        고전경락과의 부합율 향상을 위한 경혈자극방식의 개선 및 식별시스템의 설계

        Conventional stimulus patterns have used DC for discrimination of acupoint and meridian which is the basic object of diagnosis and medical treatment in oriental medicine. Those discriminate conduction points by stimulation on body skin with DC. But, it is insufficient to reliability in discrimination ratio, coincident ratio, body effect, reproductivity. Therefore, this paper has extracted the optimal parameter of frequency and waveform in order to improve conventional pattern, and proposed the SPAC(Single Power Alternative Current) stimulus pattern applying that. Also, We proposes algorithm which is able to discriminate with low pressure of the electrode by displaying in the level meter both the absolution and relation value of the skin current. It can decrease pain and body effect by electrode pressure and discriminate acupoint regardless of skin current in difficult discrimination spot. We have compared the performance of system applying the extracted optimal parameter and algorithm. We have compared discrimination, coincident ratio of both conduction point and traditional acupoints by acupoint stimulation pattern. In the results, we confirmed reliability of SPAC stimulus pattern. 한의학에서 진단과 치료의 기본 대상인 경혈?경락의 혈위 식별을 위한 방법으로 기존의 방식은 직류를 인체 피부에 자극하여 양도점을 식별하고 있다. 그러나 직류는 피부의 저항과 용량성으로 인한 시간에 따른 전류 감소현상을 나타내며, 이러한 시간적 감소현상은 경락진단의 변수로는 유의성을 가지나 식별율 및 부합율, 인체영향력, 재현성 등에서 식별데이터의 신뢰성이 충분하지 못한 단점이 있었다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 1.28V의 4kHz, 듀티비 40%의 구형파인 SPAC(Single Power Alternative Current) 자극방식의 최적 파라메터를 추출하였다. 또한 피부 상태에 관계없이 식별이 어려운 부위에서도 식별이 용이하도록 피부 전류량의 절대값과 상대값을 동시에 표시하고, 측정 전류량을 그래프로 연속 표시하여 식별에 유리하도록 하였다. 추출된 최적파라메터와 알고리즘을 적용한 시스템을 구현하여 경혈자극 방식에 따른 식별율, 재현성, 인체영향력 및 고전 경혈점과의 부합율을 비교하여 성능이 우수함을 확인하였다.

        항만서비스품질경영에 관한 실증연구

        An empirical study was carried out to examine how Container Terminals in Busan view quality management activities by the provision of statistical evidence showing the efforts to enhance the standard of quality management, common factors of quality management activities and causal relationship among these factors. The data investigating the quality management for Busan Container Terminals were collected from 170 persons in charge of quality management for port services in Busan Container Terminals by the use of questionnaire method and personal interviews. The Cronbach’s a coefficient and factor analysis were used to analyze the reliability and the validity of measured variables. Furthermore, SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method using AMOS(Analysis of MOment Structure)4.0 was used to analyze the cause-effect relationship among the source, activities and accomplishments of quality management representing the core concept of quality management system. 연구는 부산항 컨테이너 터미널이 품질경영을 통한 경쟁력을 향상시키기 위하여 어떠한 서비스 품질경영활동들에 노력을 집중해야 하는지에 대한 실증적인 연구이다. 품질경영활동의 공통된 요소들과 이 요인들 간의 인과관계를 분석하여 결과를 해석하고 항만서비스 품질경영 관리에 미치는 관리적 시사점을 제시하고 있다. 자료수집은 부산항 컨테이너 터미널의 종사자 170명을 대상으로 설문지와 개인면담을 통해 이루어졌으며, 측정변수의 신뢰성과 타당성을 분석하기 위해 Cronbach’s α계수와 요인분석을 이용하였다. 그리고 품질경영시스템의 구성개념인 품질경영의 원천과 활동, 그리고 성과 간의 인과관계를 분석하기 위해서는 Amos4.0을 이용한 SEM을 실시하였다.

Therefore, this paper is extracting the optimal parameter of frequency and waveform in order to improve the conventional patter, and proposing the SPAC(Single Power Alternative Current) stimulus pattern applying that, Also, this algorithm proposes to be able to discriminate with low pressure of he electrode by displaying in the level meter both the absolution and relation value of the skin current for the discrimination in the difficult discrimination spot regardless of the skin current, to increase the pain and the body effect, the reappearance as the pressure. It is examined the performance of system applying the extracted optimal parameter and algorithm, and it is confirmed that there is difference in discrimination parameter of Acupoint reacted to the individual and the Meridian.

      • 침 자극에 의한 경락의 전위변화 분석

        Acupuncture effect principle on meridians is what physical stimulation does on general physiology so that it gets into new equilibrium from the fallen function state of human body. However, it is generally accepted that western medicine has regarded the action passageway of various kinds stimulation as nerve fluids tissue or nerve-endocrine-immune system. These regard any action for all meridians as a response to the stimulation. These are not treatments for transmission of the energy. This paper compares the change of electric potential when operator's bio-energy is passed on and when is not. As a result of it, the effect of acupuncture is different when a operator's bio-energy is passed on to meridians and it isn't. Therefore, it means that the general acupuncture is more effective than the insulation one, Moreover, we could certify that there is close relation between an acupuncturist's energy transmission and acupuncture effect.

      • 피부전류량 표시에 의한 경락 가시화시스템 구현

        The instrument for functional diagnosis should be preceded first to accurate discrimination of exact acupoint. So the measuring and stimulating method are improved to SPAC pattern to evaluate skin impedance in body. As a result, the resistance factor between skin and probe, the dipolization of cell was reduced so that the judgement of acupoint is advanced. After extraction of optimization parameter of SPAC pattern which the high discrimination efficiency and the lowest affection on the human body is controlled by using microprocessor to enhance conviction. The discrimination efficiency was confirmed by meridian visualization system. Also mechanism of probe was improved to increase efficiency of image recognition processing. The image of discriminated acupoint with improved probe is obtained by using a video camera, the location on the tip of probe is recognized and processed. And then these points are converted to virtual color by proportional to measuring current level of scan point on skin.
