        수 종의 생약제제가 함유된 치약이 치주질환에 미치는 영향

        Recently many researches on plaque removal effect and therapeutic effect of toothpaste containing natural medicines are being studied in early periodontal diseases. The purpose of this study is to examine the clinical and microbiological effect of toothpaste containing natural medicines such as camomile, rhatany, myrrh,sage oil, glycyrrhetinic acid and vitamin E. Sixty three subjects with gingivitis were divided into an experimental group which performed normal oral hygiene procedure with toothpaste containing natural medicines and vitamine E and a control group which also performed normal oral hygiene procedure with Syrinmed? toothpaste without containing herbal extracts and vitamine E. At the baseline, 2 weeks, and 4 weeks, subjects were analyzed for clinical study and microbiological study. After 2 weeks and 4 weeks use of their respective toothpastes, statistically significant decreases of gingival index, plaque index, and bleeding index were shown in both the control and the experimental group. The degree of decrease was more significant in the experimental group than the control group. A statistically significant decrease of pocket depth, and gingival crevicular fluid were shown in both the control and lie experimental group. A statistically significant increase of cocci was shown in both the control and the experimental group, the degree of increase was more significant in the experimental group than control group. A statistically significant decrease ofnon-motile rods, and motile rods were shown in both the control and the experimental group, the degree of decrease was more significant in the experimental group than the control group. Spirochetes increased weakly in both the control and the experimental group but a statistic significance was not shown. A statistically significant decrease of anaerobic bacteria, aerobic bacteria, and black pigmented Bacteroides were shown in both the control and the experimental group. These results indicate that the use of toothpaste containing natural medicines is effective in the prevention and the treatment of periodontal diseases.

        연소전 조건에서 탄산칼륨계 흡수제의 이산화탄소 흡수특성

        기액 흡수평형(VLE)장치를 사용하여 연소전 조건에서 흡수용액인 $K_2CO_3$의 이산화탄소 흡수능 및 초기흡수속도를 측정하였다. 흡수실험은 온도 $40{\sim}80^{\circ}C$, 이산화탄소 압력 0~50기압 범위에서 수행되었으며, 또한 흡수용액 중 $K_2CO_3$ 농도에 따른 흡수능 변화도 조사하였으며 이때 농도변화는 5~20%이었다. 실험결과, 흡수용액 중 $K_2CO_3$ 농도가 증가할수록 이산화탄소 흡수능과 초기흡수속도는 증가하였으며, 반응온도에 따른 초기흡수속도는 $40^{\circ}C$에서 가장 높았다. $K_2CO_3$ 흡수용액의 흡수능을 증진시키기 위해 Piperazine과 homopiperazine을 각각 첨가하여 흡수 실험한 결과 Piperazine을 첨가한 경우가 이산화탄소 흡수능을 다소 증진시킴을 알 수 있었다. The absorption capacity and initial absorption rate of $CO_2$ into aqueous $K_2CO_3$ solutions were measured by using VLE(Vapor-Liquid-Equilibrium) equipment in the pre-combustion condition. Absorption experiments were conducted within the temperature range of $40{\sim}80^{\circ}C$ while increasing the $CO_2$ pressure from 0 to 50bar. The effect of $K_2CO_3$ concentration was investigated by varying in the range of 5~20%. As a results, the absorption capacity and initial absorption rate were increased with increasing $K_2CO_3$ concentration in the absorbents. Also, the initial absorption rate was highest at $40^{\circ}C$. Further more, we have studied the effect of adding piperazine and homopiperazine to $K_2CO_3$ solutions. The results showed that absorption capacity of $CO_2$ was somewhat increased by adding piperazine.

        This paper deals with the feedback control problem for a hydraulic unit in ESP, a device used to actively maintain the dynamic stability of an automobile. Firs~ owing to many unknown parameters and complex nature of the physi-cally derived model for the hydraulic unit~ a control-oriented model of the hydraulic unit is empirically developed to achieve model simplicity as well as ensure high fidelity. Then an observer-based integral control approach is em-ployed to guarantee perfect tracking in the presence of model uncertainty induced by such factors as oil temperature variation. Accuracy of the developed model and the performance of the integral controller are investigated using experimental results.<br/>

