이 논문은 한국과 일본의 학교안전사고 보상 및 예방의 제도 비교적 방법을 통하여 그것이 주는 함의를 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 우리나라는 1980년대에 이 제도를 도입하였으나 입법화 지연 등으로 낙후된 제도를 가지고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 일본의 경우 학생의 안전사고예방 및 보상에 관한 제도를 국법으로 입법화하여 체육조직, 학교급식과 함께 학생 안전사고에 대한 예방 및 보상 제도를 확립하였다. 이 연구는 학생의 안전사고에 대한 예방 및 보상제도의 입법화가 시중한 과제임을 알려주며 제도의 혁신적 운영을 위하여 절절한 국가관리조직이 필요함을 암시한다. 그리고 학교에서 학생의 사고를 줄이기 위한 적절한 철학과 목적을 수립하는 것이 필수적임을 제시한다. This study attempted to find out implications regarding student protection against accident and compensation system in schools through comparative Analysis between Korea and Japan. Korea showed an out of date system due to the lack of statute enactment though it has introduced the system into schools since 1980s. However, Japan established it into the national law system and integrated gymnastic system, school meal service including student protection against accident and compensation system. The study implies that legislation is urgent to ensure social integration. Next, an appropriate national managerial organization is essential to operate innovative execution. Finally, it is suggested that establishment of adequate philosophy and objective is essential to reduce the rate of student accident in schools.

Powdery mildew has been observed on the several clones of Populus euramericana, P. deltoides, P. deltoides x P. maximowiczii in the nurseries of Chuncheongan-do and Kangwoen-do forest Research Institute in mid-October 1982. Powdery mildew fungus of Populus spp. was identified as phyllactinia guttata(Waller. ex Fr.) Lev which was reported as the powdery mildew fungus of Populus tomentosa Carr. Powdery mildew of Populus spp. caused by this fungus has not previously been reported in Korea. When we surveyed the occurrence of powdery mildew disease the leaves of P. deltoides R-89 were severely attacked by this fungus

The leaves and young shoots of several broad leaf trees infected with powdery mildew fungi were collected and observed for the purpose of seeking for the host plants and identifying its pathogenic fungi in the arboretum of Forest Research Institute, Seoul from October to November 1982. Of these, Prunus serrulata var. spontanea, Prunus padus, Celastrus flagellaris, and Fraxinus × chiisanensis were found out to be new host plants of powdery mildew fungi in korea. Morphological characteristics of imperfect state and perfect state of powdery mildew fungi on 4 new host plants were examined. These pathogenic fungi were identified as Podosphaera tridactyla, Uncinula sengokui, and Uncinula fraxini.

다공성재료는 흡착제및 연료전지, 및 멤브레인등에서 유효하게 사용되고 있는 재료이다. 최근에는 다공성재료의 기공조절을 위하여 많은 연구가 수행되었다. 본 연구에서는 graphite powder와 열경화성수지인 페놀수지를 이용하여 다공성재료를 제조하는 방법에 따른 특성에 대하여 논하고자 한다.
HEIGHT ESTIMATES FOR DOMINANT ENDOMORPHISMS ON PROJECTIVE VARIETIES

If φ is a polarizable endomorphism on a projective variety,then the Weil height machine guarantees that φ satis es Northcott's the-orem. In this paper, we show that Northcott's theorem only holds forpolarizable endomorphisms and generalize this result to arbitrary domi-nant endomorphisms: we introduce the height expansion and contractioncoe cients which provide weak Northcott's theorem for dominant endo-morphisms. We also give some applications of the height expansion andcontraction coe cients.

The Li 4 Ti 5 O 12 of anode material for the hybrid capacitor was coated using CePO 4 , M 3 (PO 4 ) 2 (M=Mg, Zn). The capacitance of phosphate coated Li 4 Ti 5 O 12 was found to be lower than that of Li 4 Ti 5 O 12 , whereas the equivalent series resistance was higher than that of Li 4 Ti 5 O 12 . With an increase in cycle number, the base of cylindrical cell exhibited swelling due to gas generated from the reaction between Li 4 Ti 5 O 12 and electrolyte. The swelling cycle number of phosphate coated Li 4 Ti 5 O 12 was higher than that of Li 4 Ti 5 O 12 due to improvement in electrochemical stability. Based on the results, it is proposed that phosphate coating can be employed as a barrier layer to control the gassing reaction by isolating the Li 4 Ti 5 O 12 particle from electrolyte solution.
