In the small household appliances system, in an efficient and hygienic to use of a lot of pressure vessel of plastic material. It is necessary to reflect on the design in order to produce a stable structure, and reduce the failure by predicting a weak position before producing the pre-task. Compare to typical steel, polymer material is way more ductile. Thus, it is not easy to analytically validate. In this work, the fracture ductility in accordance with the pressure of the pressure vessel fabricated by PP is a strong polymer material were studied a method of predicting. To the toughness values that can take into account the growth and the criterion of reduction in the mechanical properties. Area obtained by integrating the Stress-Strain curve due to the pressure change. It was defined as fracture toughness due to pressure. It was analyzed followed by its structural simulation with commercial structural analysis software (ANSYS) and using the breaking pressure obtained through actual experiments was applied to the analytical criteria. Polymer material through this method propose a method for predicting the fabricated parts determined analytically.

A bidet gets rid of residues with clean water after using the toilet. Beyond its primary purpose, bidet hygiene maintenance should be taken into account in that sanitary ceramics are a place of the spreading of germs and bacteria. In order to keep then clean, the inner part of the sanitary ceramics should be cleaned whenever using the toilet, but people are reluctant to doing it. To prevent the spreading of germs and bacteria, the sanitary ware cleaning technology with small size and strong cleaning power should be realized in bidet products. Therefore, this study is conducted to discuss the cleaning technology that is small but rotation, upward and downward mobility are available.
부식 패턴이 적용된 블랙 사출 성형품의 색차 불량 원인과 대책에 관한 연구

Recently, one of the method to get rid of post-processing is used to roughen the surface by processing the etched pattern on the mold surface in the injection molded parts production. The method represent luxurious design by etched pattern on the surface without post processing. There is also the effect of cost reduction. However, when using ABS of the black color, a problem showing the surface color difference or dirt occurs in some cases. In this study, when using ABS of the black color, the cause of the color difference defects was analyzed. As a result, the cause of color difference occurs according to filling height of etched pattern. Factors are mold temperature, injection pressure, difference of the product thickness and so on. In this paper, It was analyzed in terms of the injection pressure.
사이드 게이트가 적용된 사출성형 평판 제품의 치수 편차에 대한 연구

One of the important factors in the design of injection molded product is design for injection mold gate. Generally, direct or valve gates are applied to flat plate parts in the case of flat plate parts among various injection molded parts. The side gate is sometimes used because it can not be applied for the purpose of the parts of usage of aesthetic point. When the side gate is applied, dimensional deviation occurs in flow direction because the closer the gate is, the higher the injection pressure is received. In this paper, I would like to discuss what to consider when applying side gates to flat plate injection molded parts.
