위폐 판별을 위한 홀로그램 광학 검사 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 홀로그램의 표준패턴을 생성을 CGH(Computer Generated Holoram)방법에 근거한 주파수 변환을 적용하고, 조영각도에 따라 홀로그램 이미지를 정확하게 획득하여 특성에 적합한 홀로그램 표준패턴을 생성 하게 된다. 생성한 표준패턴과 실제 영상과의 패턴매칭을 위해 패턴매칭알고리즘을 적용하여 위폐를 판별하는 검사시스템이다.

Spatial characteristics of play experience centers considering developmental characteristics and behavior characteristics of children are as follows. Integrated physical, kinematic, emotional, linguistic, cognitive and social development must be integrated and balanced. And, when comparing the frequency of play behaviors to play areas, the frequency of behaviors was relatively low, though there were a lot of play areas. With regard to the relation between development of children and space, individual spaces and integrated spaces must be properly designed and this can improve emotional stability and concentration on plays. Furthermore, this influences emotional development of children. Installing a multipurpose space in the central hall of plane for dealing with diverse play functions and programs can improve adaptation to facility and flexibility of space composition. As direct learning plays for linguistic development and indirect plays like role plays(dramatic plays), reading, listening and writing behaviors were observed. However, these behaviors are striking only in some facilities and spaces must be designed to stimulate rapidly changing development of children. Using dramatic plays(role play, housekeeping play, imaginative play and so on) is helpful in forming emotional interaction and ties by giving a chance to express language and emotions. The analysis so far is focused on behavior characteristics depending on developmental characteristics of children, based on the previous studies. But it is considered that management of proper play programs, which is based on this planning, will contribute to development of child-care support centers. Moreover, a suggestion for planning of active spaces considering behavior characteristics of children will be needed to complement this study, since there is a lack of previous studies on spatial components.

As the society develops and goes through industrialization and urbanization, in the process of reckless development of big-sized new towns, the decline of old downtown areas has worsened as the social structure has changed with population stagnat and aging, the physical environments of cities have become retarded, traffic has become congested and the environment has been polluted. Their unique and old spatial values as the base of residents" life and the support for the local economy are being neglected, and their historical and cultural values are gradually disappearing. In this study, with the construction project of Nalmoegol old roads in old Segu formed around Dalseong Toseong of Daegu City, the design plans for the alleies were proposed in which citizens can participate as a part of urban regeneration project in order to develop local tourist attractions to promote regions by forming alleies with happy stories making the best of local characteristics, improving sceneries and providing spectacles.

죽로차 생엽과 반발효차의 휘발성 화합물을 SDE 방법으로 추출하여 GC/MS로 분석하여 비교하였다. 생엽에서는 총 93종의 휘발성 화합물이 분석되었으며 alcohol류가 32종으로 함량은 75.9 ㎎/㎏으로 동정되었다. 그 외 화합물로 aldehyde류, ester류, hydrocarbon류, keton류, 함질소화합물류, acid류 등의 함량은 22.7 ㎎/㎏으로 확인되었다. 반발효차에서는 총 76종의 휘발성 화합물이 분석되었으며, alcohol류가 23종으로 함량은 59.0 ㎎/㎏이 확인되었다. Aldehyde류, ester류, hydrocarbon류, ketone류, 함질소화합물류, acid류 등 화합물은 44.9 ㎎/㎏으로 확인되었다. 죽로차 생엽에서 다량 동정된 휘발성 화합물은 (E)-2-hexenal, phenylethyl alcohol, geraniol 그리고 linalool이 총화합물의 31.5%를 차지하였고, 반발효차에서 각각 0.3, 1.2, 3.1 및 4.4 ㎎/㎏으로 동정되어 발효시 감소함을 확인하였다. 반발효차에서는 (E)-nerolidol, indole, ethyl acetate, coumaran, (Z)-jasmone 등이 주요 화합물로 확인되었고, peak area의 합계는 전체 화합물의 31.0%에 해당되었으며, 이들의 함량을 생엽과 비교 했을때 많은 양이 증가하였다. C6 화합물은 생엽에서 7.8 ㎎/㎏ 동정되었으며, 반발효차에서는 1.0㎎/㎏으로 많은 양이 감소하였다. Terpenoid의 화합물은 생엽과 반발효차에서 28.2 ㎎/㎏ 및 24.9 ㎎/㎏으로 확인되었다. 관능기별 함량은 alcohol류과 aldehyde류를 제외한 ester류, ketone류, hydrocarbon류, 함질소화합물류의 함량은 발효시 증가하였다. This study aimed to compare volatile compounds among fresh and semi-fermented leave of Zukro tea. Volatile compounds were extracted the using SDE method and analyzed by GC/MS. A total of 93 and 76 compounds were identified in fresh and semi-fermented leave, respectively. Alcohols were the predominant chemical group, with a proportion of 76.96% and 56.85% in fresh and semi-fermented leaves. The major alcohol compound in both samples was phytol, which had a higher aroma threshold and resulted from hydrolysis of chlorophyll. Terpenoid compounds were present at 29.1 and 24.9 ㎎/㎏, in fresh and semi-fermented leaves, respectively. Terpene alcohols such as linalool and geraniol were present as major volatile compounds at concentrations of 7.8 and 14.4 ㎎/㎏ in fresh leaves of Zukro tea, respectively. The contents of these two terpene alcohols were 4.4 and 3.1 ㎎/㎏ in semi-fermented leaves. C6 compounds were present at 7.8 ㎎/㎏ in fresh leaves but decreased to 1.0 ㎎/㎏ in semi-fermented leave. The contents of esters, ketones, hydrocarbons, and N-containing compounds all increased after semi-fermentation.
