      • 미식축구 選手의 心理的 不安에 關한 硏究

        The purpose of this study was to investigate anxiety of Amateur American Football Players in the period before competition and competition session. Data were collected from 45 college male Amateur American Football Players from five different colleges in Korea. STAI from X-1 and X-2 were used as a data collecting instrument which had twenty items with four-point Lickert Scale. These instruments were desgined to measure the state and trait anxiety level. Data were analyzed by FACTOR ANALYSIS using SAS software. The major conclusion were as follows ; 1) The trait anxiety of 6 items was answered of the negative 1 item(53.3%), but on the other hand it was answered of the positive 4 item(75.5%), 5 item(62.2%), 20 item(57.%). There was statistically significant different from career with 20 item at a significant level of .05. 2) The state anxiety of 6 items was answered of the negative 7 item(62%), 14 item(91.1%), 17 item(88.9%), 18 item(86.8%), but on the other hand it was answered of the positive 8 item(71.2%), 19 item(73.3%). There was statistically significant different from career with 8 item and 14item at a significant level of .05. Amateur American Football Players was the anxiety more in the period before competition than competition session.

      • 體重調節法에 따른 運動能力改善에 關한 硏究

        They say that the standard weight is one of the comprehensive measures of health. Therefore, more is concerned to remain it. In this context, the object of this study examines the change in the weight and is to know how the locomotive capacity can be improved by weight control methods. The subject of this survey is 20 to 23 aged males, who lives in Seoul. The 15 normal persons in the weight and the blood pressure is divided into 3 groups; the fasting group(A), the perspiration group(B), and the dieting group(C). Each, who performs the same weight controm during the 7days, is measured the weight, the heart rate, the blood pressure and the number of rope jumping. The some results of this study can be summarized as follows. (1) The average rate of the weight loss during the measuring period of 7 days is 4.1% while that of A.B and C showes 8.0%, 1.9% and 2.5% respectively. Passing the period, the weight loss rate has a tendency to be retarded. (2) The average increasing rate in the number of the rope jumping is 3.9%, but that of A,B and C group 3.1%, 3.5% and 5.2% respectivelv. Especially the marked improvenent is shown in C group. Therefore the weight loss suggests the improvement of the locomotive capacity. (3) The heart rate increases by 32.0% at the first day. Passing the period, it is retarded and converges on the constant. (4) Correlation Coefficient between the rope jumping and the heart rate is positive, but that of the weight loss and the heart rate negative. (5) The blood pressure increases up to the third day. After the day, it decteases gradually and converges on the constant. Till losing 3kg, it also tends to decrease. (6) Increasing the rope jumping up to the first day in A and the second day in B and C, the blood pressure increases but decreases after that day. The study on the relationship between the weight control and the improvement of the loco motive capacity can be made fruitful only after the comprehensive analysis about more items selected under the some condition of nutrition, sleeping and load in relation to the weather.

      • 肥滿學生의 筋力變化에 關한 硏究

        A Study on the Muscular strength changes of Overweight Students. The objectives of this study were to study on the changes of muscular strength of obesity group and general group, reduced their body weight up to 2, 4kg. For this Purpose the writer surveyed the muscular strength (Grip strength (Left, Right), Arm strength flexion (Left, Right), Arm strength Extension(Left, Right), Leg Strength Flexion (Left, Right), Leg Strength Extension (Left, Right), Back strength) of 10 obesity man, 10 general man in seoul/ The conclusion of this study were as follows: 1. Grip Strength Right, Arm strength Flexion left, obesity group than general group was lower reduced by deduction of 2kg. 2. Grip strength left, Arm strength flexion Right, Arm Strength Extension Left, Right, leg strength Flexion Left, leg streng'th Extension Left, Right General group than obesity group was lower reduced by deduction of 4kg. 3. As to maximun of Back strength, a group was revealed in obesity(0.74%) and general group(1.44%) by deduction of 2kg, while in deduction of 4kg, a decrease was revealed in obesity group(5.87%), general group(1.75%).

      • 心理的 變化가 運動技能에 미치는 影響

        The object in this study is to find out the ability of performing athlete by introducing mental excercise in each item. This sample consists of 80 student: 10 softball tennis players, 10 football palyers of S. C University, 10 general students, 10 students majouring in physical education, 10 soccer players, 10 basketball players, 10 gymnastics, 10 Ice-hockey players of K University. By using the beat measuring instruments mental excercise, each beat numbers was invers tigated under the different conditions(random order, order, achievement of gaol, competition) and the different time level(60 sec, 90 sec, 120 sec) The conclusions of this experiment are as following: 1. Regardless of time level the ranking of the averages beat numbers in each group investigated is such as: competition(1st), achievement of goal(2nd), order(3rd) and random order(4th) 2. The each time results of analyzing varianty the differencesin beat numbers according to the situation of mental exercise was very meaningful(p<0.001). 3. Regardless of time the meaningful correlation is appeared between the of gymnastics and that of ice hockey players under the goal achievement situation level.(60 sec : r=0.707, p<0.05, 90 sec: r=-0.707, p<0.05. 120 sec : r=-0.727, p<0.05).

