        The developments of the solar and the wind power energy are necessary since the future alternative energies that have no pollution and no limitation are restricted. Currently power generation system of MW scale has been developed, but it still has a few faults with the weather condition. In order to solve these existing problems, combined generation system of photovoltaic(400W) and wind power generation system(400W) was suggested It combines wind power and solar energy to have the supporting effect from each other However, since even combined generation system cannot always generate stable output with ever-changing weather con야tion, power compensation device that uses elastic energy of spiral spring to combined generation system was also added for the present study<br/> In an experiment, when output of system gets lower than I2V(charging voltage), power was continuously supplied to load through the inverter by charging energy obtained from generating rotary energy of spiral spring operates in small scale generator<br/>

        의료사고 피해 유가족의 의료소송 경험에 대한 질적사례연구

        The purpose of this study is to comprehensively understand the experience in malpractice suits of bereaved family who suffered medical accident. Two bereaved families of the victims of the medical accident participated in this study. The data were collected and analyzed according to Stake (1995)'s qualitative case study method. A total seven upper categories were derived. Those are ‘Memory of the victims of the medical accidents’, ‘anger toward the medical staff affiliated with the medical accident’, ‘lonely struggle for the medical lawsuits’, ‘distrust of medical law-related judicial world’, ‘nevertheless standing up for the medical lawsuits’, ‘necessity of institutional improvement for resolving medical accident’, ‘searching for new meaning after the medical accidents’. The results of this study are as follows: “In - case analysis” that independently explains the specific experiences experienced by each participant in the process of litigation after the medical accident, and “Inter - case analysis” summarizing by themes the meaning of their common experiences. Participants were exposed to secondary psychological distress in a special process of medical litigation as well as psychological distress in the occurrence of a medical accident. The necessity to develop counseling manuals for their specific experiences and for policy efforts that can be applied in the field of psychological counseling were discussed. 이 연구의 목적은 의료사고 피해 유가족이 의료사고 발생 후 의료소송을 진행하며 겪는 경험을 종합적으로 이해하기 위함이다. 의료사고 피해 유가족 2인이 연구에 참여하였으며, Stake(1995)의 질적사례연구방법에 따라 자료의 수집 및 분석, 해석을 진행하였다. 분석 결과, 의료사고 피해 유가족들의 경험은 ‘의료사고 피해자에 대한 아픈 기억’, ‘의료사고 관련 의료진에 대한 분노’, ‘의료소송을 위해 외롭게 고군분투 함’, ‘의료소송 관련 법조계에 대한 불신’, ‘그럼에도 불구하고 의료소송에 맞섬’, ‘의료사고 해결을 위한 제도적 개선의 필요성’, ‘의료사고 이후 새로운 의미를 찾아감’이라는 상위범주로 도출되었다. 연구결과는 각 참여자가 의료사고 발생 후부터 소송을 하는 과정에서 겪게 되는 특정 경험들을 독립적으로 풀어낸 ‘사례 내 분석’과 그들의 공통 경험이 갖는 의미를 주제별로 정리한 ‘사례 간 분석’으로 제시하였다. 참여자들은 의료사고 발생에 대한 심리적 고통뿐만 아니라 의료소송이라는 특수한 과정에서 2차적인 심리적 고통에 노출되고 있었다. 이들의 특수한 경험에 적합한 상담 매뉴얼을 구축하고 심리상담 현장에서 실행할 수 있는 정책적 노력의 필요성을 논의하였다.

        유채의 실용형질에 대한 유전연구 -제 1 보 유채의 초장, 성숙기 및 종실중의 유전분석-

        To obtain basic information on the breeding of early maturing, short plant height rapeseed varieties, the following 7 varieties, Isuzu, Miyuki, Norin 25, Rang, Yongdang, Cresus and Tower were used in diallel crosses in 1979. Maturing date, plant height and grain weight per plant for the parents, $F_1$'s and $F_2$'s of the 7 x 7 partial diallel crosses were measured in 1981 for analysis of their genetic behavior. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. The days to maturing of $F_1$'s showed complete dominance for early maturing, and both additive and dominance genetic variances were significant. Number of effective factors in $F_1$'s was 3, but in $F_2$'s was 1. The degree of dominance in $F_1$'s was partial, while in $F_2$'s was complete. Both broad and narrow sense herita-bilities in $F_1$'s was high, while in $F_2$'s was low. 2. Yield per plant in $F_2$'s was controlled by additive component of genetic variance only, but $F_1$'s was different. The degree of dominance in $F_1$'s was complete, while in $F_2$'s was partial. The direction of dominance showed almost complete dominance over high yield and three effective factors was estimated. Yield per plant was controlled by recessive genes. 3. The plant height was controlled by both dominance and additive variance. Dominance was directed toward tall plant height. Number of effective factors was 2, and broad and narrow sense heritability were high in the plant height.

