        주체중심 반-도핑담론의 가능성과 한계 : 니클라스 루만의 사회적 체계이론을 중심으로

        The aim of this study is to discuss the possibilities and limitations the subject-centered anti-doping discourse which presents a recognition and resolution of the problems, using Niklas Luhman's social system theory as a theoretical tool assuming that doping which is observed and consisted of the self-referenced framework of the paradoxical WADA exists as a real existence. This discussion doesn't have the question of 'What is doping?' based on metaphysical ontology or 'What, how, who should we do to eradicate doping?', it is meaningful to observe doping and overcome blind spots in terms of the cognitive theory of constructivism. The studies of anti-doping discourse based on metaphysical ontology assert the subject related to sports correction through a strong punishment, the reinforcement of ethics education based on morality as the possibility of the measures which solve problems and eradicate related to doping. The subject-centered anti-doping discussion has a visible prospect of a solution, and expresses the following limitations. First, it can't be overcome the blind spot of observers of the first class by accepting the doping constructed by the regulation of the WADA as the actual fact in existence, Second, it's found that the fundamental reason for doping is in the morality of the sports workers. Third, it is not a semantic approach to winning or losing which is the leading code of sports, imputed and limited the problems of the sports subjects according to personalized strategies. 본 연구는 역설을 회피하는 WADA의 자기준거적 틀에 의해 관찰(구별-지칭)되고 구성되어진 도핑이 실재적 실재로서 존재하고 있다는 가정 하에 문제의 인식과 해법을 제시하는 주체중심 반-도핑 담론에 대해 니클라스 루만의 사회적 체계이론을 이론적 도구로 활용하여 가능성과 한계에 대해 논의 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 논의는 형이상학적 존재론을 중심으로 한‘도핑이란 무엇인가? 의 물음 또는 도핑을 근절하기 위해서는 무엇을 어떻게 누구에게 해야 하는가?’가 아닌 구성주의 인지이론의 관점에서 도핑을 관찰하고 맹점을 극복하는데 그 의의가 있다. 형이상학적 존재론을 기반으로 한 반-도핑 담론의 연구물들은 도핑과 관련된 문제를 해결하고 근절하는 방안의 가능성으로 스포츠와 관련된 주체에게 첫째, 강력한 처벌을 통한 교정 둘째, 도덕을 기반으로 한 윤리교육의 강화를 주장한다. 이와 같은 주체중심 반-도핑담론은 가시적으로 문제 해결의 가능성이 열리는 동시에 다음과 같은 한계를 드러낸다. 첫째, WADA의 규약에 의해 구성된 도핑을 존재하는 실재적 사실로 받아들임으로서 일차등급의 관찰자의 맹점을 극복하지 못하였다. 둘째, 도핑이 일어나는 근본적인 이유를 스포츠 종사자들의 도덕성에서 찾았고 셋째, 스포츠의 주도적 코드인 승리/패배가 가지는 의미론적 접근이 아니라 오로지 개인화 전략에 따라 스포츠의 주체들만의 문제로 귀속시키고 한정하였다.

      • 섬유주 장기배양에서의 유출률에 대한 연구

        섬유주 장기배양장치의 방수 유출률 연구에 대한 적응성을 알아 보기 위하여 송아지 눈을 장기배양장치에 장착하여 방수의 유출률을 안압의 증가에 따른 변화, ethacrynic acid에 의한 변화, 장기배양 전과 후의 변화에 대하여 측정하였다. The pathogenesis of primary open angle glaucoma remaines unknown. One of the difficulties encountered in the study of primary open angle glaucoma is the lack of an animal model for primary open angle glaucoma. Development of a human organ culture model whose outflow physiology was similar to the intact eye and which could be maintained in a visible condition for a number of days would open up an exciting new avenue of research as it would allow the simultaneous study of the effects of various manipulations on the morphology, cell biology and outflow physiology of the human eye. The purpose of this study is to assess the extent of which this system is a suitable model for physiological and pharmacological experiments. Eyes from 3-5 day old calves were obtained. Eyes placed into orgah culture were bisected along the equator and the posterior portion discarded. The uveal layer with attached lens was peeled away from the underlying sclera and discarded. The eye was then centered on the organ culture apparatus and perused. The results were as follows ; 1.Organ cultured eyes retain approximately the same outflow as the intact eye. 2.As with the intact eye, there is a negative correlation between the magnitude of intraocular pressure and of facility. 3.Outflow pathway cells maintain their response to at least one pharmacologic agent known to alter facility in vivo. The results of our studies in calf eyes are exciting because they suggest that it is possible to create an organ culture preparation that lends itself to longevity in vitro and still apparently maintains near normal physiology of the outflow channels.

