물류센터 내 유닛로드 물류작업의 소요시간에 관한 시뮬레이션 연구

물류센터는 화물의 보관기능을 수행하는 물류시설의 한 종류로써 물류비를 절감하기 위한 전략적인 요소로 인식되고 있다. 보관 효율성을 높이고 작업 속도 향상을 위해 유닛로드 물류작업은 필수가 되고 있다. 그러나 물류센터의 전체 작업시간과 과정을 측정하기에는 다양한 작업변수가 존재하여 어려움이 따른다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 모듈로 정의되는 물류센터의 기둥 간격을 설정하고 그 내부의 유닛로드 물류작업을 3D 시뮬레이션으로 구현하여 분석하였다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 물류센터 작업을 시각화하고 실제 작업시간을 반영한 분석 결과는 유닛로드를 취급하는 물류작업이 생각 행동(결합, 이동, 리프트 업/다운, 해체, 복귀)으로 세분화 될 수 있으며, 모듈 개념의 적용을 통해 전체 물류센터의 물류작업을 설명할 수 있음을 보여준다. 모듈화된 물류센터의 구조와 작업유형은 물류센터 전체로 물류센터의 작업이나 유형으로 파악하던 종사자 및 연구자들에게 물류센터 연구를 위한 새로운 시각과 기초데이터를 제공할 것으로 기대된다. Generally warehouse is considered with one of logistics facilities which have a fright storage function to reduce the logistics cost. Recently, the handling of unit load cargo in warehouse is required to increase storage efficiency and work speed. However, it is difficult to measure total work time and the total work paths in whole warehouse because of frequently change of work environments. From this point of views, this study will analysis the logistics process in logistic center (defined as “module”) and also the internal operation of logistics center will be implemented by a 3D simulation method. A result of simulation analysis which are visualized and reflected real working time shows that the unit load handling operation can be divided by the thought behaviors (united, moving, lift up/down, dismantling, returning). And the 3D simulation will explain the logistics process of whole logistics center through the application of the concept of module plan. The module structure and work pattern of warehouse are expected that workers and researchers to be offered a different point of warehouse view and the base data (it can explain the unit load handing logistics operation in hour). This future application of this research should expect even more advanced studies.
