        본 연구는 방문판매를 담당하는 뷰티카운셀러들을 대상으로 직업만족도와 전문성에 대한 사고를 파악하고, 뷰티카운셀러들의 제품에 대한 실무 교육 경로와 실태, 매출과의 상관관계를 파악하여 향후 경쟁력 있는 뷰티카운셀러를 만들어 가는데 도움이 되고자 하였다. 분석기법으로는 연구대상자의 일반적 특성을 파악하기 위하여 빈도와 백분율을 산출하였다. 또한 화장품 카운슬러들의 근무현황과 카운슬러의 교육경로 및 실태, 카운슬러 실무에 관한 교육내용, 그리고 카운슬러의 교육방법 및 필요성에 대한 카운슬러들의 인식을 알아보기 위해 $x^2$(Chi-square)검증과 빈도분석, t-test(검증), 그리고 One-way ANOVA(일원변량분석)을 실시하였다. 연구결과 화장품 판매를 위하여 전문적인 교육을 받은 뷰티카운셀러가 필요한 것 등을 얻을 수 있었다. The study aimed at examining ideas about specialty and general job satisfaction among beauty counsellors in charge of door-to-door sales and at considering current channels of practical education concerning products for beauty counsellors, its actual conditions, and correlation with the amount of sales in order to help cultivate a competitive beauty counsellor for the future. To find out general properties of subjects, both frequency and percentage were estimated. And in order to examine counsellors' understanding of channels and realities of their education and their working conditions, educational contents on practices, and educational methods and need, $x^2$(Chi-square) test, frequency analysis, t-test, and one-way ANOVA were carried out. The results can know as follows that beauty counselling in charge of cosmetics sales is a profession to need expertise and so no.

        생활스포츠 참여 노년기 여성의 두 개천골요법과 한방 핀다요법이 정신건강에 미치는 영향

        It is known that craniosacral and Pinda therapy has positive effect to psychological state like stress, depression, and anxiety. In order to prove effectiveness of craniosacral and Pinda therapy, the women older than 60 years old were divided into three groups for treatment; group of craniosacral therapy, group of Pinda therapy, and group of craniosacral and Pinda therapy. Each group was treated for total 8 sessions twice a week. Before and after providing each therapy, 13 items of brainwave were measured and before and after conducting 8 times of treatment, certain amount of Cortisol and Epinephrine were taken from the venous blood to verify the stress alleviation of each treatment. Also, survey on stress, depression, and anxiety was conducted to assess the effect of each therapy in terms of stress alleviation. As a result, parenchymal therapy, Pinda treatment, craniosacral + Pinda treatment decreased the stress by lowering the beta wave, and increased the alpha wave. Especially Pinda treatment decreased the blood cortisol concentration and decreased the stress. Cortisol was found to be significantly lower in all items of Pinda treatment and craniosacral + Pinda treatment, according to results from the subjective questionnaire. Therefore, in terms of stress, depression, anxiety management, is believed to help the elderly woman metal life sports.

        헤어미용 1인 경영자의 감성지능이 고객 재방문의사에 미치는 영향 -일반적 특성을 중심으로-

        As 1-person centered services have been spread in hair shops, this study researched how influence emotional intelligence could have on intention of revisiting, depending on general characteristics of their managers, and based on empirical analysis it tried to find a way to improve marketing strategies. It selected 1-person managers of hair shops in Incheon and Gyeonggi-do. It chose them with a random sampling method and surveyed them for the objective. It consisted the questionnaire to identify that emotional intelligence of the managers could affect revisiting states of customers, distributing 500 surveys from August 20th to November 18th in 2020. It retrieved 391 relevant surveys and utilized Self-Administered Questionnaire Survey Method. This study found effects of the 1-person manager’s emotional intelligence, which are self-emotion understanding, other’s emotion understanding, emotion regulation, and emotional regulation, on the customer’s revisiting intention, depending on gender, age, job experience, marriage, a monthly average, and hair shop location. In follow-up studies, various local environment and individual backgrounds should be accepted, and various factors to explain emotional intelligence of 1-person managers and customer’s intention of revisiting.

