AHP를 이용한 인천항 물류보안 평가에 관한 연구 : 컨테이너 터미널을 중심으로

To improve the efficiency of logistics and ensure safe freight flow, a comprehensive set of supply chain security initiatives have been implemented and practiced throughout the world. Since such initiatives might become a trade barrier in the future, it is necessary to respond and correspond to the logistics security in a timely manner. However, research in this area is still lacking, especially quantitative research or surveys on local port facilities and ships. In this context, this study included the logistics companies (maritime shipping companies, container terminals) in Incheon Port as well as many logistics security experts in Korea in order to assess the security level of Incheon Port. Using AHP, this research derived the security items with respect to the importance level and their priorities. The research result showed that each group posed different perception in terms of the importance level of security items. Overall, Incheon Port facilities were fairly managed for security but it needs considerable preparation for the item such as 'cargo inspection and tracing,' and 'crisis management and disaster recovery & self assessment' for further security enhancement. The weighted priority value was calculated by multiplying the importance value of the specific items and the evaluation value of the preparation level. Based on this result, this paper suggests that the item 'cargo inspection and tracing' and 'security training/program' need to get prepared further for responding global supply chain security requirements.

폭력 피해 경험이 있는 초등 교사의 대인관계 문제와 교사 소진의 관계에서 자기 자비의 매개 효과

본 연구는 폭력 피해 경험이 있는 초등 교사를 대상으로 교사의 대인관계 문제가 자기 자비를 매개로 교사 소진에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 이를 위해 서울ㆍ경기도에서 근무하고 있는 초등 교사 333명(남자 78명, 여자 255명)을 대상으로, 폭력 피해 경험, 대인관계 문제, 자기 자비, 교사 소진 척도로 설문을 실시하였고, 폭력 피해 경험이 있다고 응답한 대상자의 자료, 237부를 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 초등 교사가 인식한 폭력 피해 경험 실태의 빈도 분석에서 학생에 의한 폭력 피해경험이 학부모보다 높은 빈도를 나타냈다. 둘째, 폭력 피해 경험 유, 무에 따른 소진의 하위 유형별 평균 차이 검증에서 정서적 탈진, 성취감 상실은 유의미한 차이가 있었고 비인간화는 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 셋째, 폭력 피해 유경험자들의 대인관계 문제와 교사 소진의 관계에서 자기 자비의 매개효과는 부분 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 폭력 피해 경험이 있는 교사의 대인관계 문제는 교사 소진에 영향을 주는데 이 때 자기 자비에 초점을 둔 개입이 교사 소진을 낮추는데 효과적일 수 있음을 시사한다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 기여도, 후속 연구를 위한 제언, 그리고 교사 소진을 예방하기 위한 상담 프로그램을 논의하였다. This study investigated the mediating effects of self-compassion on relationship between interpersonal problem and burnout among teachers who experience violence victimization. A total of 333 elementary school teachers (78 males and 255 females) in Seoul and Kyunggi provinces participated in the survey. Each participant filled out a interpersonal problems, self-compassion scale, Maslach Burnout Inventoty- educator survey. 237 teachers who experience violence victimization of total 333 were analyzed. The results of this study are as follows: First, the frequency analysis of teachers who experience violence victimization was presented. Second, emotional exhaustion and reduced accomplishment of teacher burnout were significant differences comparing teachers who experience violence victimization to teachers who inexperience violence victimization. Third, self-compassion mediated partially the relationship between interpersonal problem and burnout. This result suggests that the personal intervention of self-compassion can be effective in decreasing teacher burnout. Finally, implications of teacher burnout, directions for future research and counseling programs to prevent teacher burnout are discussed.
