In this paper, we propose accurate lattice extraction of elemental image array and pre-processing methods in computational integral imaging. Pre-processing methods remove distortions and noises of the image. Such distortions occurred in pickup systems are rotational errors. Distortions will degrade the resolution of reconstructed images. To overcome this problem, we propose our methods for extraction of elemental image array and pre-processing methods. Also, we describe that distortions affect the high quality reconstruction. Optical and computational experiments indicate that reconstructed images applied our methods is better than reconstructed images unapplied our methods. 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 집적 영상에서의 정교한 요소 영상 추출 및 전처리 기술에 대해 제안한다. 전처리 기술은 영상 복원 과정 전에 영상의 왜곡 및 잡음을 제거하는 기술이다. 픽업 과정에서 발생된 왜곡 및 잡음은 주로 회전 왜곡으로, 복원된 영상의 화질을 저하시킨다. 이 문제점을 극복하기 위해서 요소 영상 추출 및 전처리 방법을 제안하고, 이를 통하여 왜곡 및 잡음이 영상 복원 과정에 미치는 영향에 대해서 설명하였다. 광학 및 컴퓨터 실험을 통하여 교정 전, 후의 복원 영상의 특성을 비교하였다.

The purpose of this study was to determine a suitable site using GIS for solar energy harvesting for an administrative district in Daegu, which aims at becoming a solar-powered city. From this result, the ecological housing complex was planned on a solar theme in the real site. For this analysis, various indicators and standards were selected based on previous studies and the indicators were divided into the location, exclusion, and class condition. The results showed that the suitable area was $153.95km^2$ and 17.6% for Daegu area, and the highest suitable area appeared to Dalseong-gun. Finally, using suitable site analysis results, we selected the site of Sinseo housing area in Dong-gu and we planned the ecological housing complex for solar energy. This study can be used as base data for the Daegu solar business and its establishment by considering various indicators for analysis of suitable areas in solar energy. Also, the result of the ecological housing complex plan would be helpful in promoting Daegu as a solar-powered city.
공무원의 조직커뮤니케이션이 직무태도에 미치는 영향 : 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 중심으로

이 논문은 공무원의 조직커뮤니케이션(수직적 커뮤니케이션, 수평적 커뮤니케이션)이 직무태도(직무만족, 조직몰입)에 미치는 영향을 검증하고, 조직커뮤니케이션과 직무태도 간의 관계를 매개하는 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 분석하는데 연구목적을 둔다. 또한 직무태도에 미치는 영향이 더 크고, 긍정심리자본의 매개효과가 더 큰 조직커뮤니케이션 유형을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이에 한국행정연구원의 2016년도 ‘공직 생활에 대한 인식조사’ 데이터를 활용하고, 구조방정식 모형(SEM) 분석을 실시한다. 분석결과로 수직적 커뮤니케이션이 직무만족과 조직몰입에, 수평적 커뮤니케이션이 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 긍정심리자본은 수직적 커뮤니케이션과 직무태도의 관계, 수평적 커뮤니케이션과 조직몰입의 관계를 부분적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타난 반면, 수평적 커뮤니케이션과 직무만족의 관계를 완전히 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 조직커뮤니케이션에 대한 이론적 함의, 실무적 차원에서 공무원의 조직커뮤니케이션의 활용방향 및 전략, ‘공직생활에 대한 인식조사’ 데이터에 대한 한계 및 개선방향을 제시한다. The objective of the study is to test the effect of public official’s organizational communication, such as vertical communication and horizontal communication, on the job attitude including job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In addition, this study focuses on analyzing the mediating effect of Positive Psychological Capital(PPC) on the relationship between organizational communication and job attitude. Lastly, this study examines which type of the organizational communication’s effect on the job attitude and the meditating effect of PPC. The method of the study, based on the KIPA(Korea Institute of Public Administration)’s Public Employee Perception Survey(PEPS)(2016), is to implement Structural Equation(SEM) Modeling Analysis. As a result, each of the organization communications positively affects two job attitude factors and only organizational commitment. PPC completely meditates the relationship between vertical communication and job attitude and the relationship between horizontal communication and organizational commitment, while it partially meditates the relationship between horizontal communication and job satisfaction. Based on the result, this study suggests theoretical and practical implications on organizational communication, limitations and improvements of PEPS.

Recently, as a plan to improve the particulate matter and thermal environment in the city, urban forests acting as wind ventilation corridor(wind ventilation forest) are promoted nationwide. This study analyzed the conditions for the creation of wind ventilation forest(vulnerable areas of the particulate matter and thermal environment, distribution of wind ventilation forest, characteristics of ventilation corridor) of in Pyeongtae-si, one of the target cities of wind ventilation forest project. Based on the results, the direction of developing on the wind ventilation forest in Pyeongtaek-si was suggested. As a result of deriving areas vulnerable to particulate matter and thermal environment, it was most vulnerable in urban areas in the eastern area of Pyeongtaek-si. Especially, emissions were high from industrial complexes and roads such as the Pyeongtaek-si thermal power plant, ports, and the national road no. 1. The wind ventilation forest in Pyeongtaek-si was distributed with small-scale windgenerating forests, wind-spreading forests, and wind-connection forests fragmented and disconnected. The characteristic of the overall wind ventilation corridor in Pyeongtaek-si is that the cold air generated from Mt.Mubong, etc., strongly flowed into Pyeongtaek-si and flowed in the northwest direction. Therefore, it is necessary to preserve and expand the wind-generating forests in Pyeongtaek-si in the long term, and it was important to create wind-spreading forests and wind-connection forests so that cold air could flow into the vulnerable area. In addition, in industrial complexes and roads where particulate matter is generated, planting techniques should be applied to prevent the spread of particulate matte to surrounding areas by creating wind-spreading forests considering the particulate matter blocking. This study can be used not only as the basis data for wind ventilation forest project in Pyeongtaek-si, but also as the basis data for urban forest creation and management.
