        하중비에 따른 강재 보의 한계온도에 관한 실험적 연구

        최근 강구조 건축물에 대한 상온 및 화재 시의 구조거동에 관한 요구사항이 증대되는 추세에 있으며, 내화구조에 관한 요구조건을 충족시키기 위해서는 내화설계가 요구된다. 내화설계에는 법규, 기준 등에 따라 평가되는 시방적 내화설계와 화재 발생 시 구조물 거동을 평가하는 성능기반 공학적 내화설계로 대별된다. 현재 성능기반 공학적 내화설계는 세계적인 추세로 활발히 적용되고 있으나, 국내에서는 아직 적용되지 못하는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 성능 기반 공학적 내화설계의 지침 마련의 기반자료 확보를 위하여 H-형강 보부재와 H형강의 웨브에 콘크리트로 충전된 보부재를 대상으로 한계온도 설정을 목적으로 한다. 재하가열시험을 통하여 H-형강 보부재의 한계온도를 도출하였고, 한계온도는 적용 하중비에 좌우되는 것을 확인하였다. H-형강 웨브에 콘크리트가 충전된 하중비 80%, 60% 및 50%의 시험체는 모두 3시간의 내화성능을 보였다. Recently the requirements of the buildings built with structural steel were increased in terms of structural stabilities and fire resistance at severe fire conditions. To meet the building regulations of fire resistance, a fire design is needed. This is of a prescriptive method and a performance engineering based method. Recently a simple calculation method as one of performance based engineering method is very popular because of its ease for an application in building built with structural steel. But, in Korea the performance based engineering method is not allowed yet. Thus it is needed to make a guideline for the performance based engineering method. The purpose of this study is to establish the limit temperature derived from structural beams made with both a H-section and a H-section filled with concrete at the web and derived the limit temperatures from beams made with H-sections and found out that the limit temperatures from two kinds of specimens depended on the applied loads and the specimens filled with the concrete represented 3 hour fire resistance in the range of 80%, 60%, and 50% of the maximum load.

        제조 방식에 따른 건축용 내화강재의 고온 시 기계적 특성 평가

        건축용 내화강재는 화재와 같은 고열환경에 노출되었을 때 일반 구조용 강재에 비해서 내력유지 성능이 우수하도록 개발된 고성능 강재이다. 이와 같은 건축용 내화강재를 적용한 구조체가 화재에 노출되었을 때 구조적 거동을 정확하게 평가하기 위해서는 고온에서의 항복강도, 탄성계수 변화 등의 기계적 특성치가 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 압연과 TMC방식에 의한 두 가지 두께를 대상으로 건축용 내화강재의 기계적 특성 도출을 위하여 고온인장시험을 수행하였으며, 그 결과 제조방식에 따른 고온에서의 큰 기계적 특성 차이는 없는 것으로 판단되었다. A fire-resistant steel with enhanced load-bearing capacity has been developed to enable structural elements such as columns and beams withstand exposure to severe fire conditions. To precisely evaluate the fire-resistant performance of structural elements that compose fire-resistant steels, mechanical properties such as yield strength and elastic modulus are essential. To obtain the mechanical database of fire-resistant steels at high temperatures, tensile tests at high temperatures were conducted on steels of two kinds of thicknesses. The results showed that the thickness difference could not affect the mechanical properties at a high temperature.

