        A study was presented of the masurement of protein in fermented milk with the Folin reagent and with coomassie brilliant blue G 250. Inoculated skim milk was estimated in pH and protein concentration each 3hrs. Protein concentrations by lowry method were shownd various change and by braford method lower gradually. It seems that the protein concentration in fremented milk are influenced strongly by protease activity. The adventage of braford method is the simplicity and rapidity, but coomassie blue do not react with free amino acid and very small peptide.

        유리단 국소의치의 기능 인상에 의한 연조직의 수직적 변위량에 관한 연구

        Distal extension partial dentures are supported by both the relatively rigid teeth and the resilient mucosa. So impression techniques of residual alveolar ridge in case of distal extension partial denture have particular importance in order to broad distribution of the masticatory force. McLean recognized the need for recording the tissues supporting distal extension partial denture base in functional form to equalize the resilient and non-resilient support, and this was called functional impression. Many investigators proposed various techniques of the functional impression for a distal extension partial denture, but only a little studies were performed about displacement of soft tissue under distal extension partial denture base. The purpose of this study is to investigate the amount of vertical displacement of the soft tissue under distal extension partial denture base by different functional impression techniques. Impression techniques used were Z.O.P. Impression, Selective Tissue Placement Impression, Functional Relining Impression. Measurement of the vertical displacement of soft tissue were made with Depth Gauge and Measuring Platform. A Anatomic Impression was used as a control. The results were tested statistically using 3 way ANOVA and Scheffe test. The followings were the results obtained from this study. 1. The greatest amount of soft tissue displacement was observed in the center of the retromolar pad. 2. No significant differences were found between the crest of alveolar ridge and the buccal shelf area. 3. The greatest soft tissue displacement was observed in Functional Relining Impression using Iowa wax, and the least displacement was observed in Selective Tissue Placement Impression using murcaptan rubber base. 4. No significant differences were found between finger pressure and biting pressure in Z.O.P. Impression, but greater displacement was observed by biting pressure than finger pressure in Functional Reling Impression.

        이산화탄소 레이저의 유치 탈회억제 및 재경화 효과

        이산화탄소 레이저의 출력과 조사시간에 따른 유치 법랑질의 탈회억제 및 재경화 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 유치 법랑질의 직경 2mm 부위를, 파장 $10.6{\mu}m$ 탈촛점 펄스파 이산화탄소 레이저로 6W 2초 및 3W 8초 조사하고, Diagnodent로 측정하여 탈회억제 및 재경화 효과를 평가하고, 선행 연구의 3W 4초 및 6W 4초 조사 결과와 함께 4개군을 비교하였다. 유치 법랑질을 6W 2초 또는 3W 8초 조사 후 탈회시켰을 때, 조사 전과 조사 후에 비해 탈회 후 측정치가 유의하게 증가하였으며(P<0.05), 군 간에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 4개 군 중 6W 4초 군에서 뚜렷한 탈회억제효과가 있었다. 탈회된 유치 법랑질을 6W 2초 또는 3W 8초 조사하였을 때, 탈회 후에 비해 조사 후 측정치가 유의하게 감소하였으나 탈회 전보다는 유의하게 증가하였고(P<0.05), 군 간에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 4개 군 중 6W 4초 군이 거의 완전한 재경화효과가 있었고, 세 군은 부분적 재경화효과가 있었으며 서로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 치아변색은 6W 4초 조사한 경우에만 나타났다. 우식 억제와 치아변색은 총 조사 에너지보다 출력에 더 의존한다고 사료되었다. The purpose of study was to investigate the effect of carbon dioxide laser on demineralization inhibition and rehardening of primary tooth enamel according to its power and irradiation time. 2mm diameter circle on the primary enamel surface was irradiated by defocused $10.6{\mu}m$ superpulse carbon dioxide laser at 6 Watt 2 seconds or at 3 Watt 8 seconds, before or after demineralization by Coca-Cola for 24 hours. Enamel surface change was measured by the Diagnodent. The results were analyzed with the former study results of 3 Watt 4 seconds and 6 Watt and 4 seconds. Diagnodent scores increased significantly after demineralization of irradiated enamel at 6W 2s or 3W 8s (P<0.05). Among the four groups, only 6W 4s group showed obvious demineralization inhibition effect. Diagnodent scores reduced significantly after 6W 2s or 3W 8s irradiation of demineralized enamel(P<0.05). Among the four groups, 6W 4s showed nearly complete rehardening effect, and the other groups showed partial effect. Tooth discoloration only occurred at 6W 4s. It seemed that caries inhibition and tooth discoloration depend on laser power more than total irradiation energy.

        그레이엄 그린의 사랑과 희망의 비전: 아버지 관계를 중심으로

        This article focuses on examining the theme of Graham Greene’s love and vision emphasized by paternity. As Erdinast-Vulcan says, there are three types of fathers in Greene’s novels: the biological father, the metaphorical father and the Father in Heaven. The relationship of the biological father is destined to be spontaneous. The relationship of the metaphorical father is embodied by the protagonists. Greene develops the relationship of the metaphorical father into the love and responsibility for neighborhood. In Monsignor Quixote the atmosphere of the novel is headed for afterlife world. Monsignor Quixote loves his neighbors with brotherly love because every man is equally a son of God. And also he considers such love to be connected with the vision of hope.

