      • 食堂環境이 人體에 미치는 影響에 關한 硏究

        An experimental study of carbon monoxide concentration in air of the restaurants(total 50) and carboxyhemoglobin saturation of workers(512) who were working in the restaurants was conducted by the staffs of the Dept. of Preventive Medicine from November 1970 to December 1971. Carbon monoxide concentration in air was measured with Kitagawa CO detecting tube and carboxyhemoglobin saturation in the blood of workers was measured by The expired air analysis technique following Dr. Breysse and Gabay. Each worker was asked to inhale and exhale deeply prior to commencement of the test. They were then requested to inhale and hold their breath for approximately 20 seconds after which they were instructed to exhale "normally" then to blow the remainder of the breath into a balloon. This expired air was then immediately examined with the Kitagawa tube and carboxyhemoglobin saturation was calculated from the following regression relationship: COHb%=0.5+(CO ppm/5) The findings and results obtained were summarized below: 1. The mean CO concentration in air of restaurants of Class A, where only propane gas was used for fuel, was less than 50 ppm and the mean COHb saturation in the blood of workers was 7.5% in summer and 8.1% in winter. 2. The minimum concentration of CO in air of the hall of Class B restaurants where used gas was 96.5 ppm during summer and maximum concentration was 180.3 ppm in the kitchen during winter. And the COHb saturation was 12.5-17.1% which could initiate the slight CO poisoning. 3. In the restaurants of Class A where charcoal was used for fuel, the air contained 83.5-144.8 ppm of carbon monoxide and the COHb saturation in the blood of workers was 11. 1-15.4% which could cause slight symptoms of CO poisoning. 4. Mean concentration of CO_ in the B or C graded restaurants where charcoal was used, was 265 ppm and the COHb saturation was as high as 20% which could cause moderate CO poisoning to the workers. 5. Even in the summer, so called wine shop where coal was used for fuel contained more than 124.3 ppm of CO and in the winter it contained 221.5 ppm. Among them we could find some contained as much as 350 ppm of carbon monoxide in air. The mean COHb saturation in the blood was 21.4% which could cause moderate symptoms of CO poisoning. 6. Highly significant correlation was found between the COHb saturation and the concentration of CO in air of restaurants.

        교육의 패러다임이 수요자 중심으로 전환되고 있는 시점에서 멀티미디어 교육자료를 이용한 원격교육은 미래의 교육방식을 크게 바꿀 것으로 예상되고 있다. 본 논문은 초고속망에서 운용 가능한 가상과학실험 시뮬레이터인 원격 물리학습시스템에 대한 내용을 기술하고 향후계획을 밝힌다 In this paper, we proposed the method of developing the virtual science laboratory in the internet space. We developed virtual laboratory using the Java language. We confirmed that it is very proper for virtual science laboratory which is needed to do the real time simulation. It is possible for someone to enter and take an experiment in virtual space. Also, It is an alternative method to compensate for the class room teching since it will do the experiment whenever they are available and free. We are focused to develop the field of physics in this paper. But it will be expanded easily in other science area.

        A snake model, proposed by Kass et al., may yield different forms of image contours depending on an energy functional being minimized and a minimization procedure used. This paper addresses the problem of minimizing the energy functional so that a resulting snake may represent desired image contours. We show that good results can be obtained by shaking a search area over which an energy functional is to be minimized.

        인터넷에서 응용 가능한 가상교육 시스템을 mSQL과 PERL을 이용하여 개발하였다. 가상교육 시스템은 데이터베이스와 CGI에 기반을 둔 인터넷 응용 프로그램이며, 웹브라우져를 이용하여 누구나 언제든지 원하는 과목에 대해서 수업이 가능하도록 다양한 기능을 제공하는 웹 기반 가상교육 시스템이다. In this paper, we developed the cyber campus which is a internet based virtual education system. This system is designed by using the client/server architecture and considered the GUI, object oriented programming techniques and multiserver/multiuser environment. The basic design tool is mini SQL and PERL for design and implementation. Developed system is tested on the site of Honam university(cybercam.honan.ac.kr) and confirmed its performance. This tool will be very useful as a distance education method for every school and educational agency under the internet environment.

