취업준비대학생의 자아존중감과 외모만족도가 취업스트레스와 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향

According to the September 2019 Employment Trends released by the National Statistical Office on October 16, 2019, the number of employed people stood at 2,7509,000 last month, up 419,000 from the same month a year ago. The increase in the number of employed people is less than the largest in two years and five months since March 2017 (463,000), but it has recorded an increase of more than 300,000 for three months. However, due to the prolonged Korona 19 delay in employment and various certification schedules, many of the job plans have been disrupted, especially as domestic and foreign airlines have stopped hiring airlines, making the reality of airline job seekers frustrating. Although it is difficult to get a job, college students' academic career is an important time to choose and prepare for their future career, and employment is the biggest concern for them and stressful for many college students. In this study, we compared and analyzed the impact of self-respect and appearance satisfaction on job stress and career proficiency for those who are preparing for employment in aviation service departments and those who are preparing for employment in other departments. We also looked at the impact of job stress on the negative aspects of mental health of college students preparing for employment, and how it affects career proficiency. A summary of the hypothesis test results set up in this study is shown below. First, the LR-test (LR-test) to check whether there are differences between groups according to majors in the relationship between self-esteem and appearance satisfaction on job stress confirmed that there is an adjustment effect between aviation service majors and other major groups. The impact of aviation service self-esteem and appearance satisfaction on job stress was found to have significant effects on social self-esteem, personal self-esteem, body satisfaction, skin satisfaction, and face satisfaction. Second, as a result of the verification of the hypothesis that job stress of self-respect and appearance satisfaction will have a significant mediating effect on career education, the effect of social self-esteem factors, personal self-respect factors, body satisfaction factors, and facial satisfaction factors on career experience has had no mediated effect on skin satisfaction. As a result, the low social self-esteem and facial satisfaction of college students majoring in aviation services added to their job stress. Based on the results of this study, it can be used as basic data for counseling programs to enhance self-respect, satisfaction with appearance, prevent job stress, and enhance career proficiency. 통계청이 2019년 10월 16일 발표한 '2019년 9월 고용동향'에 따르면 지난달 취업자는 2750만9000명으로 1년 전 같은 달보다 41만9000명 증가했다. 취업자 증가폭은 2017년 3월(46만3000명) 이후 2년 5개월 만에 가장 컸던 8월(45만2000명)에는 못 미치지만, 3개월째 30만명대 이상을 증가를 기록을 남겼다. 그러나 코로나19가 장기화되면서 취업과 각종 자격증 일정이 연기되면서 취업계획에 차질을 빚는 일이 다반사가 되었다. 본 연구에서는 취업준비에서 외형을 중시하는 항공서비스학과 취업준비생 대상자들과 타학과 취업준비대학생 대상으로 자아존중감과 외모만족도가 취업스트레스와 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향관계와 비교분석을 해보았다. 연구결과는 첫째, 전공간에 따른 집단 간 차이 유무를 확인하기 위한 우도비율검정(LR-test) 결과 항공서비스전공과 타전공 집단 간에 조절효과가 있는 것으로 검증되었다. 항공서비스학과는 외모만족도만 취업스트레스에 미치는 것으로, 몸매만족도, 피부만족도, 얼굴만족도 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자아존중감, 외모만족도의 취업스트레스는 진로성숙도에 유의한 매개영향을 줄 것이라는 가설에 대한 검증 결과 사회적 자아존중감 요인, 개인적 자아존중감 요인, 몸매만족도 요인, 얼굴만족도 요인이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향에서 취업스트레스의 부분매개효과를 가지며, 피부만족도는 매개효과가 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 취업준비생의 자아존중감, 외모만족도를 높이고 취업스트레스를 예방하고, 진로성숙도를 높이기위한 상담 프로그램의 기초자료로 사용될 수 있다

교육과정정책 실행자로서 교사의 2015 개정 영어과 교육과정 이해에 대한 연구

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine how much English teachers understand the 2015 revised English curriculum and discover major issues in order to provide a desirable direction for future curriculum revisions. Method: Ten English teachers answered the semi-structured questionnaire designed to analyze the 2015 revised English curriculum. Then, they participated in an in-depth focus-group interview. Results: The results demonstrated limits to the practical help that the 2015 revised curriculum provides to English teachers who understand and implement it in their classrooms. Specifically, the four key competencies of English are not appropriately selected and there is not enough of a co-relationship among the sub-elements. Also, the key elements and generalized knowledge of content framework are not a proper fit for the subject of English and its content elements among schools lack validity. Last but not least, the given content about teaching and learning is not specific enough for teachers to make the best use of it. Conclusion: In order to make the national English curriculum more user-friendly and practical, comprehensive literature review and empirical field research should be thoroughly conducted. 연구목적: 이 연구는 교육과정정책 실행자인 교사의 2015 개정 영어과 교육과정에 대한 이해정도를 탐색하고 도출된 문제점을 바탕으로 개정교육과정이 추구해야 할 방향을 제안하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: C와 D지역의 2015 개정 영어과 선도교원 10명을 대상으로 Payne의 교육과정 분석기준을 바탕으로 작성된 반구조화된 질문지를 배부하여 1차적으로 교사들의 개정 교육과정에 대한 인식과 이해를 파악하고 이어 초점 그룹 심층면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 2015 개정 영어과 교육과정 문서는 첫째, 영어과 교과역량 선정의 타당성과 각 역량의 하위요소 간의 연계성 문제, 둘째, 기능 교과인 영어과에 부적합한 내용체계표의 핵심요소와 일반화된 지식 및 내용요소의 학교 급별 구분의 타당성 확보 미흡, 마지막으로 교사에게 실질적인 도움을 주기 어려운 교수·학습 활동과 평가라는 문제점이 있다. 개선 방안으로 이론적·실증적 연구를 바탕으로 타당성이 확보된 영어과 역량 추출 및 내용체계 제고의 필요성과 교수·학습 및 평가 측면에서는 구체적인 안내와 예시를 제공하여 현장에서의 활용 가능성을 높여야 한다. 논의 및 결론: 교육과정의 주 사용자이자 실행자인 교사의 관점에서 개정 교육과정을 분석하고 이들의 교육과정에 대한 이해 정도를 파악하는 과정에서 도출된 문제점을 바탕으로 교육과정 개정이 추구해야 할 방향을 제안하는데 의의가 있다. 향후 현장 적합성이 제고된 교육과정 개정을 위해 보다 탄탄한 이론적 근거와 더불어 다양한 수준의 현장 연구가 필요하다.

미소안면침 시술의 안면 주름 개선 효과 임상보고 -전안촬영기를 이용하여-

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to estimate the wrinkle treatment effect of Miso Facial Acupuncture with the facial skin photographing system. Methods : Six middle-aged women with no diseases were recruited. Miso Facial Acupuncture, a total ten times was performed three times a week. The facial skin photograph of each participant was checked two times-pretreatment, posttreatment-using the facial skin photographing system. Both squares and counts of wrinkles in the facial 3 parts were measured for each one. Results : Both squares and counts of wrinkles were decreased on average. The improvement of lower eyelid were the best of all. And the wrinkles of outside of lip were reduced a little. Conclusions : in this study, we could evaluate the wrinkle treatment effects of Miso Facial Acupuncture by an objective and scientific method. Miso Facial Acupuncture has notable effect in wrinkle treatment. As though we had not wide experiences in this treatment, more researches are needed.
