자궁내 임신과 경합된 경질 임신예를 경험하였기에 간략한 문헌고찰과 아울러 증례를 보고 하였다. The simultaneous occurance of ovarian and uterine pregnancy is a very rare entity. since duverney described the first case of coexistant intra-and extrauterine pregnancy in 1708, Te Linde states that to date approximately 500 cases of such heteropic pregnancy have been recored. The case here reported is felt to be of more than usual interest since the extrauterine gestation was an ovarian one. We report this case because of its rarity , and have reviewd the literature briefly.

인천기독병원 산부인과에서 1977년 1월부터 6월 30일까지 월경조절법으로 인공임신중절 시술받은 500예를 임상통계분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 연령분포를 보면 25∼39세군이 대부분을 차지하고 있었고 각 연령군이 균일한 분포를 보였다. 2. 생존아 수와의 관계는 2∼3인 경우가 50%로 과반수 이상을 차지하고 있었다. 3. 교육정도와의 관계를 보면 9년 이상의 학력군이 71%였으나 교육정도와는 특별한 관계가 없었다. 4. 최종월경일과의 관계는 최종월경일로부터 5주째가 36%, 6주가 38%, 7주가 16.8%였다. 5. 합병증으로는 전체적으로 8%였고 시술시 초기합병증으로는 심한 통증을 호소한 예가 4%로 제일 많았고 자궁천공이 0.6%였는데 이중 1예는 자궁각 임신된 예였다. 6. 후기합병증으로는 임신산물 잔유로 지속성 출혈을 보인 예가 1%, 임신지속된 예가 0.4%, 감염이 1.4%, cervical stenosis가 0.6%였다. Menstrual regulation is a safe and simple fertility control method in outpatient base. The procedure is aspiration of mucosal lining of the uterus and products of conception before confirming pregnancy who missed period at least 1-5 weeks. The procedure is performed by insertion of flexible plastic Karman cannular without cervical dilatation at O.P.D. This study is clinical analysis of 500 cases of menstrual regulated at Inchon Christian Hospital from Jan. 3, 1977 to June 30. 1977. The results are as follows: 1. Age distribution on the most patient were 25-39 years old and median living children were 2.4. 2. Macroscopic examination of the aspirated material revealed that 28% of those in first week of delayed menstruation were nonpregnant, 14% of those in the second week, and 6% of those in the third week. 3. Overall complication rates were 8%, most of them were uterine clamp during procedure, 0.6% of cervical stenosis. 4. The failure rate was 0.4%.

1) 정상분만을 한 36세의 경산부에서 산후 제 7일에 발생한 후복강출혈을 일으킨 례를 보고한다. 2) 문헌상으로 약 90여 예가 보고 되었고 사망률은 약 50%에 이른다. 3) 비록 드물게 있으나 진단이 어렵고 처치를 약간만 지연기켜도 사망할 수가 있으므로 세심한 관찰과 주의를 요한다. 4) 원인, 진단, 치료 및 사망률에 관하여 간단히 기술하였다. We have made a report of a patients who had a massive retroperationeal hemorrhage from the rupture of the utero-ovarian vessels. This is a serious and william by reviewing of the literature in 1904, reported 32 cases including a case of his own, approximately 90 cases have been reported . We present here another such case without having any apparent cause, which was treated with immediate surgical intervention and we have described this briefly.

A large cyst attacted to right salpinx was found when an exploratory laparotomy was done on 26 year old patient who complained of a distended abdomen. Although the cyst was confirmed pathologically as a tuberculous tubal cyst, no similiar cases have been reported elsewhere as far as our information goes. We present this because of its rarity and unusual pathologic entity.
