본 연구의 목적은 인지행동치료(Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)가 대학생의 사회불안 하위 유형에 미치는 효과와 인지적, 정서적, 행동적 요인에 어떠한 변화를 주는지 살펴보는 것이다. 본 연구의 인지행동치료는 심리교육, CBT교육, 감정교육, 인지적 재구조화, 호흡이완훈련, 노출훈련을 적용하였다. 연구대상은 사회불안 증상을 가지고 있는 만 21세 여자 대학생이다. 연구는 S시 M대학교 아동가족심리치료연구소에서 2019년 9월 17일부터 12월 3일까지 주 1회, 회기당 50분씩, 총 12회기를 진행하였다. 연구효과를 검증하기 위해 회기별 기술을 바탕으로 내담자의 상황에 따른 회피행동의 변화와 인지적, 정서적 변화를 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 회기가 진행됨에 따라 사회불안에 비합리적 신념에 긍정적인 변화를 나타냈다. 둘째, CBT는 회피행동에 유의미한 감소를 나타냈다. 본 연구는 CBT가 대학생의 사회불안 증상 완화와 회피행동을 일으키는 인지적, 정서적 요인의 변화에 효과적이며, 사회불안 증상 대학생에게 CBT를 활용하여 사회불안의 하위 유형별 인지행동적 개입의 가능성을 검증하였다는 점에서 의의를 가진다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy on the subtypes of social anxiety in college students and how it affects cognitive, emotional, and behavioral factors. The cognitive behavioral therapy in this study applied psychological education, CBT education, emotional education, cognitive restructuring, breathing relaxation training, and exposure training. The subject of the study was a 21-year-old female college student with symptoms of social anxiety. To verify the effectiveness of the study, changes in avoidance behavior and cognitive and emotional changes according to the client's situation were examined based on the skills of each session. The results of this study are as follows. First, as the session progressed, it showed a positive change in irrational beliefs. Second, the effect of CBT showed a significant decrease in avoidance behavior. This study is effective in relieving social anxiety symptoms in college students and changing cognitive and emotional factors that cause avoidance behavior. This study verified the possibility of cognitive-behavioral intervention of subtypes of social anxiety using CBT in college students with social anxiety symptoms.

병동 2-3년차 간호사 역량강화를 위한 역량별 중요도와 수행도 분석

Objectives: This study is a descriptive study identifying competencies required for nurses with 2-3 years’ experience in wards. It analyzes the importance and performance of each competency. Methods: Based on the literature review, we conducted a focus group interview with six nurses to construct a preliminary item confirming the competency of a general ward career nurse. After verifying the content validity of the preliminary items with 10 experts, a survey was conducted with 112 nurses who had 2-3 years’ experience in the ward. The importance and performance of each competency were ana lyzed. Results: The 34 core competencies were identified through focus group interviews and content validity. There were three items of cardiovascular disability nursing, medicine management, and emergency treatment were identified high importance, but low performing items through importance and performance analysis. Conclusions: From the importance-performance analysis of nursing competencies of nurses with 2-3 years’ experience in the ward, it was clear that appropriate educational programs are required to enhance competencies with high importance but low performance.

본 논문에서는 우리산업이 민수시장진입을 위해서 필수적으로 분석해야 할 세계 민수시장의 범위 및 특성, 과거 실적치 등을 바탕으로 세계시장 및 국내시장 분석, 우리나라가 시장진입을 위해서 고려해야 할 사항 및 시장 전망에 대해서 다루었다. 분석을 통해 민수시장에서 대형단발급의 퇴조에 따라 쌍발시장이 커지며, 운용자 인터뷰를 통해 현재 운용 중인 헬기보다 상위급의 헬기 운용을 선호하게 되며, 전체 시장 규모 등 주도가치 측면 및 구현용이성으로 판단시 우리나라는 대형쌍발급 및 중소형쌍발급에서 전략적 포지셔닝을 갖는 것이 좋으며, 수리온 민수전환형은 상당량의 시장진입이 전망되나, 단가, 사양, 판매전략등 측면에서 적극적인 시장진입 노력이 필요하다. This paper deals with the world civil helicopter market scope, world market analysis based on the operating fleet ages, preconditions for market entry, and market forecast which are necessary for Korean industry to enter into world market. According to the analysis, the heavy single class demand is rapidly declined. The demand is moving toward the heavier class than that operated now. Korean industry had better have strategic positioning to heavy twin and light medium twin classes. A considerable amount of Korean civil helicopter based on Surion can be sold if there are appropriate efforts for price, specification, marketing strategy and so on.

In this paper. the detailed heat transfer coefficient on a rotating dimpled channel were measured using the transient liquid crystal technique. The channel height to dimple diameter was 2. dimple center distance to dimple diameter was 1.5 and channel aspect ratio was 4. Tested Reynolds number based on the channel hydraulic diameter was varied from 15000 to 35000 and corresponding rotation number was ranged from 2.31 to 1.16. Results showed that the Coriolis force by rotation enhanced the heat transfer coefficient on the trailing surface. As the Reynolds number increased, i.e. rotation number decreased, the heat transfer coefficient increased and the the thermal performance factor decreased.
