        시스템엔지니어링이란 성공적인 시스템 구상개발 및 시스템 성능 보증을 위한 엔지니어링활동으로 고객의 기술적 요구사항을 가장 효과적으로 구현할 수 있다. 그러나 국내경량전철 사업에서의 시스템엔지니어링 적용 현황을 살펴보면 차량분야 및 분야에 한정되어 성능통합관리, 설계관리, RAM 관리, Safety 관리, 소음 및 진동관리, 인터페이스관리 등의 핵심기술관리만 적용되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국제규격인 ISO/IEC 15288 “정보기술시스템 및 소프트웨어 공학 시스템생명주기 프로세스”를 기준으로 핵심기술관리 이외에 프로젝트를 지원하기 위한 위험관리프로세스와 형상관리프로세스, 정보관리프로세스에 대한 시스템엔지니어링 활동과 절차 및 산출물 등의 연구 내용을 제시하고자 한다. Systems engineering is a successful system development and system performance guarantee Initiative engineering activities for the customer"s technical requirements can be implemented most effectively. However, in the domestic light rail project to look into the systems engineering applied to the field, and the field is limited to the performance of the vehicle integrated management, design management, RAM Management, Safety Management, noise and vibration management, interface management, technology management, but being applied to the core of Go that. In this paper, the international standard, ISO / IEC 15288 "Information technology systems and software engineering System life cycle processes" on the basis of the core technology to support project management in addition to the risk management process and configuration management processes and information management systems for process engineering such as procedures and outcomes research activities and information presented.

        흡수성 봉합사를 이용한 무지외반증 Akin 절골술

        Purpose: The Akin osteotomy which is a closing wedge osteotomy of the proximal phalanx widely used for the correction of hallux valgus has several methods of fixation. we tried to report the effects of the fixation using an absorbable suture material during the Akin osteotomy for the hallux valgus. Materials and Methods: This study was based on 448 cases of 346 patients who were able for follow-up more than 12 months among the patients who had an Akin osteotomy together with the surgery of hallux valgus between March of 2006 and May of 2010. Absorbable suture material had been used in all cases. Radiologically displacement and union of osteotomy site were observed after the surgery, and clinically postoperative complication such as skin irritation, pain and satisfaction were investigated. Results: Radiologically all cases had showed complete union and no case had the loss of an correction due to loss of fixation. Also, any case had no skin irritation due to a knot. Three cases had a medial cortical breakage due to a strong knot, and the initial one case among them had additionally fixed the osteotomy site for four weeks using K-wire, and the remaining two cases had fixed a suture on an articular surface without any fixation of an additional wire. If a medial cortical bone was lost by carrying out an ostectomy due to proximal protrusion of proximal phalanx, three cases could show union through the fixation of suture on an articular surface. Conclusion: This study considers that the fixation of the osteotomy site using an absorbable suture material in an Akin osteotomy was effective method and the advantage of this procedure was unnecessity of the material removal and no skin irritation.

        Dynamic instability of the railway bridge can cause track irregularities and be directly connected with unstable passenger comfort and derailment of the train. Europe and Japan had studied on this problem for a long time since 1960"s, Results of those studies are reflected in recent Eurocode and the bridge design code of Japanese railway bridges. However, even though some traffic safety requirements were applied in Kyoung-bu highspeed railway by French engineers, we experienced many difficulties from insufficient information of criteria background and application procedures. In this paper, a investigation of recent traffic safety requirements of Europe and Japan for railway bridges will be introduced and application procedures for the estimation of dynamic performance will be proposed.
