전립선암환자의 수술 후 12주간 골반저근운동이 시기별 기능적 체력, 하지 등속성 근기능 및 배뇨 장애에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study was the effects of 12weeks` pelvic floor exercise on functional fitness, lower isokinetic function and urinary incontinence for elderly prostate cancer patients. All the subjects were elderly males who were diagnosed with stage 2-3 prostate cancer. After prostatectomy, subjects were recruited randomly through urinary doctor recommendation and 30 people signed up. The subjects were divided into 2 groups which pelvic floor muscle exercise group (N=13) and control group(N=13) that only Kegal exercise in home. The methods were measured by the period of visit 1, 2, 3. Exercise program was consisted in pelvic floor muscle exercise with Swiss bal, which lasted 3 times a week, 40-50 minutes a day during 12 weeks. The primary outcome was urinary continence status for quality of life after the exercise intervention. and the secondary outcomes were functional fitness and lower isokinetic function in 3 periods. The result of after the 12-weeks exercise intervention, all functional fitness items included sit and reach, modified sit ups, 2 minutes knee ups except chair stand up in the exercise group were presented a significantly increase than in the control group in the period and time. The comparison of lower isokinetic muscle function test was showed a significantly increase than control group in the period and group. The 1 hour pad test was presented a significantly decrease ratio 69.2% into 5.9% after intervention in exercise group, decrease ratio 121.7% into 43.8% in the control group. The exercise group was recovered more promptly in 3 between 2 period.
태극권 운동이 남성 고령자와 파킨슨병 환자의 기능적 체력에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate how Tai Chi Chuan (TCC) exercise influences on functional fitness, and compare difference rate on functional fitness between the male elderly people and patients with Parkinson`s disease. The subjects were 10 males consisting of 6 elderly people and 4 patients in the 1.5 to 2.5 Hoehn & Yahr stage of Parkinson`s disease. They performed giving priority to moving-weight TCC exercise of RPE 11 to 13 which was programmed 3 times/week for 8 weeks SPSS 10.0 was used analysis of the data. And paired t-test was performed before and after the exercise, and paired t-test was performed to rate of difference between groups. Results of this study are as follows : TCC exercise shows a significant improvement in lower muscular strength/endurance, lower-body flexibility (right), agility/dynamic balance, aerobic endurance in male elderly people and upper muscular strength/endurance (right), agility/dynamic balance, aerobic endurance in patients with Parkinson`s disease after the exercise. And the rate of difference functional fitness of two groups shows discrepancy in upper muscular strength/endurance(right). Consequently, improving functional fitness in patients with Parkinson`s disease by TCC exercise can improve quality of life carrying on independent daily activity.
파킨슨병 환자의 e-운동프로그램이 균형과 보행 그리고 지구력에 미치는 영향

Purpose Patients with Parkionson`s disease have a temporal and spatial restriction for their`s exercise treatment. The aim of this study is to verify the effectiveness of e-exercise program on balance, gait, and endurance ability in people with Parkinson`s disease. Methods Eighteen participants, with Parkinson`s disease that ranged from stage to on the Hoehn & Yahr scale, were assigned to two group. Two group were divided into on-line group that exercised in home by computer video, and off-line group that exercised in clinical center. Exercise program that included 3 sections (warm-up, main exercise, cool down)-5 parts(stretch, strength, balance, gait, stretch) was used to train for participants. We used the functional reach test for balance ability, timed up and go test for gait ability, 6 minute walking test for endurance ability. Wilkoxon sign lank tests were used to assess the difference of balance, gait, and endurance ability in pre-and post test each groups. Mann-whitney tests were used to assess the difference of balance, gait, and endurance ability between groups. Results Wilkoxon sign lank tests revealed that both group were improved the balance, gait and endurance agility by e-exercise program intervention. Mann-whitney tests showed that there were no differences between groups in the variation of balance, gait, endurance ability. Conclusion We believe that exercise program with on-line(e-exercise program) is an effective intervention forpeople with Parkinson`s disease and is no different than off-line exercise group in the variation of balance, gait, endurance ability.
고등학생과 대학생 근대5종선수의 훈련중단과 재훈련 시 피로물질, 신체조성과 기록의 비교 분석

This study analyzed the changes of record, fatigue material and body composition following training detraining and Retraining. The male modern pentathlon athletes(n=14) in high school and university student have been trained for over 24weeks dividing into 2 group, which are high school pupil group(HS, n=7) and university student group(US, n=7) for determine the effect on detraining and retraining. Fatigue material was measured on blood lactic acid, lactate dehydrogenase and ammonia. Body composition was also evaluated by fat mass(kg) and lean body mass(kg), and Record was using 3,000m run before posttest, and again after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of detraining and again after 4weeks of retraining. All date were expressed as mean and standard deviations by using SPSS window 11.0 package program, and were analyzed by using one-way ANOVA to evaluate the change of within groups and were analyzed using t-test to evaluate the difference of between groups, and two-way ANOVA was operated to examine interacting effect for between groups and each measuring time. For the post-test, Duncan was employed. These statistical processes were all performed at the significant level of .05. the results of the study can be described as follows. 1) Blood lactic acid, lactate dehydrogenase and ammonia appeared high at every time from both groups compared to the time of post. As for difference of between groups, US appeared higher than HS at 2 weeks and 4 weeks of detraining. 2) Fat mass appeared high at every time from both groups compared to the time of post. As for difference of between groups, US appeared higher than HS at 4 weeks of detraining. 3) Lean body mass appeared high at every time from both groups compared to the time of post. As for difference of between groups, US appeared higher than HS at 4 weeks of detraining. Therefore when HS and US detraining US appeared to give more fatigue, fat mass, and record decreased than HS. So, during detraining should be decreased to rest period, and control to fat mass.
태극운동이 파킨슨병 환자의 장애평가척도 및 우울에 미치는 영향

Parkinson`s disease(PD) is a chronic, progressive neurologic disorder characterized by the loss of dopamine-producing neurons in the substantia nigra of the brainstem. The purpose of this study was to examine how to Tai Chi Chuan exercise program influences on unified Parkinson`s disease rating scale(UPDRS), and Beck`s depression inventory(BDI) in patients with Parkinson`s disease. The subjects were 20 patients in the 1.5 to 3 Hoehn & Yahr stage of Parkinson`s disease in the D hospital. They preformed Tai Chi Chuan exercise of RPE 11 to 13 which was programed 3 times/week and 45~65 min/time for 8 weeks. SPSS 11.0 was used analysis of data and computing mean and standard deviation, and paired t-test was performed to verify the differences between before and after the exercise. The conclusion of this study is as follows:Tai Chi Chuan exercise shows a significant improvement in mentation, ADL, motor function, total UPDRS, SEADLS, and BDI after the exercise.
