      • Cupola用 然料로서의 國産 無煙炭의 特性

        Since Korea does not produce mineral fuels for the coke, the coke for the cupola operation must have been imported. This coke, however, has been limited not only in suppling but also in costing. Moreover, though anthracite and the domestic coke which is made with this fully crushed anthracite mixed with proper binder are much used for the cupola, the character of these fuels are not prevailing, so there are so many difficulties in cupola operation. The purpose of this study is to find the character of anthracite and domestic coke, by comparing tapping temperature, chemical composition, and mechanical property of cast iron resulted from the domestic coke and anthracite with those from the coke through the experiment of melting in the cupola as well as in the high frequency induction furnace charged with these fuels and coke. The character of anthracite for the cupola usage gained from this investigation are following: 1. Anthracite (1) As reaction of combustion is not active, it is difficult to raise tapping temperature more than 1400℃. (2) Carburization is very active, consequently, carbon content of cast iron is around the eutectic compostion, and sulphur content reaches abhut 0.1%, for sulphur pick-up is more active. (3) Tensile strenght of cast iron is about 13∼15kg/㎟. Relative hardness increased and that causes mechanical property worse. 2. Domestic Coke (1) Because this in more active in combustion reaction, the tapping temperature is to be gained up to 1500℃. (2) Carburization of this is less active than that of anthracite, but it is similar to carburization of anthracite. Consequently, carbon content of cast iron is apporximately near to eutectic composition. Quantity of sulphur pick-up of this is less than that of anthracite but more than that of coke. (3) Tensile strenght of cast iron resulted from domestic coke is stronger than that of cast iron resulted from anthracite, but it shows about 70% of tensile strenght of cast iron resulted from the coke. Moreover hardness decreases. This causes the property of cast iron better than that of anthracite. 3. The mixed usage of Anthracite and Domestic coke (1) Tapping temperature becomes higher according to the mixed rate of domestic coke. (2) Without considering the tapping temperature, composition and mechanical property of cast iron makes little differences. Consequently, these are similar to those of cast iron resulted from anthracite.

        The current Shijo(=a kind of short lyric poem) accompaniment is not the simple accompaniment to the lyric lines of a shijo, but the decoration of the lyric lines of a shijo in tune with the second or fourth chord. In case of "Pyangyoseong", it should be accompanied to the same high tune as the lyric lines, and in another case of "SanRangSeong", it should be decorated with a high tone by one degree. In the hoping procession under the fourth chord, it decorates the melody by lowering the key of a song tune by tune. It is also found out that either the form of accompaniment or the organized musical instrument is enlarged and developed with the same form and organization of an opera. Consequently, just as the reciting of an opera has an effect on the of a shijo, so the accompaniment of a shijo has been changing into a professional music, the art music by the influence of the opera accompaniment with the lapse of a long time and tide.

        Domestic anthracite is widly used as fuel for the cupola at home where no coking coal is produced. This paper investigates the characteristics of structures and mechanical properties of Duetile cast iron, produced by the anthracite-operated capola, that appear corresponding to various rates of cooling the molten metal by comparing it with coke-operated counter part. Investigations are run in one case where the composition of both anthracite and coke-operated molten metals are made identical to match target composition, and in another where the cupola operated under identical charging conditions except fuel. Five test pieces of 13, 20, 30, 42, 60mm in diameter are drawn from each of the two spheroidized molten metals.

        In-process sensor for ground surface roughness in developed utilizing optical fibers. The sensor has a control system to keep the optimum distance between the fiber and the work. Disturbance of grinding fluid and swarf is avoided by such method that the measurement is carrid out in grinding fluid. Two optical fiber bundles one of them is normal to the target and the other is set with a certain angle against the first bundle, in order to increase the sensitivity of the sensor. The out put of the latter signal is divided by the former out put. Changing process of surface roughness during cylindrical plunge grinding was measured by using the in-process roughness sensor developed in this study. It was confirmed through the experiment that the changing process of surface roughness was closely related to the changing process of workpiece radius. The result obtained in this study is very useful to rationally determine the cyclindrical grinding cycle.

        The forms of current HAERYONG are composed of Tangpiri's central formation and Hyangak's musical contents and It is different from yomillak system music which is Kyongrokmugangjigok and Bonryong. It is due to following reasons. ○ The length of rhythm is comparatively regular. ○ Pak is used as Hyangak. ○ There are many tones in a beat. ○ There are many long tones. ○ There are many ornament graces. ○ P'yonJong and P'yon'gyon's style of playing is complicated. ○ The music form is similar to yomilak of orchestral music. Current pipe-music pohoJa is composed of using Tangpiri, P'yonJong and P'yon'gyong, which are like Hyangak's style, HAERYONG also is likely to current pipemusic pohoJa. As I mentioned, Korea music has been influenced by foreign music for a long time. But it, not disappearing and using foreign music, has been developing in Korea.

        성금연 가야금산조의 근원

        Each Sanjo has its own originality, and it has the root of its own teacher. Judging from the investigation of Park Sang Keun's and Ahn Ki Ok's musical genealogy, based on literatures, evidences, and situations, Seong Keum Yeon's Sanjo was influenced by Park Sang Keun, but the Sanjo called Park Sang Keun's style would have to be recognized as Seong Keum Yeon's style of Sanjo. And compared musically with Ahn Ki Ok's Sanjo, Seong Keum Yeon's Sanjo, contrary to the existing results of previous studies, does not seem to have inherited her teacher Ahn Ki Ok's melody, but a common feature of melody can be found only in Kim Chang Jo's Sanjo. It seems that Ahn Ki Ok handed down his teacher Kim Chang Jo's melody directly to Seong Keum Yeon. Therefore, Seong Keum Yeon's Sanjo can be considered as Kim Chang Jo's style of Kayakeum Sanjo. The melody of Seong Keum Yeon's Sanjo is found, little by little, here and there in many movements of Kim Chang Jo's Sanjo. And what is more important, the fact that the Jungjungmori of Kim Chang Jo's Sanjo is very similar to the Kutgeori of Seong Keum Yeon's Sanjo testifies this. The melody which is not a common feature must be considered as Seong Keum Yeon's own melody. This runs counter to the existing claim of literatures and studies that Ahn Ki Ok's Sanjo has something to do with Seong Keum Yeon's Kayakeum Sanjo.