        임신중 출혈을 유발한 Moyamoya병 : 증례보고 Case Report

        임신중 Moyamoya병에 의한 뇌실내 출혈을 동반한 뇌내출형을 1례 치험하고 그 처치에 있어 간단히 문헌고찰하였다. 임신과 관계없이 근치수술이 필요한 뇌동맥류에 비해 Moyamoya병의 경우 비교적 간단한 수술후 보존적 요법이 더 중요시 되고 분만시 제왕절개술이 위험성을 최소화하는데 도움이 될 것이라고 생각된다. Intracranial Hemorrhage due to Moya-moya disease in the pregnancy women is rarely documented. We present a 31-years old woman who had intracranial hemorrhage at 34 weeks of gestation. She had stuporous state(Glouscow coma scale 2-3-5) with normal blood pressure at emergency room. Computed tomography revealed intraventricular hemorrhage and scanty intracerebral hemorrhage at left paraventricular area. External ventricular drainage enabled her symtoms to improve gradually. Additional MRI and angiography revealed finding of Moya-moya descase at left middle cerebral artery. Generally, intracranial hemorrhage during pregnancy, caused by aneurysmal 겨pture and AVM, is treated extensively regardless of pregnancy. In Moya-moya disease intracranial hemorrhage should be removed with a simple and safe procedure as soon as possible. And cesarean section should be considered in selected cases who has hypertension during labor.

      • “사용 전 석탄”의 자연발화화재 예방을 위한 산화방지 및 비산먼지 억제용 약제에 대한 연구

        최근 미세먼지가 사회적으로 큰 문제가 되고 있다. 그 중심에 석탄발전소가 있다. 연간 1억3천만톤의 석탄을 사용하는 우리 나라는 배출가스 규제를 통하여 석탄으로 인한 대기환경오염을 관리하고 있으며 석탄발전소와 제철소 등 석탄산업체들은 이 에 적극 호응하여 배출가스 규제를 충족시키기 위한 탈질 및 탈황설비를 가동하고 있다. 그러나 석탄은 자연발화의 특징이 있어 석탄 저탄시설에 보관되어 있는 “사용 전 석탄”에서는 유해가스와 유독물질이 계속 발생한다. 심지어 화염이나 폭발을 동반한 화재로 이어져 발전소 가동장애의 원인이 되기도 한다. “사용 전 석탄”의 유해가스는 측정조차 이루어지지 않고 있어 석탄 미세 먼지 통계에도 포함되지 않고 있으며 환경정책의 사각지대에 놓여 있다. 최근 세계적인 석탄거래 추이는 휘발분이 높아 자연발 화 위험성이 높은 저품위탄이 증가하고 있다. 저품위탄은 고품위탄 대비 열량은 20-30% 낮고 가격은 40% 저렴하다. 국내 신규 석탄발전소가 저품위탄 연소에 적합하도록 설계되고 가동되는 이유가 여기에 있다. 더욱이 미세먼지 저감정책으로 인하여 노 후발전소의 가동률은 해가 갈수록 축소되고 저품위탄을 사용하는 신규발전소의 가동률은 유지 또는 확대될 전망이다. 우리나 라는 사용하기도 전에 유해가스와 유독물질이 다량 발생되는 저품위탄 사용량이 증가하고 그에 따른 석탄화재 위험성도 높을 수밖에 없는 불안한 구조에 놓여 있다. 본 연구에서는 “사용 전 석탄”을 환경적이고 안전하게 관리하여 궁극적으로 석탄화재를 예방하는 다기능성 석탄관리약제에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

        다중 상태 소나의 최적 수신망 배치

        It is very important to place receiver in multistatic sonar. Inefficient placement of the receiver reduce detection probability and to increase the probability of detection should be used more receivers. Therefore, detection of targets in searching area, detection performance of limited receiver depends on how to place. Through the optimized receiver placement, detection area between each sonar as much as possible avoid duplication, as optimization, the minimum receiver can be maintained detection performance. In this paper we prove mathematical verification of maximum signal excess value based on sonar placement and we calculate a signal excess value by using computer simulations and suggest optimal sonar placement.

        인문사회분야 연구지원사업 추적평가시스템 구축 연구

        This article traces the achievements of the humanities strategy research project and builds a post-evaluation system for the humanities and social sciences R&D projects. To this end, we reviewed the cases of follow-up assessment and foreign cases in science and technology fields, and analyzed the outputs of humanities strategy research projects. In order to secure reasonable grounds for establishing a post-evaluation system, the research method was conducted on basic analysis using bibliographic analysis, measurement of relative efficiency using DEA method, trend of productivity change using Malmquist productivity index, and FGI analysis was conducted on experts in related fields, university professors, etc. As a result of the analysis, it is necessary to introduce the post-evaluation system in consideration of the effectiveness of the research achievements and the spillover effect. Thus, to introduce a post-evaluation system for research support projects in humanities and social sciences, the Act was proposed to be prepared and executed as a task unit or business unit, as was the case in the science and technology sector. It also emphasized that the assessment indicators, criteria, evaluation methods, implementation system, and outcome utilization should be prepared for the post-evaluation.
