 등록자 주소를 가시화 하고 거리별 등록자의 비율의 특성을 분석하였다. 2000년 이전에 건립된 사례관은 반경 2㎞이내에서 등록자 비율 평균은 약 53%로 2008년에 건립된 사례관의 72.5%와는 많은 차이가 있다. 이러한 현상은 인구밀도와는 연관성보다는 도서관 주변의 지역적 특성에 의해서 나타나는 결과이다. 중앙도서관의 봉사권역 설정은 지역적인 특성을 고려하여 등록자분포가 약 80%인 반경 2.5㎞-3㎞로 설정하는 것이 적정하다고 판단된다. 또한 시 중심에 위치한 공공도서관들은 주요 교통도로에 위치하고 있기 때문에 단순한 거리를 기준으로 등록자들이 분포하지 않는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 공공도서관 건립계획은 단지 도서관학의 범위에만 속하는 것이 아니므로, 도시계획이나 지역계획 그리고 공공도서관 운영을 하는 이들과 공유할 수 있는 GIS를 이용한 분석 수단을 갖추는 것이 중요하다는 것이다. The 21st century is regarded as an era of pluralism. Under these circumstances, there are growing needs related to public libraries, which are local community facilities. Moreover, local communities with large populations have more opportunities to implement changes. Therefore, it is insufficient for public library managers to establish operating plans based merely on intuitive identification of service areas. Accordingly, this study aims to present planning models for the construction of public libraries in large cities through an analysis of regional structures and the locations of library registrant addresses. The research sample comprised central libraries in the five cities that were selected for the 2012 GIS-based Planning Support System for Public Library Building Project. Among users registered with the libraries, those who had used the libraries in the previous three years were identified, and their addresses were visualized through the ArcGIS program. The proportions of library registrants within certain distances of the library were analyzed based on the results of the visualization. Approximately 53% of the registrant addresses were located within a 2 km radius of the libraries built before 2000. The proportion was 72.5% for the libraries built in 2008, indicating a significant difference. These results were associated with regional characteristics surrounding the libraries rather than with population density. This study concluded that, the service area for a central library should be within a 2.5-3 km radius, where the exact radius depends on the regional characteristics, as this range can cover about 80% of library registrants. In addition, this study found that the addresses of those registered to a library situated in the center of a city were not necessarily distributed according to distance because such a library could be accessed from major roads. In conclusion, the construction plans for public libraries should go beyond the boundaries of library science and seek support from multidisciplinary areas, including urban planning and regional planning. Furthermore, it is important to invent GIS-based analysis tools that can be shared by all public managers.

        신경망 모델을 이용한 손그림 의류 매칭 시스템 개발

        최근에 대형 온라인 쇼핑몰에서는 텍스트나 카테고리 검색뿐만 아니라 이미지 검색 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 이미지 검색 서비스의 경우 이미지가 없는 상황에서는 검색 서비스를 이용할 수 없는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자가 온라인 의류쇼핑몰에서 옷을 검색할 시, 옷의 스타일에 대하여 직접 그릴 수 있는 손그림을 통해 본인이 원하는 옷을 찾을 수 있는 시스템의 개발내용에 대해 기술한다. 사용자가 그린 손그림 데이터는 신경망학습을 통해 매칭의 정확도를 높이고, 다양한 객체인식 알고리즘을 활용하여 의류를 매칭할 수 있도록 한다. 이를 통해 사용자가 찾고자 하는 의류를 빠르게 검색할 수 있음으로써 온라인 쇼핑 이용의 고객 만족도를 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Recently, large online shopping malls are providing image search services as well as text or category searches. However, in the case of an image search service, there is a problem in that the search service cannot be used in the absence of an image. This paper describes the development of a system that allows users to find the clothes they want through hand-drawn images of the style of clothes when they search for clothes in an online clothing shopping mall. The hand-drawing data drawn by the user increases the accuracy of matching through neural network learning, and enables matching of clothes using various object detection algorithms. This is expected to increase customer satisfaction with online shopping by allowing users to quickly search for clothing they are looking for.

