귀인이론을 바탕으로 한 도서관 SST(Self-Service Technology)기반 서비스실패와 서비스회복 전략 탐색

The purpose of this study was to make a general overview of SST-Based(Self-Service Technology Based) services and understand SST-Based service failure by users and service recovery strategy based on attribution theory. To achieve these purposes, the study reviewed literature related to the unique characteristics of SST-Based service and user studies of SST-Based service. As a result, it was found that there are no significant differences between general SST-Based service and library SST-Based service. In addition, this study suggested appropriate service recovery strategies of service failure by users through the understanding of attribution theory. The finding was that the most important SST-Based service recovery strategy is to improve technical service quality of the services. 본 연구의 목적은 SST(Self-Service Technology)기반 서비스 이용자 관련 연구를 개관하고 귀인이론을 통해 이용자에 의해 발생되는 서비스실패와 이에 대한 회복전략을 이해하는데 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 사적영역에서 논의되고 있는 SST기반 서비스의 특성 및 이용자연구를 문헌조사를 통해 살펴본 결과 도서관 SST기반 서비스도 일반적인 SST기반 서비스와 크게 다르지 않음을 발견하였다. 일반적인 서비스와 다른 특성을 지니는 SST기반 서비스의 경우 이용자에 의한 서비스 실패가 발생했을 경우 적합한 회복 전략은 무엇인지를 귀인이론을 기초로 하여 제시하였다. 연구결과 도서관 SST기반 서비스를 비롯한 SST기반 서비스의 이용자에 의한 실패를 회복하기위한 전략은 서비스자체의 기술적 품질을 향상시키는 것이 중요한 것으로 나타났다

S-Function Builder를 이용한 UWB 시스템의 성능해석

The application of UWB not only complies with the requirements of remote sensors system(ECG), it also contributes to the effectiveness of the implementations through its unique qualities such as ultra low transmission power - an important factor when dealing with biomedical equipment. In this paper, the aim is to replace the wired ECG sensor with a wireless link and design wireless UWB communication system. The various pulse shapes are presented that satisfies the FCC spectral mask and FCC part 15 rule. It is shown that UWB can be a high rate transmission over short ranges using rake receiver, with the capability for reliably transmitting 100Mbps over distance at about 10 meters.

이 메일을 이용한 정보봉사는 가장 초기 형태의 디지털 정보봉사서비스로써 도서관분야에서 가장 초기에 발달되었었던 것이다. 그러나 이용자와 도서관 입장에서는 이러한 종류의 서비스가 전통적 방식의 정보봉사서비스와 비교 했을 때 여러 가지 취약점을 노출시켰던 것이 사실이다. 이러한 배경 하에서, 특정의 소프트웨어를 이용한 실시간의 정보봉사서비스가 제공되기 시작하였다. 이러한 실시간의 정보봉사서비스가 이 논문의 주관심사이다. 이 논문은 채팅을 통한 정보봉사서비스를 서비스 마케팅적 관점에서 다루며 서비스가 지니는 독특한 특성들과 서비스 품질이라는 개념을 바탕으로 하여 적절한 마케팅 전략을 제시하고자 하였다. Reference services that use e-mail to receive reference questions and provide responses were developed as early digital reference services in the library field. However, librarians and users found that e-mail based reference services had some weak points when compared with traditional face-to-face reference services. As a result, libraries have started to create real-time reference services, which are similar to traditional face-to-face reference services through the use of synchronous chat software. Such chat reference services are focus of this paper. This paper approaches chat reference services as one of the services provided by libraries. Based on the understandings of the unique characteristics of services and the concept of "service quality", this paper tries to suggest appropriate marketing strategies of chat reference services.

북한 도서관잡지 「도서관일군 참고자료」의 텍스트 네트워크 분석

본 연구의 목적은 북한의 도서관운영방법연구소가 간행한 2년간의 「도서관일군 참고자료」(2016~2017)를 대상으로 텍스트 네트워크 분석을 시도해 보는데 있다. 텍스트 네트워크 분석은 단순 단어의 빈도분석을 뛰어넘어 단어 간의 연결성과 관계성을 파악하여 특정 단어가 얼마나 중요한 위치를 차지하는지를 측정할 수 있으며, 특정 사회현상에 대한 해석과 시사점 도출도 가능하다, 본 연구에서는 용어의 빈도분석, 연결중심성 분석, 매개중심성 분석, 군집분석을 통한 분석이 이루어졌다. 「도서관일군 참고자료」의 텍스트 네트워크 분석 결과 북한의 도서관을 이해하는데 있어서 가장 중요한 용어들은 ‘리용자’, ‘정보봉사’, ‘정보요구’, ‘정보기술’, ‘과학기술’, ‘사회적학습’, ‘콤퓨터’, ‘자료기지’, ‘정보수집’, ‘정보검색’, ‘도서관일군’ 등의 순으로 나타났다.