        Image mosaic is called that creation a new image which to composition search for overload region from several image. In this paper, we represent construction image mosaic not depend on direct method but tree-based method. We represent static and dynamic image mosaic construction method that extract to from background and dynamic object in image. When image mosaic is constructed, we could constructed that only background mosaic eliminated from dynamic object. We understood synopsis mosaic that is constructed by overlaying the trajectories of the moving objects on top of the background mosaic. In this paper, also we represent that redistribution method from image mosaic.

        Video analysis is essential for construction of multimedia database. Many video programs have story structures that can be recognized through the clustering of video contents based on low-level visual primitives and the analysis of high-level structures imposed by temporal arrangement of composing elements. In this paper we proposes the efficient key frame extraction method composed of color histogram and χ² histogram. And we proposes techniques to cluster video shots of similar visual contents by scene transition graph representation.

        Evaluation of Expression of Lipases and Phospholipases of Malassezia restricta in Patients with Seborrheic Dermatitis

        Background: Malassezia species (spp.) are cutaneous opportunistic pathogens and associated with various dermatological diseases including seborrheic dermatitis, dandruff and atopic dermatitis. Almost all Malassezia spp. are obligatorily lipid-dependent, which might be caused by lack of the myristic acid synthesis. Recent genome analysis of M. restricta and M. globosa suggested that the absence of a gene encoding fatty acid synthesis might be compensated by abundant genes encoding hydrolases, which produce fatty acids, and that lipases and phospholipases may play a role in virulence of the fungus. Objective: The current study aimed to investigate the contribution of lipases and phospholipases in virulence of the M. restricta as being the most frequently isolated Malassezia spp. from the human skin. Methods:Swap samples of two different body sites of at least 18patients with seborrheic dermatitis were obtained and in vivo expression of lipases and phospholipases of M. restricta was analyzed by the gene specific two-step nested RT-PCR. Results: The results of the current study suggest that majority of the patients display expression of lipase RES_0242. Conclusion: These data imply a possible role of lipase in the host environment to produce free fatty acids for the fungus.

        클라우드 서버 기반 IoT를 이용한 무선기지국 원격 감시시스템 개발

        넓은 지역에 광범위하게 분포되어 있는 통신용 무선기지국은 관리에 많은 어려움이 있다. 특히 산간 오지에 있는 무인 통신무선 기지국은 위급한 상황 발생시에 접근에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 대형 통신회사들은 송수신 정보만 원격으로 관리하고 있고 실제 시설 유지를 책임지고 있는 지역 중소기업 협력업체들은 이러한 기술을 보유하고 있지 않아서 일일이 현장 방문을 통하여 확인하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 넓은 범위에 산재해 있는 무선기지국내의 온도, 습도, 화염 발생여부, 전원 동작 여부를 실시간으로 모니터링 하여 클라우드 서버에 보내 사무실에서 실시간 모니터링을 통하여 관리하며 위급시 경고 메시지 전송 등이 수행이 가능한 시스템을 클라우드 서버 구축을 통하여 IoT 센서 기술을 이용하여 구현한 내용을 제시하고자 한다. Radio base stations, which are widely distributed across large areas, have many difficulties in managing them. Unmanned radio base stations in remote mountains are having a hard time accessing them in case of emergencies. Major telephone service providers only remotely control incoming and outgoing information and local small business partners responsible for maintaining actual facilities do not possess such technologies, so they are each checked during field visits. In this study, in order to process the sensor raw data and smoothing, we apply the particle filters and confirmed that the performance of sensor data accuracy is increased. Integrated system using temperature, humidity, fire condition, and power operation at a wide range of radio base stations under the real-time monitoring status is operated well. It show that all of the status of base station are monitored at the remote office using the cloud server through internet networking.