      • 가토에서 Mitomycin C 공막 접촉이 안압에 미치는 영향

        Mitomycin C(MMC)를 녹내장 누공수술시 사용하면 수술 성공율은 높일 수 있으나 수술후 저안압의 발생이 더 많아지며 과도한 여과가 원인으로 알려져 있다. 그러나 저자들은 MMC에 의한 안압의 변화여부를 알아보기 위하여 본 실험을 시행하였다. 가토안의 모양체에 해당되는 공막부위를 0.2mg/ml와 0.5mg/ml의 MMC용액으로 5분간 접촉시키고 1일, 2주, 4주, 6주 그리고 8주 후에 안압을 측정하였다. 0.2mg/ml MMC군에서는 수술전 안압이 9.75mmmHg, 수술 1일 후 4.5, 2주일 후 5, 4주일 후 6.5, 6주일 후 7.5 그리고 8주일 후에는 10mmHg였으며, 0.5mg/ml MMC군에서는 수술전 안압이 10mmHg, 수술 1일 후 5.75, 2주일 후 6.5, 4주일 후 7.25, 6주일 후 9.25 그리고 8주일 후에는 9.5mmHg로 수술 후 1일, 2주, 4주에서 수술 전 안압보다 낮았으며 6주 이후에는 거의 수술전 안압으로 회복되었다. 이상의 결과로 MMC가 수술 후 약 4주정도 까지는 안압을 하강시키는 것으로 생각할 수 있다. Mitomycin(MMC) is commonly used adjunctively in trabeculectomy surgery. However, it increases the incidence of the postoperative hypotony. Intraocular pressures were evaluated 1day, 2weeks, 4weeks, 6weeks and 8weeks after the application of 0.2mg/ml and 0.5gm/ml MMC on the sclera in the rabbit eyes. Mean prepoerative intraocular pressure were 10.0mmHg in the 0.2 mg/ml MMC group and 9.75mmHg in the 0.5mg/ml MMC group. On the 1st postoperative day, the mean intraocular pressure were 4.5mmHg in the 0.2mg/ml MMC group and 5.75mmHg in the 0.5mg/ml MMC group. The mean intraocular pressures were 5.0mmHg, 6.5mmHg, 8.5mmHg, and 10.0mmHg on the 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th postoperative weeks in the 0.2mg/ml MMC group respectively. In the 0.5mg/ml MMC group, the mean intraocular pressure were 6.5mmHg, 7.25mmHg, 9.25mmHg and 9.5mmHg on the 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th postoperative week respectively. The above result suggest that episcleral application of MMC may decrease the intraocular pressure.

      • 자발적인 축출맥락막상강출혈 1례

        Purpose : To present a 90-year-old patient with spontaneous expulsive supra-choroidal hemorrhage. Methods : The patient, who had glaucoma, presented with severe ocular pain, active ocular bleeding and expulsion of intraocular tissues. A large hemorrhagic mass intermingled with intraocular tissues protruded through a corneal perforation site. Histopathologic evaluation was performed. Results : Clinicopathologic evaluation revealed acute inflammation of the corneal remains with focal suppuration, acute hematoma in vitreous cavity and retinal detachment. Conclusions : The findings point to the assumption that was the event in this case of spontaneous expulsive suprachoroidal hemorrhage.

      • 교감신경 알파흥분제(Apraclonidine 점안)에 의한 가토 모양체의 형태학적 변화에 관한 연구

        Apraclonidine의 방수생성 억제에 대한 약리작용을 알아보기 위하여 토끼에 1% apraclonidine을 점안하여 모양체 상피세포를 전자현미경으로 관찰한 결과 무색소 상피세포의 후방으로 향한 세포막의 개대가 관찰되었다. Apraclonidine is a potent alpha-adrenergic agent that, like clonidine, is relatively selective for alpha-2 receptors. Apraclonidine has been shown to lower intraocular pressure in a variety of animal models and in human. It decreases intraocular pressure by diminishing aqueous humor formation. Apraclonidine also causes marked anterior segment vasoconstriction. The purpose of this study is to know the morphological changes in the ciliary epithelium to apraclonidine and pharmacological mechanism of apraclonidine against aqueous formation. Two drops of 1% apraclonidine hydrochloride were instilled on pigmented rabbits and the eyes were enucleated on 1, 2, 6 and 24 hours after instillation. These eyes were studied with electron microscopic examination. Widening of the cell membrane (basal infolding) of the non pigmented epithelium were observed. The smooth surfaced endoplasmic reticulum of the non-pogmented epithelium were changed as vesicular, saccular and tubular shape in 2 hours. The above changes were recovered with time, and seem to be the pharmacological mechanism of the apraclonidine against aqueous formation in the ciliary body.

