        뺑소니 사고 대응방안에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 뺑소니 사고의 개념과 특징들을 살펴보고, 각종 통계자료를 이용한 뺑소니 사고의 현황 분석, 수사 실무에서의 주요 사례 고찰 등을 통해 뺑소니 사고의 예방 및 검거율 제고를 위한 대책들을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 뺑소니 사고는 차의 교통으로 인하여 발생한 교통사고로 인해 사람을 사망 또는 부상케 한 운전자가 그 사람들에 대한 구호 등 사고현장에서 필요한 조치를 취하지 아니하고 도주하여 사고를 낸 자가 누구인지 확정할 수 없는 상태를 초래하는 것을 총칭하는 것으로 우발성, 고도의 비난가능성, 수사 곤란성 및 피해자 구제의 곤란성과 같은 특성들을 표출하고 있다. 우리나라에서는 교통사고 발생 건수가 2000년을 기점으로 하향안정화하고 있으나 뺑소니 사고의 점유 비율은 오히려 높아가고 있다. 뺑소니 사고의 실태파악을 위해 2005년 발생한 사건들을 중심으로 고찰한 바, 30대와 남성들의 피해자 비중이 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 가해자의 경우에 있어서도 30대와 남성의 비중이 상대적으로 높았으며, 음주운전, 무면허운전, 자동차보험 미가입등의 원인이 뺑소니 사고에 크게 기여하고 있음도 확인할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 우리나라에서는 뺑소니 사고가 도시지역, 주말, 야간(20시 - 04시), 그리고 차 대 차 충돌과정에서 상대적으로 많이 발생하고 있으며, 사건 해결에 있어서 초동조치의 중요성과 함께 제보 및 유류품 분석을 통한 해결율 제고의 과제를 안고 있음을 알 수 있다. 뺑소니 사고 감소를 위해서는 우선 교통단속의 강화, 대포차량에 대한 관리철저, 일반인들을 대상으로 한 지속적 홍보 등의 적극적 예방활동 노력과 함께 신속한 초동수사 및 공조수사 활성화, 차량 관련 기초 자료의 Database 구축, 과학 장비의 보급 및 활용 교육, 담당 수사관 및 지휘관의 지속적 관심 등을 통한 검거율 제고 등의 노력이 동시에 경주되어야 할 것이다. In this paper, the actual condition and countermeasures of hit-and-run accidents were studied through secondary data from Korean National Police Agency, Road Traffic Safety Authority etc. And actual cases relating hit-and-run were analysed for acquiring some lessons to future investigation. Hit-and-Run leaves the scene of an accident untended so raises the risk of victims. Moreover it makes relevant compensation difficult, disrupts family life in the end. Nonetheless, it has received virtually little research attention. In this study, some patterns and causes relating hit-and-run could be found. First, drivers are much less likely to leave the scene when the victim is either quite young(under 10 years old) or old(over 60 years old). And men are comprised of quite large percentage(about 91 %) of those victims. Second, Male drivers aged between thirties and fifties are more likely to leave the scene, and unlicensed driving, DWI are found to contribute those hit-and-run accidents. Lastly, drivers run more often in urban areas, on weekends, and at night(between 8 pm and 4 am). Based on those founds, some measures to reduce hit-and-run could be found. First, strict traffic regulation, exhaustive management of car registration processes should be done to prevent those accidents. And the PR related with hit-and-run should be intensified to raise public awareness of those issues so everyone could be an eye and a year of the police. Second, the police should strive to arrest as many hit-and-run cases as possible. Swift initial investigation, compiling databases relating hit-and-run cases, securing scientific equipment for thorough investigation, etc, were suggested.

      • 고추장 표면에서의 효모의 생육과 억제

        To prevent the growth of yeasts on the surface of kochujang, we investigated the effect of environmental conditions on the growth of yeast. The change of temperature caused directly the change of relative humidity of kochujang. Increased relative humidity stimulated the growth of yeast. Colonies were isolated from deteriorated kochujang and identified as 6 strains of Zygosaccharomyces rouxii. Especially, Z. rouxii KY4 strain had the film forming activity in the liquid media and surface growth activity on the surface of kochujang. The growth of Z. rouxii KY4 which had tolerance against the concentration of 12% of sodium chloride and 20% of glucose, was inhibited by the addition of mustard, acetic acid and adipic acid. The concentration of additives to prevent the growth of yeast should be controlled below the optimal concentration not affected the taste of kochujang.

        This purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Pb migration by changing the temperature and the leaching solution by Pb amount using Pb contained brass and bronze casting barbecue BULPANs being used at Korean restaurant. The results are as follows. 1. In the leaching experiment by water and 1∼4% acetic acid solution, asthe leaching temperature incresed from 60 to 100℃, Pb amount in the leaching solution also tended to increase. 2. In the leaching experiment by acetic acid solution, as the acetic acid concentration in the leaching solution increased from 0 to 4%, Pb amount in the resulting solution also tended to increase. 3. As acetic acid concentration in the leaching solution increased, Pb leaching amount from brass casting increased even more than from bronze casting. Howeber, even if the leaching temperature increased, Pb leaching amount ratio from brass vs. bronz casting was maintained at constant level. 4. At repetitive leaching tests, in case of brass casting, Pb amount nearly didn't change, but in case of bronze casting, it showed an irregular tendency due to the properties of Pb content in the material. 5. Pb leaching amount by pseudo-Bulgogi source solution (pH 4.5, salt concentration 3.0%) showed a similar tendency to the result by 1% acetic acid solution.

      • 생약의 생리활성에 관한 기초연구

        The active polysaccharides purified from Atractylodes lancea DC. rhizomes suggested that neutral glactosyl chains and RG II-like moiety should play an important role in the potent intestinal immune system modulating action. The acidic pectic polysaccharides from Bupleurum falcatum remarkably enhanced immune complex binding activity through Fc receptors of macrophages, and an acidic polysaccharide fractions also showed a significant anti-ulcer activity against HCl-ethanol induced ulcerogenesis in mice. Oral administration of Polygalae Radix-extract and sinapic acid significantly increased the ChAT activity in the cerebral cortex of basal forebrain lesioned rats.

      • Chitosanase의 연구현황 및 전망

        Chitin and its deacetylated form, chitosan, have attracted significant interest in view of varied proposed novel application. Uses of these two functional polymers, especially chitosan, are readily seen over a broad range of scientific areas, including applications in biomedical, food, and various chemical industries. However, chitosan has potential bioactivities such as anti-microbial, anti-cholesterol synthesis, anti-tumor by immunostimulating and elicitor activity, its effects on in vivo was still ambiguous due to a low uptake rate into the interior of the body. Therefore, converting chitosan to its oligosaccharides is necessary for more effect in vivo. On the on hand, because the purification procedure of chitosan oligosaccharides was not simple, its application was limited to pharmaceutics and high value-added industry by the high unit cost of production. For extensive application of chitosan oligosaccharides, enzymatic hydrolysate is actually more efficient than purified oligomer. The present paper will review various chitosanase for preparation of chitosan oligosaccharides, especially focucing enzymatic hydrolysis and properties of reaction pattern, and valuable systems for the hydrolytic reaction.
