This study is management of containers which are used frequently, for efficient logistics management in Customs Free Zone. Positioning methods and wireless data communication methods were analyzed and the most suitable logistics management method was suggested. Then, logistics management system was developed and its capacity was analyzed through a model test. According to the result of model test, mostly precise positioning was possible on the road around container yard through map matching even the precision of used GPS instrument was row. And monitoring of container position was possible at container yard and which layer a container was heaped up. Consequently, logistics management system would be more efficient when it is used more precise method like inverted DGPS.
흉부손상 277예에 대한 임상적 관찰 : 277 Cases

저자들은 1975년 8월 1일부터 1980년 12월 31일까지 만 5년 5개월간 본 백병원이서 입원가료 되었던 흉부손상 총 277예를 대상으로 임상적관찰을 실시하였다. 비관통손상이 94.4%, 관통손상이 5.6%이였고, 사고원인은 교통사고(70%)가 단연 상위였으며, 남녀의 비는 3.5 : 1로 1970년도 보고들에 의해 점차 여자 환자의 증가를 보여준다. 늑골골절이 전 흉부손상의 92%였고, 제 6번, 7번늑골이 제일 빈도가 높았다. 손상에 의한 혈기흉은 33%였고, 횡격막탈장은 2.2%였다. 두부손상 병발이 23%로 제일 많았다. 합병증은 18%였으며, 무기폐가 제일 많았고, 사망율은 3.6%였다. 흉부손상은 타부위 손상과 병발되는 경우가 많았고 손상후 일차응급처치와 결정적 처치가 빠를수록, 그리고 적절할수록 후유증없이 빠른 호전을 보여주었다. During the period of 5 years and 5 months from August 1, 1975 to December 31, 1980, authors have experienced 277 cases of thoracic trauma by nonpenetrating and penetrating injuries at Department of Thoracic Surgery, Inje Medical College, Paik Hospital in Seoul, Korea. The result is as follows: 1.The ratio of male to female patients of chest trauma was 3.5 : 1 in male predominence and 51% of the total cases were between 31 and 50 years of age. 2.Nonpenetrating injuries were 94.4% and penetrating injuries, 5.6%. 3.The most common cause of chest trauma was traffic accident and falls accounted for the next largest group. 4.The most common site of rib fracture was 4th rib to 7th rib level on both hemithorax (51%). 5.Hemopneumothorax were observed in 33% (92 cases) of the total cases. Of these, 82.6% (76 cases) were due to nonpenetrating injuries and 17.4% (16 cased) due to penetrating injuries. 6.The flail cheat were observed in 21 cased. Diaphragmatic injuries were observed in 8 cases. Of these, traumatic diaphragmatic hernias were seen in 6 cases. 7.Associated injuries were cerebral contusion in 23%, clavicle fracture in 14%, long bone fracture in 13%, vertebral fracture in 9% and renal contusion in 2.9%. 8.Thoracentesis were performed in 8.3% and closed thoracostomy, 21%. Exploratory thoracotomy &/or laparotomy were carried out on 9.3%(26 cases) because of massive bleeding or intrapleural hematoma or diaphragmatic rupture &/or abdominal injuries. 9.The over all mortality was 3.6% (10 patients among 277 cases) and the main cause of death was associated head injuries.

This study looks around the confidence, accuracy, extent of the sea pollution and practical filed of the applicable extent by GPS of geodetic survey newly changed. As a result of consideration on the realization of geodetic survey network unified, orthographic projection picture that satisfied accuracy of a topographic from SPOT portrait by combination of geodetic survey network, and the precision of the point position in proportion to season and time can be known by the extent of the sea pollution and GPS Also, because the relay of satellites makes combination of geodetic surveying be attained, the possibility that we could realize unified geodetic survey network has been predicted.