        안드로이드 앱과 MCU를 이용한 저가형 원격 전원품질이상 감시 시스템

        본 논문에서는 안드로이드 앱과 TI 320F28335 MCU를 활용한 마이크로그리드용 저가형 원격 전원품질이상 감시 시스템(Remote Power-quality-failure Monitoring System : RPMS)을 제안한다. 설계한 RPMS 테스트 베드는 스마트 노드와 서버 그리고 안드로이드 앱으로 구성된다. 특별히 RPMS 스마트 노드는 기존 감시 시스템과는 달리 C2000 계열 MCU를 이용한 저가형으로 설계되며 전력신호처리를 위한 신호처리 기능과 함께 전원품질 모니터링 정보 전송을 위한 데이터 전송 기능을 포함한다. 전력신호처리 기능은 순시전압강하, 순시전압상승 혹은 순시정전에 대한 웨이브렛 기반 검출 알고리즘과 고조파에 대한 FFT 기반 검출 알고리즘을 구현하며, 이를 이용 신뢰성 있는 실시간 전원품질 감시를 가능하게 한다. 데이터 전송 기능은 전원품질 원격 감시를 위한 저 복잡도의 전용 전송 프로토콜 알고리즘을 구현하며, 품질이상 검출 메시지 전송을 위한 간단한 데이터 포맷 (msg_Diag)을 정의 사용한다. 스마트 노드 측정 결과는 서버는 물론 WiFi (혹은 WAN) 망에 연동되는 안드로이드 폰으로 전송되어 실시간 원격 모니터링을 가능하게 한다. RPMS 테스트 베드의 서버와 노드 간 통신에는 RS-232 혹은 블루투스의 유·무선통신을 이용하며, 노드에 구현된 전원품질이상 검출 알고리즘은 CCS (Code Composer Studio) 3.3 환경하에 C 언어로 구현한다. This paper presents a low-cost remote power-quality-failure monitoring system (RPMS) using Android App and TI MCU (micro-controller unit), which is appliable to a micro-grid. The designed RPMS testbed consists of smart nodes, a server, and Android APPs. Especially, the C2000-series MCU-based RPMS smart node that is low-cost compared to existing monitoring systems has both a signal processing function for power signal processing and a data transmission function for power-quality monitoring data transmission. The signal processing function implements both a wavelet-based power failure detection algorithm including sag, swell, and interruption, and a FFT-based power failure detection algorithm including harmonics such that reliable and real-time power quality monitoring is guaranteed. The data transmission function implements a low-complexity RPMS transmission protocol and defines a simple data format (msg_Diag) for power monitoring message transmission. We may watch the monitoring data in real time both at a server and Android phone Apps connected to the WiFi network (or WAN). We use RS-232 (or Bluetooth) as the wired (or wireless) communication media between a server and nodes. We program the RPMS power-quality-failure monitoring algorithm using C language in the CCS (Code Composer Studio) 3.3 environment.

        공공도서관 자료열람실 공간기준에 관한 연구

        This study investigated the ratios of area, according to the domains and functions, of a public library. To this end, 20 public libraries were selected as samples from the 2012 Public Library Construction Casebook and from cases of consulting on the construction and operation of public libraries. The domains of a public library were categorized into data reading, cultural education, operation, common use, and others. There was a large difference in the area ratios between public libraries that were built with the aid of consulting (Group B) and those without consulting (Group A). In functional terms, the data(bookshelf) space and reading space had similar ratios within a data reading room, while the ratio of the library information space was smaller. Within a general data reading room, the ratio of the library information space was 12%, while the ratios of the data space and seating space were 44%, respectively. Moreover, within a data reading room for children, the ratios of the library information space and children’s space were adjusted to 14%, respectively, while the data space and seating space each accounted for 36%, with either 3- or 5-decker bookshelves installed. This study has identified how to calculate the area for each domain, capacity of books, and seating capacity by applying area ratios through functions in the data storage domain, along with numbers of books and seats per unit space. This study has also succeeded in calculating the required area and seats for each type of data storage room by applying the number of books that exist. However, this study has its limitation in that the regional characteristics(Metropolis, Small & medium size cities, Rural areas) were not considered because the number of samples was only 20 libraries.

        대학도서관 열람실 공간기준에 관한 연구

        This research aims to establish the size standard of university library’s user space, and present the standard and method to calculate total area required in the planning of new building construction and remodeling. Nine university libraries newly constructed or remodeled since 2000 were selected among the libraries of large scale universities with more than 10,000 enrolled students as the target libraries in this research. The target libraries were classified into A group (five cases partially remodeled) and B group (four cases newly constructed or fully remodeled) on the basis of the change of times. A university library can be divided into three spaces (user space, administration space and public space). This research classified the reading room in the user space into bookshelf zone, reading zone, information/office zone and hall/other zone, and analyzed area ratio according to each zone. B group’s bookshelf zone decreased 12% more than A group, and B group’s reading zone increased 10% more than A group. However, there was no big change in the area ratio of information/office zone and hall/other zone. This can be interpreted that university library changes from book and archive preservation-oriented space to user-oriented space. This research presented a proper reading room area calculation method, based on the capacity of books, by reflecting such a change. Each zone’s standard was set up through classification of domestic and international standards, based on which, the calculation method of university library’s total floor area required was presented. The reason why there was difference in university library’s total floor area required according to domestic standard and international standard was that the number of enrolled students per seat in the reading room was different. The area calculation methods presented in this research can be utilized as useful data upon planning university library construction or remodeling.

        공공도서관 세부소요공간 규모기준에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the planning guideline of individual space size for public library. The 26 cases were selected from the data of outstanding libraries built after the year 2000. The paper focused on the comparison between the data from analysis and the guideline from manual book of public library. The result of this study was as followed ; The first, reference reading rooms were open-plan rather than segmented. The second, the percentages of reference reading spaces from the data were lower than the guidelines. It proved the fact that the role of public library expanded to cultural community space. The third, children"s space retained sufficient numbers of book collections. It represented that people realized the importance of children"s library in terms of cultural education. The fourth, the percentage of space size of cultural area showed high amount of numbers. It proved the fact that the public library as community center was required various cultural programs. The fifth, the percentages of preservation library were lower than the guideline in case of the big libraries, while the small libraries were higher. The book collections of detached annex libraries should be linked with the central libraries.
