기업은 급변하는 경영환경을 정확하게 예측하고 신속하게 대응하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 ERP시스템의 지원 기능이 업무성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 ERP시스템의 이론적 연구를 통해 연구모형을 제시하였다. 그리고 이를 검증하기 위하여 가설을 설정하고 ERP시스템을 도입한 기업을 대상으로 가설을 검증하였다. 실증 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, ERP시스템은 업무적 지원 기능에 따라 시스템의 적합성과 구성체계가 복잡한 경영환경을 적절하게 통제할 수 있을 것으로 볼 수 있으며 이러한 결과는 사용자의 개별적 성과를 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 즉 ERP시스템의 업무적 지원기능은 ERP시스템이 업무를 개선시킬 수 있는 가능성을 제시할 수 있었다. 둘째, ERP는 조직적 지원 기능 측면과 업무프로세스의 정보흐름이 유연적일 때 사용자의 업무성과는 향상되는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 조직적인 단위별 통합화는 매우 중요한 요인이라고 할 수 있다. 영업소 단위 지원과 업무성과와는 조직적인 단위별 통합화에서 유의적인 관계를 발견하지 못했다. 셋째, ERP시스템의 지역적 지원 기능은 ERP의 도입시기와 적용과정에 유의한 것으로 분석되었다. 거래처지원과 업무성과와는 무관한 것으로 나타났다. 복잡한 지역적 경영활동을 지원하는 업무성과와는 유의적인 관계를 발견하지 못했다. 본 연구는 ERP시스템의 적용 효과라고 할 수 있는 지원기능을 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 분석결과에서 부분적으로 지원기능을 검증할 수 있었으며, 특히 업무성과에 미치는 정도는 유의한 것으로 나타났다.

디지털 컨버전스 사회에서 AI교육 특성변수가 심리적 자본과 플로워에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 디지털 컨버전스 사회에서 AI교육 특성변수들과 심리적 자본, 심리적 자본과 플로워의 관련성, AI교육 특성변수와 플로워사이에 심리적 자본의 매개효과를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. AI 교육의 특성변수에는 정확성, 유용성, 사용 용이성이 있다. 실증분석은 수도권 대학 중 회계정보를 강의하는 3개 대학에 설문지를 배포하여 최종 282부를 분석에 사용하였다. 자료를 분석하기 위해서 SPSS 22.0을 이용하여 다중회귀분석과 매개변수에 대한 분석으로 계층적 회귀분석의 3단계 분석방법을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, AI교육 특성변수는 심리적 자본에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. AI교육 특성변수 중 정확성이 가장 중요한 영향을 미치는 변수라는 것이 발견되었다. 둘째, 심리적 자본은 플로워에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, AI교육 특성변수와 플로워사이에 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 심리적 자본 매개효과를 통해 살펴보았다. 그 결과 심리적 자본은 AI특성변수와 플로워사이에 주요한 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 AI교육 특성변수와 플로워의 관계에서 심리적 자본이 매개역할을 하기 때문에 자기효능감, 복원력, 희망, 낙관주의와 같은 행동요인에 관심을 가져야 할 필요가 있다는 것이다. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationships between AI education characteristics and psychological capital, psychological capital and flow, AI characteristics and flow through meditating effect of psychological capital in the digital convergence society. There are three AI characteristics: correctness, usefulness, easy of use. This empirical study was examined by 282 questionnaires to the three universities that teach accounting information system. It was performed by three-step method of the hierarchical regression analysis for the multiple regression analysis and parameter using the SPSS 22.0. The results and implications by analysis are as follows. First, AI characteristics and psychological capital have statistically significant positive influence. From AI attribute, correctness was established as the most important element. Second, psychological capital positively(+) influences flow. It allowed for the developed in flow. Third, psychological capital was shown as the major meditative variable between AI characteristics and flow. Through these, this paper suggests to reinforce self-efficacy, hope, resilience, optimism.

기술수용모델을 이용한 회계정보시스템 학습의도에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 선행연구 검토를 통하여 기술수용모델의 혁신특성요인 변수가 회계정보시스템 학습의도에 미치는 영향을 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성이 매개한다고 보고 이에 대한 13가지 가설을 설정하였다. 이론적인 모형에 대한 적합성을 분석하고 이에 따른 각 변수들 간의 관계를 종합적으로 살피기 위하여 공변량 구조분석을 실시하였다. 이에 대한 연구의 실증적 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기술수용모델의 혁신특성요인 중 주관적 규범과 이미지, 교육훈련이 잘될수록 지각된 유용성에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기술수용모델의 혁신특성요인 중 보안과 교육훈련, 주관적 규모는 지각된 용이성에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지각된 용이성을 경험할수록 지각된 유용성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성이 회계정보시스템 학습의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 일치성이 지각된 유용성과 지각된 용이성에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설과 이미지가 지각된 용이성에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 추정치가 유의적으로 나오지 않아 기각되었다. 또한 보안이 지각된 유용성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치리라는 가설은 영향력이 유의적이기는 하지만 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to form the innovation diffusion characteristic's factors that affect the education intention of Internet shopping mall and then to verify whether this process is mediated into the perceiver ease of use and the perceived usefulness. This study started from setting thirteen hypothesis are transferred into the education intention of accounting information system through the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. The result of this survey supported nine hypotheses. But following four hypotheses were rejected. Consentaneity has not a positive effect on the perceived usefulness. Consentaneity has not a positive effect on the perceived ease of use. Security has not a positive effect on the perceived usefulness. Image has not a positive effect on the perceived ease of use. In spite of the rejection of these four hypotheses, this study verifies of the innovation diffusion characteristic's factors on the education intention of accounting information system are mediated by perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. The significance of this study can be summarized. First, it was a practical study on the education intention of accounting information system used technology acceptance model, which is getting more important recently. Second, it was a try out to join the education intention of accounting information system used technology acceptance model, which can be strategically applied, to the perceived ease of use, one of the most critical notions for a study. Third, it was a meaningful study in terms of identifying a factor that precedes the education intention of accounting information system and perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness.
