본 연구에서는 한국복지패널 3차년도 자료를 활용하여, 만 50세 이상 64세 미만의 중고령 여성인력 1,486명의 취업 결정요인을 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구학적 요인으로 연령, 학력 수준, 건강상태, 배우자 유무, 자녀의 경제적 지원 여부 변인을 설정하여 분석한 결과, 연령과 학력 수준, 건강 상태, 자녀의 경제적 지원 변인은 취업여부에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 배우자 유무 변인은 취업여부에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 특히 연령과 자녀의 경제적 지원 변인은 부정적 영향을, 건강상태와 학력은 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 가구적 요인으로 건강, 가족수입, 주거환경, 가족관계, 사회적 친분관계, 여가생활 변인을 분석한 결과, 건강에 대한 만족도와 사회적 친분 관계에 대한 만족도, 여가생활에 대한 만족도가 취업여부에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 구체적으로 건강 및 사회적 친분관계에 대한 만족도는 취업여부에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만 여가 생활에 대한 만족도는 취업여부에 부정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 제도적 요인으로 가입하고 있는 공적연금, 개인연금, 건강보험 변인의 영향 정도를 분석한 결과, 공적연금 수급 여부는 취업여부에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구를 통해 중고령 여성인력을 보다 효과적인 지원을 할 수 있는 제도적 개선방안을 탐색할 수 있었다. This research analyzed determinants of employment decision for middle and old aged women between over fifty-year-old and under sixty four-year-old using KOWEPS (Korean Welfare Panel Study), the 3rd year’s panel data investigating 1,486 women. For research purpose, factors were categorized into three categories, demographical factor, family factor, and institutional factor and were analyzed to discover their effects on employment using logistic regression. First, an analysis of age, education level, health, spouse and economic support from children as a demographic factor showed that the age, education level, health, and economic support from children had a significant effect on employment. But, it showed that a spouse had not a important effect on employment as significance level .05. It also revealed that age and economic support from children had a negative effect, health and education level a positive effect on employment. These facts were identified that the lower age, education level, economic support from children were, and the better health was, they more likely to get a job. Second, an analysis of health, family income, residential environment, family relations, social acquaintance, leisure as family factors came true that satisfactions of health, social acquaintance had a significant effect on employment. Close scrutiny showed that satisfactions of health, social acquaintance had a positive effect on employment, but, satisfactions of leisure had a negative effect on employment. Third, an analysis of effective variables on public pension, showed that public pension had a significant effect on the employment as institutional factors in a significance level .05. But, it showed that private pension and health insurance had not a significant effect on the employment. This study implicated the improvement of political actions that supported the old aged women.

This paper deals with the human body vibration and the ride comfort evaluation in the vertical direction at the<br/> passenger car seat. In this research, the occupant analysis is carried out for Koreans. Since the human test is not<br/> allowed in Korea, the Hybrid dummy is scaled for Korean average size. The Korean sizes are determined from<br/> the statistical database based on National Anthropometric Survey of Korea 1997. The simulation results of scaled<br/> Korean dummy using MADYMO are compared to Hybrid dummy. This paper shows the correlation of a seat<br/> model between the experiment and the MADYMO simulation using the floor and seat cushion data. The results<br/> include the comparison of the body acceleration and the ride values, such as the component ride value, and SEAT<br/> value using acceleration at the floor.
