The purpose of this study was to analyze the difference in bakery choice attributes according to consumers` general characteristics and purchasing behavior. Among 350 questionnaires distributed to bakery consumers, 277 complete questionnaires (79.1%) were analyzed. Bakery choice attributes were classified into five factors: "environment and image", "bakery product features", "location", "employee service", and "price and sales promotion"; the mean scores of these factors` importance levels were 3.59, 3.58, 3.49, 3.36, and 3.00, respectively. Males considered ``employee service`` factor significantly more than did females. Further, the importance level of ``employee service`` factor was significantly greater as consumer`s age increased. The importance levels of ``bakery product features`` and ``employee service`` factors were considered significantly more by consumers who spent KRW10,000-15,000 than those who spent KRW5,000 or less. ``Price and sales promotion`` was considered to be more important by consumers who obtained information from the Internet than from the TV and radio. ``Location`` factor was considered to be more significant as purchasing frequency increased. Such differences in importance level of bakery choice attributes according to consumers` gender, age, job, and purchasing behavior should be considered and applied to the development of marketing strategies targeted at consumers.

본 연구의 목적은 댄스스포츠 파트너십 척도를 개발하는 것이며 이를 위해 첫째, 댄스스포츠 파트너십 척도를 개발하고, 둘째, 개발된 척도에 대한 타당성을 검증하며 마지막으로 본 연구 참여자의 배경변인에 따른 댄스스포츠 파트너십의 차이점을 살펴보았다. 2010년 대한댄스스포츠경기연맹(KFD)에 등록된323명의 댄스스포츠 선수들을 대상으로 본 연구에서 개발된 척도를 배포하고 자료들을 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료에 대해서 기술통계 분석과 신뢰도 분석 그리고 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 척도를 개발하였다. 또한 수렴타당도와 변별타당도 검사를 실시하여 타당성을 검증하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구 참여자의 댄스스포츠 파트너십의 차이점을 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 본 연구에서 개발된 댄스스포츠 파트너십 척도는 최종적으로 심판-관중호응 요인 9문항, 신뢰 요인 3문항, 신체조화 요인 3문항, 경제조건 요인 3문항으로 총 18문항이 개발되었다. 둘째, 개발된 댄스스포츠 파트너십 척도는 변별타당성과 수렴타당성을 가진 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 개발된 댄스스포츠 파트너십 척도는 성과 종목에서는 차이가 없었으나 연령이나 파트너 경력, 소속에 따라서는 파트너십의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점을 제시하고 본 연구의 결과를 더욱 발전시키기 위해서 후속 연구자를 위한 제언을 제시하였다. The general trait partnership measure has received only partial support in the business field literature and management research from drawing conclusions about a consistent pattern of findings. But the study of partnership within sports settings has largely been ignored in the previous research and literature. This has raised questions about the usefulness and construct as presently defined and operationalized when applied to sports settings. In order to study dance sport partnership as a essential elements in relation to sports and performance, there is a need to develop partnership measure for dance sport. The present study aimed to development the partnership questionnaire employed dance sport. The process of the study was threefold: (a) to develop the partnership questionnaire as relevant to dance sport fields; and (b) to test the validation of dance sport partnership questionnaire; and finally (c) to find out the difference of the dance sport partnership on the individual relevants. The participants were 323 dance sport players and descriptive analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, corelation analysis used by SPSS 12.0 for Windows and AMOS 18.0. The results of this study were as follow: The detail factors of dance sport partnership were divided into judge-audience response, physical harmony, economical condition and belief. Second, the measuring model of dance sport partnership scale has construct validity. That is, dance sport partnership were appropriate when they were composed of multi-dimension model. Third, external criterion on the measuring model of dance sport partnership was appropriate. Therefore, this model was composed of 18 items 4 factors of dance sport partnership and could be applied to the field directly. Results are discussed in terms of the pratical tenets of partnership, as well as the implications and future directions for study generated by this investigation.