      • 황처리가 금속/InP Schootky 접촉과 $Si_3$$N_4$/InP 계면들에 미치는 영향

        The effects of sulfur treatments on the barrier heithts of Schottky contacts and the interface-state density of metal-insulator-semiconductor (MIS) capacitors on InP have been investigated. Schottky contacts were formed by the evaporation of Al, Au, and Pt on n-InP substrate before and after (NH$_{4}$)$_{2}$S$_{x}$ treatments, respectively. The barrier height of InP Schottky contacts was measured by their current-voltage (I-V) and capacitance-voltage (C_V) characteristics. We observed that the barrier heights of Schottky contacks on bare InP were 0.35~0.45 eV nearly independent of the metal work function, which is known to be due to the surface Fermi level pinning. In the case of sulfur-treated Au/InP ar Pt/InP Schottky diodes, However, the barrier heights were not only increased above 0.7 eV but also highly dependent on the metal work function. We have also investigated effects of (NH$_{4}$)$_{2}$S$_{x}$ treatments on the distribution of interface states in Si$_{3}$N$_{4}$InP MIS diodes where Si$_{3}$N$_{4}$ was provided by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD). The typical value of interface-state density extracted feom 1 MHz C-V curve of sulfur-treated SiN$_{x}$/InP MIS diodes was found to be the order of 5${\times}10^{10}cm^{2}eV^{1}$. This value is much lower than that of MiS diodes made on bare InP surface. It is certain, therefore, that the (NH$_{4}$)$_{2}$S$_{x}$ treatment is a very powerful tool to enhance the barrier heights of Au/n-InP and Pt/n-InP Schottky contacts and to reduce the density of interface states in SiN$_{x}$/InP MIS diode.

        LiF : Mg , Cu , Na , Si TL 물질의 열자극발광스팩트럼 측정 및 분석

        Three-dimensional thermoluminescence(TL) spectra of LiF: Mg. Cu, Na. Si TL material based on temperature. wavelength and intensity were measured and analyzed. The glow curves were obtained by integration of luminescence intensity for wavelength at each temperature. and various trapping parameters related to the trap formation were determined by analyzing these curves. Computerized glow curve deconvolution(CGCD) method which based on general order kinetics(GOK) model were used for the glow curve analysis. The glow curves of LiF : Mg. Cu. Na, Si TL material were deconvoluted to six isolated glow curves which have peak temperature at 333 K. 374 K. 426 K. 466 K. 483 K and 516 K, respectively. The 466 K main glow peak had an activation energy of 2.06 eV and a kinetic order of 1.05. This TL material was also found to have three recombination centers. 1.80 eV, 2.88 eV and 3.27 eV by TL spectra analysis based on Franck-Condors model. It showed that 2.88 eV is the dominant center. followed by 3.27 eV level, and 1.80 eV center is ascertained as emission center of this material even though its very weak emission intensity.

        This study was carried out to determine the optimum plot size, plot shape and number of required replications in yield trials of sesame. Based on the observations of 360 basic units, two to three replications with the optimum plot size of 10-12㎡ were found to be appropriate for sesame yield trials. Lower coefficients of variation indicated the preference of square plot to rectangular plot.

        땅콩脂肪含量과 脂肪酸助成의 品種間 差異

        The oil content and fatty acid composition of 281 peanut varieties which were introduced from abraod, collected and bred in Korea, were evaluated to search the breeding materials of high oil content and good oil quality. The oil content of all varieties ranged from 40.4% to 60.2%. The average oleic acid (18 : 1) content of peanut oil was 42.2% and ranged from 32.1 to 55.4%, average linoleic acid (18 : 2) was 39.0% and ranged between 26.2 and 49.0%. Korea bred lines and PI lines were the highest in oleic and linoleic acid, respectively. Average concentration was 10.0%(range 4.1~17.5%) in palmitic(16 : 0), 2.5% (range 0. 7~5.7%) in stearic (18 : 0), 2.3% (range 0~4.9%) in arachidic (20 : 0), 1.3% (range 0~4.3%) in eicosenoic (22 : 1), and 2.8% (range 0~9.2%) in behenic acid (22 : 0). Oleic acid content was higher in small-seeded varieties while linoleic was higher in the large-seeded varieties. The highly negative correlation was shown between the concentration of the major high quality fatty acid, oleic plus linoleic, and each minor acid, palmitic, stearic, arachidic, eicosenoic and behenic acid.
