종전 민법에서는 후견인의 감독기관으로 친족회를 두고 있었으나, 친족회가 후견감독기관으로서 후견인을 견제하고 제어하는 기능을 제대로 하지 못하였으며 유명무실한 기관이라는 비판이 끊이지 않았다. 따라서 개정민법에서는 친족회를 폐지하고 전문성과 공정성을 갖춘 후견감독인 제도를 도입하게 되었고, 가정법원의 선임에 의한 후견감독인이 친족회를 대신하여 후견사무를 감독함으로써 후견인의 권한남용, 임무해태 등에 실질적인 견제가 이루어 질 것으로 보인다. 위 글에서는 새로운 성년후견제도가 시행된 지 불과 2년밖에 되지는 않았으나 그동안 전국 법원에서 선임된 후견인별 현황 및 법원별 처리현황, 후견감독인 제도의 운영현황 및 특징, 후견감독인의 선임 및 역할, 가정법원에서의 후견감독의 운영방법 및 법인(공공)후견감독인제도의 활용 등 후견감독인제도의 향후 과제 등에 대해 살펴보기로 한다. They hold a kinship relation council in the civil law as a supervisor of the tutelage, the kinship family council as a supervisor of the guardian, the ability to check the guardianship and control was not functioning properly thus this agency is in nothing but the name unremitting. Therefore, in the revised civil law, the kinship family council was repealed, introduced a tutelage director with the professionalism and impartiality systems of the tutelage director, let supervise the tutelage office in place of the kinship family council by the appointment of the family court so that the guardian"s abuse of authority, negligence duty and it seems like a substantial restraint is expected to be accomplished. In the above article, although only two years has passed since the new adult tutelage system was enforced, meanwhile, a tutelage status appointed by National Courts, Court-specific processing status, tutelage director of institutional guardianship of the operating status and characteristics, appointment of the tutelage director and role, how toadminister of the tutelage director by the Family Court and usage of the tutelage director system by a corporation(Public) or more should take a look to the future and challenges of the tutelage system.

‘자유’와 ‘평등’ 개념을 통해 본 아렌트의 ‘교육의 위기’ 의의 탐구

본 논문에서는 아렌트 『과거와 미래 사이』(1961)의 제 5장 「교육의 위기」를 통해 아렌트가 자유 와 평등 의 개념으로 분석하였던 미국 교육의 위기 실태에 대한 시사점을 고찰하고자 한다. 아렌트는 20세기 중반 미국이 당면했던 교육 위기의 실체를 공적영역 의 가치에 대한 성찰로 재조명하고자 했고, 미국 사회를 지탱하는 근본이념이자 미국 헌법에 보장된 정치적 이념인 자유 와 평등 을 토대로 새로운 관점을 제공하였다. 아렌트는 공적영역 의 자유 와 평등 의 의의(意義)가 교육에 투영되어 교육의 위기가 발생하였다고 보았다. 아렌트는 교육의 본질이란 세계와 아이들을 연결하는 구심점의 역할로서 자리해야 한다고 주장하였는데, 이를 위해 공적영역 으로부터 교육을 확실하게 분리해야 한다고 강조한다. 현대 사회에도 사회적･정치적 목적을 위해 교육을 수단화하고 변화시키려는 많은 시도가 존재한다. 아렌트가 제기한 개념들을 고찰해보는 것은 우리 사회의 교육에 통찰력을 부여해 줄 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 과거보다 훨씬 복잡하고 다양한 현대 사회에 공적인 가치를 교육에서 분리한다면 교육은 사회의 무한 경쟁에 노출되어 또 다른 문제가 발생할 여지가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 교육과 연관된 자유 와 평등 개념에 관한 아렌트 주장을 파악해보고 비판과 의의를 찾는 과정을 통해 아렌트의 주장을 새롭게 탐구하고자 한다. This paper is a theory that analyzes Arendt s essay 「The Crisis in Education」 and explores the implications of modern education with the ideology of freedom and equality , which is the basis idea of the United States. Arendt wanted to shed light on the substance that reflected the reality of the educational crisis facing the United States in the mid-20th century, and provided a new perspective by analyzing it based on freedom and equality , the fundamental ideology that supported American society and political ideology guaranteed under the U.S. Constitution. Arendt saw that the significance of freedom and equality in the public realm was reflected in education, resulting in the crisis in education. Arendt believed that the essence of education should be the role of a focal point between the world and children, and argued that education should be clearly separated from the public realm . However, since modern society has transformed into a much more complex and diverse society than in the past, if public values are removed from education and education is left to the logic of society, children may be exposed to infinite competition and cause another crisis. Therefore, in this paper, we would like to explore Arendt s arguments that can be applied to modern education through the process of criticizing and finding meaning in the core concepts of freedom and equality ideologies associated with education.

음압 직각 다공질 공기베어링의 동특성에 관한 유한차분 해석

The numerical analysis of the negative pressure porous gas bearings is presented. The pressure distribution is calculated using the finite difference method. The Reynolds equation and Darcy's equation are solved simultaneously. The air bearing stiffness and damping are evaluated using the perturbation method. Rectangular uniform grid is employed to model the bearing. The vacuum preloading is considered. The pressure in the vacuum pocket is assumed to be a constant negative pressure. The total load, stiffness, damping and flow rate are calculated for several geometrical configurations and several values of negative pressure. It is found that too large vacuum pocket can result in negative total force.