        첨착 활성탄소섬유의 흡착 및 항균특성

        활성탄소섬유에 항균특성을 부가하기 위해 은나노입자, 망간 그리고 인산을 첨착시켰으며 이러한 첨착정도를 SEM 분석을 통해 관찰한 결과 적절하게 ACF에 첨착되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 은나노입자 등으로 첨착된 ACF는 첨착되지 않은 ACF보다 휘발성 유기화합물의 흡착능력면에서 다소 떨어짐을 알 수 있었다. 은나노입자와 인산으로 첨착된 ACF의 경우 bacillus cereus와 salmonella entaritidis에 대해 뛰어난 항균력을 보였으나 망간으로 첨착된 ACF의 경우는 bacillus cereus와 salmonella entaritidis에 대한 항균력이 거의 없음을 알 수 있었다. To introduce the antibacterial activity, ACF(activated carbon fiber) was impregnated by nano-sized Ag, Mn, and phosphoric acid. It was observed by the SEM analysis that Ag, Mn and phosphoric acid were properly impregnated at the ACF. The impregnated ACF showed lower adsorption performance than the pure ACF. It is found that ACFs impregnated by nano-sized Ag or phosphoric acid have a good antibacterial activity against bacillus cereus and salmonella entaritidis. but in the case of ACF impregnated with Mn, it have not any antibacterial effect on the bacillus cereus and salmonella entaritidis.

        차량 요레이트 피드백을 통한 가상 제동 압력 센서 개발

        본 연구에서는 좌/우 편제동을 통해 차량의 요 모션을 제어하는 제동 기반 요모멘트 제어 시스템에서의 가상 제동 압력 센서를 개발하였다. 제동 압력을 추정하기 위해 유압시스템을 경험적 방법으로 모델링하였고 이를 기반으로 요레이트 피드백 제동 압력 관측기를 설계하였다. 차량 요레이트 동역학에 존재하는 외란의 영향을 최소화 하기 위해 외란 적응 기법, 외란 축소 기법 및 최적 이득 기법을 관측기 설계에 적용하였고 그 방법들 간의 성능 비교 및 검증을 HILS 를 통해 수행하였다. 그 결과 외란 축소 방식의 견실 관측기의 압력 추정 성능이 일반적인 Luenberger 관측기 대비 가장 우수하였으며 그 원인에 대해 분석하였다. This paper presents observer-based virtual sensors for YMC(Yaw Moment Control) systems by differential braking. A high-fidelity empirical model of the hydraulic unit in YMC system was developed for a model-based observer design. Optimal, adaptive, and robust observers were then developed and their estimation accuracy and robustness against model uncertainty were investigated via HILS tests. The HILS results indicate that the proposed disturbance attenuation approach indeed exhibits more satisfactory pressure estimation performance than the other approach with admissible degradation against the predefined model disturbance.

        This paper presents new approaches to identify vehicle lateral velocity and road-bank angle in real-time. The main challenge in the identification of lateral velocity and road-bank angle is that they are lumped together with the disturbance induced by system parametric uncertainties such as variations of vehicle mass and cornering stiffness of tires. This paper develops two estimation algorithms using the parameterized model for the identification of parametric uncertainties, which enables the real-time estimation of vehicle lateral velocity and road-bank angle via algebraic formulation. The decent performance of the proposed estimation methods is verified using simulation results on CARSIM, proving their practicability in real-world applications.

        Nowadays, in spite of some defects in high cost and low power transmission efficiency, most automobiles are equipped with automatic transmissions for shifting gears for the reason of convenience. Recently, one of the important thing in designing shift controller is about shift quality in the meaning of reducing shock at shift. Namely, that is the problem how to minimize inevitable shift shock through suitable pressure control in friction element as clutch and brake. Another one is about the slip control of torque converter clutch. That is also achieved through suitable pressure control of damper clutch system. The automatic transmission hydraulic system that consists of many valves with high order and shows a lot different dynamics to temperature variation. so it is difficult to predict exact generated pressure in real time. In this paper, through the identification of automatic transmission hydraulic system, the real-time operable and exactly predictable hydraulic model of ARX, neural network, neuro-fuzzy type is proposed and validated. We confirm that neuro-fuzzy model has better performance than the others in the aspect of low prediction error, few input number and simple structure.<br/> <br/> <br/>

      • 게인 스케쥴링을 이용한 견실 차량 횡 안정성 제어

        This paper deals with the design of a feedback yaw rate controller based on gain-scheduled H∞ optimal control, which enables the reduction of sideslip as well as the prevention of vehicle rollover. The uncertain factors such as vehicle mass and cornering stiffness in the vehicle yaw rate dynamics naturally call for the robustness of the feedback controller, which leads to the application of H." optimization technique to synthesize a controller with guaranteed robust stability and performance against the model uncertainty. The lumped disturbance due to the parametric uncertainties is estimated using the disturbance observer to assess the correct value of the compensating yaw moment. The braking force distribution for generating artificial yaw moment is implemented by effective actuation of braking wheels. Simulation results indicate that the proposed gain-scheduled H∞ optimal yaw rate controller can decently improve the lateral stability of an automobile.
