This study is aimed to design LSU lens for copier, then to make a effective mold after securing yield and stability of injection molding through injection molding simulation S/W. After designing f-θ lens, CY lens, CO lens which are major parts of LSU, we secured stability by analyzing the mold. It is expected that the results will be used for developing LSU system and globalizing the technique.

There are all countries in the world are trying to reduce the energy consumption because of remarkable energy reduction and environmental problems. Therefore, high light efficiency LED luminaires are being studied and developed relatively. But conventional LED streetlight is glare and has not good light uniformity. The investigation was carried out development of lens that can control for all the way of lights.

This study is aimed to develop a LED light with wide light distribution pattern, and luminous intensity uniformity using optical control lens as asecond lens on 60W LED. Also, it is analysed that strain and distortion on injection molding of 60W LED second lens through simulation to make effective molding after getting stability and a rate of yield in injection molding.

This research suggests the semi-permanent heater for the nano-surface which can no have the oxidation and short circuit in the air or water, be heated up to 500degree instantly, control temperature, be coated to any surface such as freeform. If this technical development is possible, heating elements which is used that exiting heating, heater and sterilizing can be alternate device and apply new applied field and then have an effect on that open up a new field. Also, it'll be opportunity to leap international technology which is a low electric power, high efficiency, environment-friendly.
