Sintered Wick heat pipe operates the important elements about property of metal powder, and corresponds the particle density, thermal conductivity, size distribution, and then the sintering condition. In this paper, Each component property depending on sintered materials of a heat pipe was gauged. Therefore, data which can be helpful to choose heat pipe sintered materials were secured.

This study’s goal is improving light efficiency by patterning on LED package. On this, optical patterns, designed and analyzed by optical simulation program. mainly pattern is pyramid pattern and the most efficiency degree was 80. Because of difficulty in manufacturing, we research about improving efficiency by various methods.

This study develops a high power LED optical system without reflecting. This system was designed by OSLO and was simulated by LightTools. The result of simulation comes to have the intensity chart of angle of around 25° and light uniformity with respect to distance. Now we are developing Mock-up and are going to analyze feature using illumination measurement.

Now we are conscious about environment, illumination field is trying for LED conversion of lamp. On this, 3W LED spotlight, designed and analyzed by illumination simulation program LightTools, can replace halogen lamp. The illumination system is composed of two reflector and one lens. The result of simulation comes to have the intensity chart of angle of around 5° and light uniformity with respect to distance.

Modal mass is essential to analyze structural response under disturbance and to design the vibration control devices used to enhance the serviceability of structure. Modal mass differs from that of analytic mathematical model due to the error generated from analytical assumption and construction. Therefore, the objective of this study is to proposed to calculate the modal mass of structure based on the system identification. And the proposed method is applied to two examples, the single DOF system and the slab of apartment.