      • Beta-blocker의 안조직에 미치는 영향에 대한 형태학적 연구 : Befunolo에 의한 모양체돌기 상피세포의 변화

        백색 및 유색가토에 1% befunolol 용액 0.1ml를 결막하 주사한 후 2시간 및 5시간 후에 안구를 적출하여 모양체돌기 상피세포의 병리조직학적 변화를 전자현미경으로 관찰하였다. The introduction of beta-adrenergic antagonists for the treatment of glaucoma was a major advance in the continued search for medications that effectively control the intraocular pressure with minimal side effects. But the fact that beta-adrenergic antagonist had an affinity to intraocular tissues containing melanin granules has been reported. Purpose of this study is to knew that mechanism of decrease of intraocular pressure and an affinity to melanin granules of the beta-adrenergic antagonist. 0.1 ml of 1% befunolol was injected subconjunctivally in the albino and pigmented rabbits, and the eyes were enucleated on 2 hours and 5 hours after injection. These eyes were studied for electron microscopic examination. The results are as follows: The mitochondria in the nonpigmented epithelium of the ciliary process showed edematous swelling. In albino rabbit, swelling of the mitochondria in the nonpigmented epithelium of the ciliary process appeared within 2 hours after subconjunctival injection of befunolol and began have to normalized configuration of the mitochondria 5 hours after subconjunctival injection of befunolol. But in pigmented rabbit, the above changes both mitochondrial swelling and recovery state were represented more slow response than albino rabbit for the suggestion of an affinity to melanin granules of befunolol.

      • Beta-blocker의 주입에 의한 망막색소상피세포의 형태학적 변화

        백색 및 유색가토의 초자체 내에 befunolol을 주입한 후 30분 및 3시간 후에 안구를 적출하여 전자현미경으로 망막색소상피세포와 맥락막의 형태학적 변화를 관찰하였다. The beta-adrenergic blocking agents are now available for use in the treatment of glaucoma. But this normalization of intraocular pressure is threatened by occasional adverse side effects. The fact that beta-blocker had an affinity to intraocular tissues containing melanin granules has been reported. Purpose of this study is to know of morphological changes in the retinal pigment epithelium and choroid of the albino and pigmented rabbits by administration of beta-adrenergic blocker. Ten ul of 1% befunolol hydrochloride was injected intravitreously, and the eyes were enucleated on 30 minutes and 3 hours after injection. These eyes were studied for light and electron microscopic examination. The choroid showed marked edema and dilatation of vessels. In the retinal pigment epithelium, microvilli became atrophic, basal infolding opened, mitochondria became swollen and vacuolated, the structure of smooth surfaced endoplasmic reticulum was changed, and marked vacuolations in the cells appeared.

        독일 장애학생 직업교육의 제도와 현황

        장애인의 자아실현과 사회통합을 위한 제3차 특수교육 발전 5개년 계획에서 교육과학기술부는 ‘특수교육대상학생의 진로·직업교육 체계 확립’을 주요 과제 중 하나로 선정하고, 특히 현장중심 직업교육을 실시하도록 그 정책방향을 정하였다. 본 연구는 (장애학생) 직업교육에서 현장중심 직업훈련(Ausbildung)의 비중이 큰 독일의 사례를 연구하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 독일 장애학생 직업교육에 직·간접적으로 관여하는 공공기관의 구조와 기능, 장애학생 직업훈련기관의 구조와 실태, (정신지체) 장애학생을 일반노동시장으로 진출시키기 위한 다양한 프로젝트를 중점적으로 고찰하였다. One of the main priorities of the five-year plan for the development of special education in Korea is to promote practice-oriented vocational education for students with disabilities. This paper aims to review the basic system and the trends for vocational education for students with disabilities in Germany, which places great emphasis on practical training of students. This paper focuses on the following issues: 1) How ist the German vocational education system structured? 2) How is vocational education of students with disabilities implemented in Germany? 3) What are the implications of the above for Korea? This paper will analyze: 1) The structure and functions of the public organizations that are directly and indirectly responsible for vocational education of students with disabilities. 2) The structure and the trends of institutions of vocational education for students with disabilities. 3) Projects that make their goal the integration of students with disabilities into the labor market.