        선불 정액권 미용실의 운영 효과와 고객 이용실태에 관한 연구

        This study was conducted to assess the number of customers, the effect of the operation on sales with beauty salons operating a prepaid ticket program and to contribute to the vitalization of the beauty salon management. The beauty salons that participated in this study had an operation period of more than three years, and a survey was conducted with six beauty salons that had introduced the prepaid ticket program more than one year ago and 398 customers using these beauty salons, and a statistical analysis was conducted. As a result, after the implementation of the prepaid ticket program, it turned out that the number of customers, the number of the customers introduced, the number of customers of treatment, the number of customers of perm treatment, the number of customers of clinical treatment, the number of customers who purchased the ticket, the number of customers who repurchased the ticket, the amount of the ticket sales and the total amount of sales increased. After the implementation of the prepaid ticket program than before, the number of customers who purchased the ticket and the number of those who repurchased it increased by more than 200%, and as compared to the increase rate of the total amount of sales, 37.6%, the amount of the ticket sales increased by more than five times at 192.8%. The treatment used most often was dyeing, followed by haircut, clinic (scalp and hair), perm and drying, the main reason for using the beauty salon presently was hair damage.

        메디컬뷰티종사자의 외모관리가 직무성과에 미치는 영향

        This paper is written for the purpose of research on the effect of appearance management of medical beauty worker on job performance. From May 13 to May 17, 2020, 170 copies were selected as the final analysis data for medical beauty workers in their 20s and 30s living in Cheongju, Chungcheongbuk-do. According to the results of the survey, the better you manage the clothes and nails of the employees of Decal Beauty, the better you can perform the positive tasks, the better you can manage your weight, clothing, and nail care, the better you can fulfill your responsibilities, and the better your appearance management efforts and positive interpersonal relationships, the better you can perform the positive tasks. Also, we could confirm that the better the positive interpersonal relationship and helpful performance, the better the responsibility can be fulfilled.Therefore, research on appearance management behavior that can improve positive task performance and responsibility performance of medical beauty workers should be conducted in more detail, and the path, mediating, and regulating variables will be studied among the variables on appearance management behavior according to various general characteristics. It will help to improve job performance and understand the characteristics of appearance management behavior and to establish marketing strategies in the beauty industry.

        미용업 종사자의 감정노동이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Recently, emotional labor of workers in the service sector has become a problem in many social aspects, Emotional labor exposed at work is a factor influencing job stress and management is required. In this study, we analyzed the effects of emotional labor and job stress exposure and emotional labor factors on job stress factors in 562 cosmetics workers. As a result, it was found that the skin sector was most exposed to emotional labor. Job stress, insufficient job control hair, interpersonal conflict nail, job insecurity and lack of reward, occupational climate, The makeup exposure was the highest. Among the factors of emotional labor, customer overload and conflict affect job demand, organizational system, and lack of reward among job stress factors. Emotion deregulation and damage affect job demand, insufficient job control, interpersonal conflict, and monitoring and monitoring of organizations.

        뷰티산업 종사자의 핵심역량이 직무만족 및 고객지향성에 미치는 영향

        This study attempted to investigate the influence of core competence on job satisfaction and customer orientation against cosmetology workers. The goal is to manage human resources more efficiently by enhancing job satisfaction and customer orientation. For this, a survey was performed on the effects of core competence on job satisfaction and customer orientation against workers from cosmetology industry in the capital region, and the results found the followings: First, according to correlations between core competence and job satisfaction/customer orientation, a positive correlation was observed. Job satisfaction and customer orientation also revealed a positive correlation. Second, concerning the influence of core competence on job satisfaction, ‘personal traits’ and ‘interpersonal relationships’ from core competence affected ‘interpersonal relationships’ and ‘wage & welfare’ from job satisfaction. Third, regarding the effects of core competence on customer orientation, ‘personal traits’ and ‘interpersonal relationships’ had an influence on customer orientation. Fourth, in terms of the effects of job satisfaction on customer orientation, ‘wage & welfare’ was also influential. The above results confirmed that as respondents were more aware of core competence, customer orientation increased. Therefore, it is anticipated that this study would suggest a desirable direction for the development of business and customer services through the efficient management of cosmetology workers.