      • 위절제술 후 빈혈에 있어서 Iron Sucrose의 효과

        목적: 위절제술을 시행받은 환자에게 있어서 빈혈은 흔하게 보고되고 있으며, 이들 중 일부는 빈혈의 교정이 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 빈혈의 치료로서 정맥용 철분제제인 Iron sucrose 사용의 유효성에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 2007년 5월부터 2007년 10월까지 연세대학교 세브란스병원에서 위절제술을 시행받은 환자 중 외래추적관찰시 헤모글로빈 수치가 11 g/dl 이하인 47명의 환자들을 대상으로 하였다. Iron sucrose를 투여하기 전과 투여후 1주,2주,3주,3개월,6개월 뒤에 각각 혈색소(Hgb), 적혈구용적률(Hct), 혈청철(Serum iron), 총철결합능(TIBC), 혈청페리틴(Serum ferritin), 트란스페린(Transferrin)을 측정하여 효과를 전향적으로 비교 분석하였다. 결과: 47명의 환자 중 처방대로 치료를 받은 36명이 분석의 대상이 되었고 남자가 11명, 여자가 25명이었다. Hgb은 치료 전과 비교하여 치료 후 1주, 2주, 3주, 3개월, 6개월 후에는 0.6, 0.8, 1.3, 2.1, 2.2 g/dl 상승하여 통계적으로 유의한 변화를 보였다(각각 P<0.001). 그리고, 각 기간별로 비교하였을 때 3개월까지는 의미 있는 상승을 보였으나 3개월과 6개월 사이의 변화는 통계적으로 유의하지는 않았다. 26명(72%)에 있어서는 Hgb이 12 g/dl 이상까지 상승하였다. 한 명의 환자에게 있어서 일시적인 오심이 발생하였고 다른 부작용이나 합병증은 보고되지 않았다. 결론: 위절제술을 시행받은 빈혈환자에 있어 정맥용 철분제제인 Iron sucrose 투여한 경우 투여 후 일주일 이내에 Hgb 상승효과를 기대할 수 있으며 적어도 3개월까지는 지속적인 Hgb의 상승을 보인다. 위절제술 후 빈혈의 치료로 Iron sucrose는 안전하면서도 빠르고 효과적으로 빈혈을 교정할 수 있다. Purpose: Many patients suffer with anemia after gastrectomy. Iron deficiency due to a decreased oral intake and malabsoption is the most common cause of anemia in gastrectomized patients. This study evaluated the efficacy of administering intravenous iron sucrose for treating patients with anemia. Materials and Methods: From May 2007 to October 2007 at Yonsei University Severance Hospital, we reviewed 47 outpatients whose hemoglobin levels were below 11 g/dl after gastrectomy. Iron sucrose was used for iron supplementation. To determine the difference between before and after the treatment (at 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 3 months and 6 months after treatment), we prospectively examined such anemia parameters as the hemoglobin level (Hgb), the hematocrit (Hct), serum iron, TIBC, ferritin and transferin. Results: Out of the 47 patients, only 36 completed their treatment. Eleven were male and 25 were female. The Hgb levels, which indicate anemia, were elevated 0.6, 0.8, 1.3, 2.1 and 2.2 g/dl after 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 3 months and 6 months after administration, respectively (P<0.001). The changes from 1 week to 3 months were statistically significant, but those from 3 to 6 months were not. The Hgb levels of 26 patients, which accounted for 72% of all the patients, elevated up to 12 g/dl or more. No side effects or complications were found, but there was one case of temporary nausea. Conclusion: Anemia after gastrectomy is safely treated in a relatively short time with administering iron sucrose. The patients' Hgb levels are expected to increase in a week and keep increasing up to 3 months.

        강구조 부재의 하중비에 따른 내화성능 평가 연구

        Structural steels have been used as a major constructional materials to satisfy the needs toward a higher, longer building. But the evaluation of fire resistance for structural steel elements depend on fire tests with fire furnace. In real situation, the structural steel elements such as columns and beams are carried design forces, axial forces and moments, respectively. But when the fire resistance was evaluated through fire tests, no takes account of the loading amounts usually. To make a general rule for an evaluation procedure of fire resistance for structural steel elements when exposed to fire, the limit temperature of those is needed and it is very importance to assure that the fire resistance mainly depends on the loading amount for each structural element. To prepare the basic data for limit temperatures of structural elements, steel columns made of circular, rectangular steel tube were used and H sections are used as a beam. The loading ratios for axial force and moment were 100%, 80%, 60% and 50%. The results of fire tests with load were shown that the fire resistance relied on the magnitude of loading and the limit temperatures were lower when the higher loading was applied than the lower loading done.

        Fire can cause severe damages to human lives, properties, and environment resources regardless to where the fire will be happened and the evaluation methods for fire impact against fire objects such as human, properties are different among nations around the world. ISO TC 92(Fire safety) has 4 sub committees to develop international standard to harmonize each nation standards and evaluate fire impact and the experts from all around the world participate in preparing international standards on fire. The main purpose of this study is to make a roadmap for domestic fire safety strategy and action plan during 5 years and the fire containment and the fire safety engineering parts are surveyed deeply than two other subcommittees.

        구조용 압연강(SS 400)의 고온 기계적 특성을 이용한 기둥부재의 내화성능 평가

        Steel columns used in steel buildings are inclined to lose their strength when exposed to severe fire conditions, so fire resistance is required in most countries to protect against loss of life and building collapses. In Korea, the fire resistance of columns can be obtained by the fire test defined in KS F 2257-1, 7. The fire resistance of a steel column should be evaluated in terms of the column`s conditions, such as various section types (H-section, hollow-section), the column`s length and boundary conditions, and whether it is fixed or hinged. However, fire testing of steel columns is usually conducted on one standard-sized H-section over 3,000 mm, and the result is used as the column`s fire resistance. This is not a reasonable way to ensure that a building can withstand fire conditions. In this study, to evaluate the possibility of calculating the fire resistance of steel columns with material properties of high tensile strength of SS 400, both load-bearing fire tests and calculation of steel temperatures were carried out. The results of temperature calculation were very similar to those obtained by fire test.

        콘크리트 충전강관 기둥부재의 내화성능에 관한 해석 및 실험적 연구

        Concrete filled Steel Tube(CFST) is one of solution in high-rise buildings in terms of higher structural stability and an enhanced fire resistance according to higher heat capacity of concrete. Many studies on the CFST have been conducted since 1990 in the Europe, Japan, and Canada. But in Korea, the study on the fire resistance of the CFST is focused on establishment of equation of fire resistance. But the relationships between temperature of perimeter of tube and inner concrete filled at the tube are still uncertain.. Therefore, to compare the temperature differences in the tube and concrete filled steel tube, the analysis and fire test with the same model of steel tube and concrete filled steel tube were conducted and got the followings; the temperatures from steel perimeter and concrete filled into the tube and the comparison of the CFST between analysis and fire test showed the very same values during 18 minutes and the temperatures of concrete are not excceed 100℃.