      • 肥滿學生의 運動能力改善에 관한 硏究

        In this study a survey was made of how the locomotive capacity of overweight students can be improved through the exercises of rope jumping and jogging, and use of sauna. This survey was made on a total of 20 university students, who were divided into two groups: an experimental group of 10 overweight students and a control group of 10 students of average weight. Throught the period of the survey, these two groups were compared by measuring the number of rope jumping, heart rate, blood pressure, and weight. With the results of this survey, I made an attemptt to show the measures for the improvement of the overweight students. The conclusions can be summarized as follows: (1) In both groups, the thickness of the sebaceous tissue was the greatest in the abdomen, back, and upper arm, in that order. As the result of the exercises, the decrease of sebaceous tissue in the experimental group was as follows: 6-7mm in the abdomen, 2-3mm in the back, and 1-2mm in the upper arm. On the other hand, the control group showed no such significant change. (2) Through the period, the number of rope jumping increased in both groups. When compared, the experimental group jumped 25 more than the control group, on an average. (3) The heart rate and blood pressure in the experimental group was higher, and the amount of increase just after the exercises was larger, while their recovery was slow. (4) The loss of weight was greater in the experimental group. Finally, in the light of the fact that obesity of young people becomes a serious problem, it is recommended that diversified research should be done for the countermeasure against obesity and for the improvement of the locomotive capacity of overweight students.

        TThis program is a structured shortterm group counseling model that is devised for decrecse of maladjustment behaviors and strengthning adjustment behaviors of athletes. This counseling model will be effective to the athletes who have difficulty in forming a human relation in athletes group, who didn't show his ability for an inferiority complex, who are confused for the loss of his subject hood, who are formed an anxiety in a game situation, and who are strergthed a maladjustment behavious in order to avade his responsibility. Through this program, probably the athlets will understand himself and ather athetes and will form human relation based on a right relationship and a mutual trust. Then the athletes can show their best ability on the playing ground, can approach a self-realization for theirselves. This porgram is composed of seven meetings. The First: Orientation of the group counseling Introducing of members. The Second: Myself that I see myself that others see. The Third: Sharing the memories. The Forth: Small group meeting(resolution of hostility) The Fifth: The statement of confict situation The Sixth: Planning of the future. The Seventh: An announcement of impressions finishing.

        This study attempts to find the change and the relationship of body composition somatotype and maximum aerobic power according to the age on the based of result of the survey performed to 69 subjects who attended in the K college, D high school, K middle school. The result were as follows : 1. The percent of fat of all the subjcets was lower than that of ordinary people. 2. Somatotype of subjects was higher mesomorph and lower endomorph. 3. Maximum oxygen uptake was increasing and maximum oxygen uptake per kilogram of body weight was decreasing according to growth. 4. Endomorph and maximum oxygen uptake was sure to have certain correlation.

        This study is aimed to get effece of mental practice on the develoment of serve motor skill in tennis. So. We divied the boys into the tree groups. Then it was practiced per 40 minutes in a day for 12days. Finally we concluded as the followings, after analyzing the studied data of the preceding experiment and the other 1. In the tennis serve faculty, the parallel group by both physical and mental practice is more effective then the group by physical repitition practice and mantal repitition group. 2. We expected that we could get a good remark through the group by physical repitition practice and the group by mental practice repitition in learning, but it appeared to be a little difference only.

      • 서울과 호남 一般 大學生들의 Sports 活動實態調査 및 比較硏究 : 서울과 호남 男ㆍ女學生을 中心으로

        The investigation is made on the basis of the 3200 respondents (man 1800, woman1800) of the university student from 26 college and universities in Seoul city, Ho Nam and the purpose of this research is to investigate the actual state of the sports activities of university student. The results of this investigation is as follows. 1. Necessity of the sports activities. The 97.3% of the respondent answered in the affirmative for the necessity of sports activities and only 1.0% was against the necessity of sports activities. Among those students in favor of sports activities, 1515 students (47.3%) answered that sports activities are necessary because it is good for health and 1092 students (34.1%) on swered the sports activities are necessary for a change(as a recreation) 2. The sports activities that you do now. According to the investigation Tennis is the most favored sports activities (550 students,17.2%) and the other sports activities in favor of university students are bowling (276 students, 8.6%) swimming(223 students, 7.0%) 3. The way of practicing sports activities. The 1930 students (60.3%) answered they practice sports activities with their friends or seniors and 773 students(24.2%) usually practice by themselves and only 167 students (5.2%) answered that they practice with their coach. 4. Sports facilities. The majority of the students think the sports facivities in and out of campus are not sufficient. 5. Programme on sports activities. Most students think the sports programmes to be offered in and out of campus are in sufficient. The 2157 students (67.4%) answered 2157 students(67.4%) answered the sports programmes inside the campus are in deficient particularly, most students wanted to the sports programmes on the recreation and for the promotion of physical strength. 6. The sports a ctivities which university student wish to do. When they are allowed to be any sports activities, the man student would like to do skin scuba diving(238 students, 14.9%), horse riding(179 students, 11.2%), ski(157 students, 9.8%), golf(89 students, 5.6%), and the woman student would like to do horse riding(301 students, 18.8%) ,skin scuba diving(205 students, 12.8%),ski(9185 students, 11.6%), swimming(137 students, 8.6%)
