1) It seems that teachers shrinlk from Unification by Anti-Communism When We look over the Process of unification Eduction. We can Say there is Problems in our unification- Education ther we don't have Little Knowledge and information about 'North Korea', which is not only our brother but also enemy. 2) The teachers in School are aware of the Sense national homogeneity. Some young teachers has the anti-Americanism, but Passive in expression of their sense. They became affirmative about North Korea a lot, but have allergy to NK still. They think that we should unify again. But it is Problem that they don't have objective Vision. The younger they are, the more skeptical view of government's will about unification they have. So they donut have Confidence in unification -Education. They hope activation of discussion about unification and they have negative Sense about the government's Policy which makes only one passage to unification of Korea. 3) The details of unification-education involved in the Text of Social Studies were described as what should be, and it Seems negative about NK. Therefore in needs Some training which accept and have Conversation With NK to upgrade the Quality of Democratic Citizens. Especially, the Content of Geography has the problem that describes as the days befoe Liberation and does that accept NK as our nation. 4) Thers is Little difference between unification-education of Social studies and that of Ethics and the of Education science, But find more imfortance in the fact History Education, Geography Education and politics education Contribute to one another Complementarily in German unification-Education, and that the German which implented education of national Homogeneity positively advance the date of unification. 5) The details of unification-Education in Social Studies are as follows. It is necessory to form of the Sense of National Homogeneity, to build up unified Culture, and to improve rational progress of proceedings of democratic Citizens. It is also necessary to show the practional Solution, The unification-Education Systematized the awarness of the South-north division, the understanding of reality of NㆍK and the National Security raising unification will. 6) The model of Moon yong Rin was translated as that of unification-Education, and it shows the Discussion Method, Inquiry studies method, and Comparative analysis method as the way of unification-Education method.
A Study on The Effect of PM Consultant Leadership Capability on Consulting Repurchase Intention

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of PM consultant leadership competence on consulting repurchase intention and the impact of SME CEO participation on consulting repurchase intention. The validity of the measurement model was secured through CFA (Confirmative Factor Analysis) for the questionnaire data, and consistency was secured through the same method convenience, and significant results were obtained. In other words, not only the ability of PM consultant in repurchase of consulting is important, but also confirms that repurchase intention differs according to the participation of manager. Therefore, the performance that manager feels depends on the degree of manager's interest in repurchase and plays an important role in repurchase. As a result, it is important for PM to report to manager and / or make the manager participate in consulting process so that manager can be interested. In this study, it is difficult to generalize the relationship between PM's leadership role and manager's involvement in the repurchase intention. However, it is meaningful that PM's competence as well as management's participation are very important, and that this study figured out which drection PM's leadership should focus on. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the variables on the repurchase intention.
