食餌性 Vitamin E가 臟器內蛋白質 含量에 미치는 影響
李能圭,朱軫淳 우석대학교 의과대학 1968 우석의대잡지 Vol.5 No.2
The study was attempted to observe the variation of the protein contents in the several organs of female rats receiving the different but isocaloric diet with or without enriching vitamin E. Nitrogen contents in the liver, pancreas, uterus, spleen, heart and serum of the animals were determined by the micro-Kjeldahl methods. The adult female albino rats, weighing 225-275g from a pure strain, were used as the experimental animals. They were divided into five groups; fasting group, high carbohydrate diet group, high protein diet group, V-E enriched high carbohydrate and high protein diet groups, in which each group was subdivided according to the diet-feeding period. The results obtained are summarized as follows; 1. The protein contents in the liver and pancreas were markedly increased during early stage of feeding V-H enriched high protein diet. 2. The feeding of V-E enriched diet seemed tobe delayed on the protein metabolism in the organ uterus, heart, and spleen, which were not directly related to the digestion and absorption. 3. High protein diet group showed increased in the protein contents in all the organs, except the pancreas in which the contents were conspicuously decreased during the first 10 days but were almost recovered on the 30th day. Among all the organs in this experiment, the spleen showed the most extraordinary increased in the protein contents during receiving the high protein diet. 4. The contents of the protein in the liver and the pancreas were significantly decreased by fasting and feeding the high carbohydrate diet, while the contents in the uterus and the heart conspicuously increased. 5. The protein contents in the spleen were decreased on the 1st day, increased on the 2nd day, and again significantly decreased on the 4th and 8th day of starvation, and the contents in the high carbdrate diet groups were decreased on the 10th day, remarkably increased on the 20th day, and much decreased on the 30th day, respectively, as compared with those in the control group. 6. There were no remarkable change of the protein contents in the serum of rats with fasting as well as feeding the different but isocaloric diet.
