Recently, business environment has been rapidly changing with complicated and diversified aspects. With the globalization on-going, the necessity for the enterprises cope with this phenomenon in more active manner has been also increased. Along with this, even in the domestic sports industry including commercial sports centers, joint marketing with the business both of other kind and of a kind, and research and development of programs have been more and more required. In order to meet customers rapidly changing demand, proper alternatives from technology development to after service are required as survival strategies to early occupy the competitive advantage. In this article, the necessity of strategic alliance in the commercial sports centers and of which effect to administration efficiency were investigated through an analysis of correlation between the necessity of strategic alliance and the organization members recognition to increase performance satisfaction. As a strategic alliance is so meaningful in the enterprise resource aspects, studies to find out the success factors which make the strategic alliance successful are also important as much. That is, the core of the study is to investigate the success factors of strategic alliance, centering on the members to ally with.

본 연구에서는 정적 및 반복하중을 받는 강판의 거동특성에 관하여 검토하였다. 강판의 강도에 관한 설계변수로서는 초지처짐과 형상비, 판의 폭-두께비등을 들 수 있으며, FEM해석을 통하여 이상의 설계변수에 관한 영향에 관하여 검토하였다. 정적 압축하중이 작용하는 판의 강도는 형상비가 1.0이하인 경우에는 형상비 변화에 따른 영향이 거의 나타나지 않았으며, 반복하중을 받는 판의 경우 폭-두께비와 변위 진폭의 크기가 강도에 크게 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 해석결과를 기초로 본 연구에서는 반복재하에 의한 강도감소 특성을 고려한 강도곡선식을 제안하였으며, 또한 폭-두께비와 변위 진폭에 따른 판의 변형성능에 관해서 검토하였다 This paper presents are monotonic and cyclic behavior of steel plates. The effects of design parameters, initial deflection and aspect ratio, width-thickness ratio are studied by using FEM analysis. The results obtained from the monotonic loadings show that the aspect ratio(a/b) on the strength is to be neglected in the range of $(a/b){\leq}1.0$. The major cause of the reduction in strength sbbjected to cyclic loadings are width-thickness ratio and displacement amplitude. Based on the results, this paper presents some new strength curve with considering the cyclic deteriorations. The results are also discussed about the deformation capacity accordance with the width-thickness ratio and displacement amplitude.
증례 : 소화기 ; 해부학적 이상 환자에서 시행한 복강경 유도 경피적내시경위조루술

Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG), which was first introduced in 1980, was quickly adopted for use in pediatric and adult patients. However, problems such as severe kyphoscoliosis, interposed organs, or other forms of distorted anatomy, may prevent effective and safe PEG tube placement. In such cases, laparoscopy-assisted PEG (LAPEG) is a useful optional procedure for patients with distorted anatomy and an initial unsuccessful PEG attempt. Furthermore, less invasive measures are preferable over surgical gastrostomy. We present a 27-year-old-male patient with severe kyphoscoliosis and a history of PEG-related complications with a colocutaneous fistula appearing 10 months earlier in whom a feeding tube was successfully placed by LAPEG. There were no LAPEG-related complications in the perioperative period, either technical or metabolic. After discharge, the patient was effectively fed using the bolus method.