In this paper describes a mathematical model for fading and quantitatively describes the effects of fading on the BER of digital communications systems. And the describes the diversity combinding techniques used to combat the destructive effects of fading and quantitatively describes the SNR gain achieved due to diversity. And this paper simulates maximal ratio combining(MRC) in dependent and correlated Rayleigh fading channels. While channel correlation is a key factor in the performance of linear combining, significant performance improvement can still be achieved with correlated fading channels.

공공도서관 홍보를 위한 서포터즈 활용에 대한 제언

The purpose of this study is to suggest for utilization of supporters to promote public libraries. To achieve the study purpose, in-depth interview with nine public library supporters of two public libraries was conducted. The data were analyzed using a qualitative method. The order in which the data analyzed is as follows: segmenting, first coding, in-depth coding, and theme discovery. According to the study results, the followings were suggested for the operation of public library supporters: 1) needed to assign roles based on supporters’ capabilities and personal characteristic, 2) needed proactive role by the librarian in charge, 3) needed proactive role by the public library, 4) needed adequate rewards, 5) needed prior education about the public library. 본 연구의 목적은 서포터즈 운영이 공공도서관에 대한 홍보 효과를 담보하기 위해서 어떤 점에 유의하면서 운영되어야 하는지를 실제 서포터즈로 활동하고 있는 이들에 대한 인터뷰를 통해서 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 2개 공공도서관의 9명의 서포터즈와 심층인터뷰를 진행했으며 인터뷰자료는 녹음 후 전사하여 질적분석 방법으로 분석하였다. 질적분석은 세그멘팅, 초기코딩, 심층코딩, 주제의 발견 순으로 진행하였다. 분석결과 서포터즈를 통한 홍보 효과를 달성하기 위해서 서포터즈 운영과 관련한 다음 사항을 제안하였다. 첫째, 서포터즈의 개인 역량 및 특성을 고려한 역할을 부여할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 담당 사서의 적극적 역할이 요구된다. 셋째, 도서관 측의 적극적 역할이 요구된다. 넷째, 적절한 보상이 이루어져야 한다. 다섯째, 서포터즈에 대한 사전 교육 시 해당 도서관에 대한 교육이 포함되어야 한다.

공공도서관 서비스 포지셔닝 전략

본 연구의 목적은 공공도서관 서비스이용자를 충성도에 따라 세분화하고 각 세분시장을 목표시장으로 하는 공공도서관서비스 포지셔닝전략을 탐색하는데 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기위해 공공도서관 이용자를 대상으로 인터뷰를 진행하였으며 인터뷰결과는 질적 분석 방법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 공공도서관서비스에 대한 충성도가 낮은 집단에 제시된 포지셔닝전략은 첫째, 이동도서관서비스의 확대실시 및 셔틀버스의 활용, 둘째, 정기적이고 체계적인 이용자조사, 셋째, 공공도서관 서비스 홍보방식의 다양화, 넷째, 이용자조사를 통해 이용자가 원하는 자료 구비 등 이었다. 공공도서관 서비스에 대한 충성도가 높은 집단에 대한 포지셔닝전략은 첫째, 내부마케팅, 둘째, 도서관 시설 및 설비 품질의 일정 수준 유지, 셋째, 취학 전 아동 및 초, 중, 고등학생과 학부모를 위한 독서프로그램 기획 및 제공이었다. The purpose of this study is to suggest public library service positioning strategies for the segmented markets according to public library service users' loyalty. To achieve the study purpose, this study conducted interview with public library users. Qualitative method was utilized to analyze the data. The following public library service positioning strategies for the both segmented groups were suggested: 1) expanding of bookmobile service and utilization of shuttle bus, 2) regular and systematic user study, 3) diversification of public library service promotion methods, 4) user survey, 5) internal marketing, 6) increasing environmental quality of public library services, and 7) provision of reading programs for preschoolers, students, and their parents.
